    Signed bundle disappointment

    I ordered a signed bundle from this place not long ago, and I must say I was really let down. I was expecting to get a special deal on an Echo and the Bunnymen set, but when it arrived, there were no signatures to be found. Can you believe that? When I got in touch with their customer service about it, they had the nerve to say that I didn't actually order the signed bundle, even though that's the only option they had listed on their website. It's shocking how bad their communication and accountability are. I'm absolutely appalled.

    Vinyl record of a classic rock album

    I was absolutely livid when I came across this music website that turned out to be a scam. It's definitely dodgy, no question about it. The site looks like it's stuck in the '90s and just feels really sketchy. I thought I was getting a great deal when I bought a vinyl record of a classic rock album, but I couldn't have been more wrong. They took my money and never sent the product. I tried reaching out to them several times, but I never got a response. I'd recommend steering clear of this shady site.

    I attempted to purchase a Def Leppard Live at Leadmill record, but it ended up being a bit of a nightmare. I spent ages waiting in the queue, then got booted off the website, and to top it off, my order vanished when I eventually got through. It was incredibly frustrating!

    I had a terrible experience with this company. I preordered something and ended up waiting for days after it was supposed to be released. On top of that, the postage charge was way too high. The lack of communication and slow replies from customer service made everything even more annoying. I definitely won't be buying from them again.

    I pre-ordered a Vinyl/CD box set from this website on 26th March, but it didn't come by the promised release date of 29th March. I didn't hear anything from the company about the delay, and when I checked the website, my order was still active with no stock update. Feeling frustrated, I finally contacted customer service after waiting for over two weeks. They told me they never received the stock for the item and offered me a refund. The refund was quick, but I would have liked better communication. It would have been good to get an email or notification about the stock issues instead of being kept in the dark. I managed to find the item elsewhere for the same price, but this has put me off using their pre-order service again.

    Finn LP with limited edition signed print

    I had a really bad time trying to pre-order the Finn LP with a limited edition signed print from this company. I organised my order way ahead of time, but when the package arrived, the signed print was missing. I tried talking to their customer service, but they didn't even bother to reply. I had to get Paypal involved to sort it out. Townsend Music has shown they are not professional at all and don't respect their customers. I won't be buying from them again, that's for sure.

    I can't believe how cheeky this company is! They charge a fortune for postage and then have the cheek to send out non-vinyl items in dodgy packaging. It's like they don't give a toss about the quality of their products or making sure their customers are happy. I preordered an album months ago, and only received it long after it was already in stores - completely unacceptable. I only wanted to support my favourite band, but this whole thing has really disappointed me. I suggest that anyone thinking of buying from here should definitely find somewhere else.

    I recently bought an album package which came with Vinyl, CD, and a signed print. When I opened it, the signed print was missing. I got in touch with the customer service team through Facebook messenger to sort it out. They said they would send me another print, but it never showed up. When I contacted them again, they said they were out of stock and couldn't resend it. I'm really disappointed with how they handled this and won't be ordering from them in the future. The signed print was a big reason why I preordered the package, so it's not right to take my money and not give me what I was promised.

    Oh my gosh, I ordered a CD from Townsend Music and it turned out to be a complete nightmare! They didn't even send my item in the end, can you believe it? And when I complained about it, they sent me a different, cheaper CD instead. I didn't even want that one! Now I have to go through all this hassle just to get my money back, so frustrating. Plus, they want me to pay for the return of the wrong CD they sent me, like seriously, no way! Their communication is terrible too, just talk to me properly and sort it out, how difficult is that? Definitely not recommended, don't shop here, guys.

    I recently bought a t-shirt from Townsend Music, and I have to say I'm really disappointed with how things have gone. Even though I was told to get a medium, I still haven't got my order even after weeks have passed since I made the purchase. I've been trying to follow up, but it seems like nobody is listening because my delivery still hasn't arrived. How come they don't have stock of a common size like medium, especially when the product was launched alongside a new CD release? I'm pretty frustrated and unhappy with how everything has been handled. I've even asked for a full refund because of the lack of communication and efficiency from Townsend Music.

    Main order with bonus CD

    I bought something from Townsend Music recently and had a problem to deal with. They sent me a bonus CD in a separate envelope, but it turned up empty when it arrived. I told them about the issue, and they said they couldn't send me another bonus CD because they didn't have any left. They did offer to give me a refund for the bonus CD, but I wasn't happy with how they handled it. So, I decided to cancel my whole order. The only good thing about all of this was that they were quick to process the cancellation.

    I was really disappointed with my experience with this company. I ordered two albums, one of which was a pre-release, hoping they would be delivered together. However, on the day of release, I found out that the in-stock album was no longer available and my pre-order was cancelled even though I had already paid. I had to keep chasing them up for the pre-order, which was annoying and took up a lot of my time. Their lack of communication and accountability was not acceptable. They didn't apologise for not securing the in-stock item, didn't explain why the pre-order was cancelled, and didn't acknowledge the long wait for delivery. The customer service I received was slow, rude, and not helpful at all, making me feel like they didn't care about me as a customer. Overall, I was left feeling disappointed and frustrated by this experience, and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
