Smeg retro fridge purchase
I recently bought a retro-style fridge from this place and I have to say, I am really happy with it. The fridge arrived just as it was described on the website, with a few minor cosmetic marks, but I saw these in the photos so I was prepared. Despite the small flaws, the fridge works perfectly and looks amazing in my kitchen. Before I bought it, I had some questions about the product and Laura, a friendly member of staff, helped me out. She answered all my questions quickly and efficiently, which made the whole shopping experience easy and stress-free. I'm really pleased with my purchase and would definitely think about buying from them again in the future. Overall, I highly recommend them.
Dishwasher purchase
I bought a dishwasher from The Appliance Depot recently and I have to say, I'm really happy with how everything went. The staff, especially Laura, was really helpful throughout the whole process. I liked that they kept me updated on when the delivery would be and even got in touch when the driver was on the way. The delivery itself was easy and the staff brought the dishwasher into my house, which was a nice extra. Washing machine
I bought a washing machine from The Appliance Depot recently and I have to say, I was really impressed with the service. Although the delivery slot online was a bit later, I decided to give them a call and they actually delivered my appliance earlier, which was a big relief. The people on the phone were so helpful and nice, it made everything really easy and stress-free. The delivery driver even called ahead to tell me when he'd arrive and he was right on time. He even helped me bring the washing machine inside, which I was really grateful for. Overall, it was a fantastic service from beginning to end.
Fridge/freezer

Wow, you know what? I recently got myself this new washing machine and tumble dryer from The Appliance Depot and I have to say, it's honestly the best thing ever! Bosch Hob Grade B
Oh my gosh, I got this hob that was Grade B and it arrived really fast. It wasn't in its original box, but it was packed so well and nothing was damaged. Such a great deal and I can't find any problems with it. Definitely going to shop here again!

Oven and washing machine
I was really excited to pick up a new oven and washing machine from this store, and I managed to save a lot of money in the process! Even though they were in brand new packaging, the boxes looked a bit worse for wear. The delivery man was brilliant and checked everything was okay before he left. I'm looking forward to having them installed in my new house!
New cooker
I recently bought a new cooker from Appliance Depot and I absolutely adore it! The staff there were really friendly and assisted me in choosing the right one. The delivery driver, van2, was top-notch and really polite. My wife is impressed with how it looks and was pleasantly surprised by the price. The only thing left to do now is get it all wired up!
Two faulty ovens
I bought two ovens from The Appliance Depot not long ago, but unlucky for me, one of them isn't working. When I got in touch with the company about it, they told me to contact the manufacturer CDA. Apparently, these ovens are ancient, about 14/15 years old, and there are no spare parts left for fixing them. I've tried reaching out to The Appliance Depot many times, but they've been giving me the cold shoulder and haven't sorted out the problem.

Fridge freezer purchase
I bought a fridge freezer from The Appliance Depot not long ago, and honestly, I was pretty let down by the whole experience. Firstly, I shelled out a whopping £75 for delivery and had to take a day off work to wait for it. But you won't believe it – the delivery company they use actually called me to say they didn't have any pallets to bring the fridge freezer on, so I had to take another day off work. How unorganised is that? And to top it off, The Appliance Depot didn't even offer me any compensation for the hassle they caused. All in all, I really wish I hadn't chosen The Appliance Depot and I definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
Cancelled order
I just had to cancel an order with The Appliance Depot because there were too many changes to the delivery and I didn't actually need the item anymore. They charged me £80 for cancelling the order, which I think is really steep. It left me feeling pretty annoyed with the whole situation.
