Trainers purchase
I'd been looking all over the place for a certain pair of trainers, and I managed to find them at The Hip Store. Ordering them was a breeze, and they arrived really quickly. When I needed to swap them for a different size, the refund went through smoothly and the new pair arrived in just a couple of days. All in all, I was really impressed with the great service from this store and would definitely recommend it to others.
Next day delivery
I was really let down by the service I got at The Hip Store. I paid for next day delivery but my order never showed up. Even after I emailed them a couple of times to ask about my package, I didn't get any reply. The fact that they didn't communicate properly and didn't deliver on time left me feeling annoyed and disappointed. I had higher expectations from a store like that.
adidas wales bonner trainers
I ordered a pair of adidas Wales Bonner trainers and was really happy with how quickly they arrived. I didn't even pay for next day delivery and they still came the very next day! The trainers were great too, really pleased with my purchase.
sneakers and a hoodie
I've always been a loyal customer of The Hip Store, but my recent experience has left me feeling disappointed. The wrong items were delivered to me, and it's not the first time this has happened. It's frustrating to receive items that I didn't even order, especially when I was really excited about getting those sneakers and hoodie for my collection. I really hope that the store can work on improving their accuracy when fulfilling orders to avoid this happening again in the future.

I really enjoy finding bargains here, the value for money is always great. They have a really good selection as well, with lots of top brands to pick from.
Great designer clothing at reasonable prices
Head down to The Hip Store if you're after some top-notch designer gear without breaking the bank. They've got loads of stuff to choose from, and the folks working there really know their stuff. I managed to snag some awesome pieces on sale and got myself a real bargain. The store has a really cool vibe, perfect for those who like to keep up with the latest trends. All in all, had a great time shopping there with a fab selection and friendly service.
Poor customer service
I had an awful time with The Hip Store. They messed up the tracking for my order and it took ages to get a proper response from their customer service team. When I did eventually get through to them, they wouldn't tell me which courier was bringing my item, just kept sending me to their FAQ page. It ended up taking a whole two weeks for my order to turn up, and it was so annoying.
Item mix-up
I ordered this really cool thing, but when it arrived they sent me the wrong item! I was so surprised and disappointed, like "What?!". So I had to send it back and wait ages for a refund. But luckily Georgia was really helpful and managed to sort everything out for me. Thank goodness!
Black Shoes
I ordered a pair of black shoes on the internet and was disappointed to find that they had a fault when they arrived. I made several attempts to get in touch with customer service via email and phone, but didn't receive any response. When I eventually managed to speak to someone, they organised a return, but after three weeks, I received the same shoes back with no refund. The customer service team refused to take any responsibility and advised me to contact my bank for a resolution. It was a complete nightmare trying to deal with them.
Cool clothes and shoes
I popped into The Hip Store with my mum and we were spoilt for choice with all the cool clothes and shoes. The staff were super friendly and really helpful. There was such a variety of styles to choose from, I managed to find some really awesome stuff to buy!
Clothing
I recently bought some clothes from the shop and overall, I was pretty happy with what they had to offer. The different styles and brands they had suited my tastes well, and I enjoyed my shopping experience. However, I did have a problem when I tried to return something for a refund. Even though I followed all the steps, I still haven't got my money back, and trying to get in touch with customer service hasn't worked out. It's made me feel let down and annoyed, I was hoping for a smoother process when it comes to returns and refunds. So now, I'm not sure if I want to shop there again until this gets sorted out.
Shoes purchased, ended up being delivered to the wrong address
I recently bought a pair of shoes from The Hip Store to gift to someone in the UK, but they got sent to me in the US by mistake. I realised straight away because I used PayPal and could use a UK address for delivery and a US one for billing. I tried to contact the store twice through email and called them several times, but didn't get any response. It was really annoying not hearing back from them, and it meant the shoes ended up going to the wrong place. I had to go through the bother and cost of sending them back to the UK, which set me back $200. This whole mess could've been avoided if they'd just replied to my emails or picked up my calls.
Excellent buying experience
I recently went shopping at The Hip Store and I have to say, it was a brilliant buying experience. They had a great range of products, the website was easy to use, and checking out was a breeze. I found exactly what I wanted and I'm really happy with my purchase. I'll definitely be going back for more goodies soon.
Regular purchases
I always buy things from here and they always arrive nicely packaged. Sometimes I need to return items, but it's never a problem.
Slim-fit jeans
I bought a pair of slim-fit jeans from this shop not long ago and I was really pleased with how user-friendly the website was. There were loads of different brands to pick from and the prices were pretty good. The delivery was quick and the package was well wrapped. Unfortunately, I had to send the jeans back because they were too small, totally my fault. But returning them was a doddle - easy and no bother at all. All in all, I had a good time shopping with this store.
Special bits, super fast delivery
I ordered some really cool stuff from this place and it arrived so quickly, like really fast! Everything was in perfect condition and I was so pleased with it that I ended up ordering more stuff from them. They have some really awesome trainers and clothes that are unique and you can't find anywhere else.
White sneakers
I bought a pair of white trainers from this shop recently. The trainers themselves were really good quality and exactly what I wanted. But I was a bit let down by the customer service when I tried to change the delivery address soon after ordering. I got in touch just a minute after placing the order, but was told they couldn't make the change. It was annoying because I thought it was a simple request that they could have sorted out easily.
Quality clothing items
I've just bought a bunch of really nice clothes from The Hip Store, and I've got to say, I'm really impressed with what I've got. The range of stuff they have is great and I had a good time shopping there. The materials they use are top-notch and you can really see the effort put into the designs.
