Eternity ring for wife

New Watch Battery Replacement
I recently popped into the Alton branch to get my watch battery changed. At first, I was fine leaving my watch with them to send off to Tissot like they'd done before. But then, I got a call a few days later saying my watch didn't pass a pressure test and had to be sent to their own repair company instead. Not only was this not what I wanted, but it also meant an extra cost I wasn't prepared for. When I picked up my watch, I was surprised to see it in a box with other watches without proper protection, which worried me about its safety. Overall, I left feeling frustrated and disappointed by the lack of care and respect for my original request during the whole experience.
Holiday jewellery purchase
I recently bought some jewellery before my holiday. The team who helped me were absolutely wonderful and super helpful. A big thank you to Molly and Michael for finding the exact items I was looking for. I will definitely be coming back for more jewellery in the future.

I got this really adorable bag and it's just so lovely! It's the perfect size for all my things and the design is really cool. Also, it arrived really quickly with no extra charges for delivery, which was great because surprise fees are the worst! The best bit was that I didn't have to pay any additional fees for customs, the company handled it all. The online company has got a really good website with loads of different products to choose from. I ended up buying a secondhand rope chain, which was on sale because it had been used before but was still in perfect condition. My mum bought 5 pens from this place because they were on sale and she needed them for my teachers at the end of the school term. Birthday present purchase
What a complete joke of a delivery service. I ordered a birthday gift expecting next day delivery, but it got delayed because of stock problems. I was so angry when I found out it was delayed again on my husband's birthday. Luckily, Danielle intervened and promised me I'd get it the following day. But even then, it didn't arrive until almost 5 pm. It was really frustrating and stressful, but I appreciate Danielle's help.
