Family Oodie order
I recently decided to treat my family to a special treat - 5 Adult Oodie blankets. It's me, my husband, and our four kids, and we already had one Oodie in our collection. We were all eagerly waiting for the delivery and were thrilled when they arrived even sooner than we expected. The excitement in the house was contagious when the package arrived, and everyone was eager to see what was inside.
To make it even more fun, I kept the Oodies wrapped up and randomly assigned one to each family member without showing the design. It was so much fun to see their faces light up as they opened their own personalised blanket. I've had a bit of trouble with my recent orders. The checkout part was all good, but the problem is that I haven't got either of the two orders I placed. I've been talking to the company about it, but the replies have been a bit samey and don't really make me feel any better about where my stuff is. It's been almost a month now, and they still can't tell me where it is with the courier. I'd like to get my hands on what I bought before I finish paying for it with Afterpay. I think the company needs to step up and sort out their systems to make sure things get to customers quicker.

The blanket I bought was really good quality, super soft, warm, and so comfy. I was so happy with everything, especially the customer service. Had a little problem with the delivery, but the comfort consultant sorted it out quickly. I'll definitely get more for my friends' birthdays because The Oodie is honestly the best for staying warm when it's chilly.

What an absolute nightmare! I bought an outdoor oodie for my wife's birthday and it was a disaster. There were delays in delivery and then a faulty zip when it eventually turned up. The customer service was useless, they only offered $10 to fix it ourselves. When I sent it back, they said they were out of stock and suggested a different model instead. Completely defeated the point of buying it in the first place. Overall, it was a complete mess and incredibly annoying.

I'm really disappointed with the service from the company. I ordered something for my son four days ago, and it still hasn't arrived. Not being able to track the parcel just makes me even more frustrated. What's even worse is the lack of communication from them. I contacted Steph about the order, and she said she would look into it. I've tried emailing her three times now, but the emails keep bouncing back as undeliverable. It's not very professional and quite frankly, it seems a bit dodgy. If I had known it would end up like this, I wouldn't have bought anything. Money isn't easy to come by, and experiences like this really do leave a bad taste in my mouth. I hope others don't have to go through the same disappointment and inconvenience.

I was really disappointed that my order took almost a month to arrive, and reaching out to customer service about the delay didn't help much. I was frustrated by the lack of communication and follow-up, especially since I was told that my order had been overlooked. Although the product itself is good quality, my ordering and shipping experience was far from satisfactory.
