As unbelievable as it may sound, each time I wear any of the watches, I end up doing more marketing for Watch Shopping than the company itself. How? A brother and friends have seen the watches and developed interest for them and subsequently bought from the company too. My testimony here is that, the watches are good, strong, durable, match with good materials and have prices difficult to obtain elsewhere. What about their shipping options? Watch Shipping has variety of shipping options to meet each and individual needs as well as excellent and reliable customer service representative readily available to attend to complaints and and more.
Watch exchange for quick shipping before flight
I had such a great time dealing with Watch Shopping when I had to swap my watch for one in stock to get it quickly before catching a flight. The customer service rep, Jesse, was so nice and helpful during the whole thing. She totally got how urgent it was for me and went out of her way to make sure I got my watch on time. Not only did she sort out the exchange, but she also sorted out a two-day shipping option, which was a massive weight off my mind. Leather watch with customs clearance issue
I had a really great experience with Watch Shopping. I bought a leather watch but it got held up at customs because the strap was made from exotic leather which is not allowed. I bought the Seiko SPB337j1 from this company and it was a massive letdown. They didn't give me a tracking number or any updates on my order's status, and when I tried to get in touch via email, website chat, or phone, they ignored me. It was like throwing my money away with no hope of getting the watch. Luckily, I managed to get my money back through my credit card company and avoid losing nearly $800. I won't be shopping with them again and I urge others to avoid their dodgy service.

I've never had such awful customer service before. I bought two watches from this company and since then, I've heard nothing from them. I've sent loads of emails and left lots of voicemails, but no one has got back to me. It seems like they only cared about taking my money from my PayPal account, not helping me as a customer. The lack of communication and follow-up is really disappointing and not professional at all. If you want good customer service, definitely avoid this company.
Authentic watch, delayed shipping but worth the wait
I got my order recently and although it took a bit longer to arrive, I'm really happy with what I bought. The watch is definitely real and was packaged nicely. It did end up being sent out a few weeks later than expected, but the customer service people were good at keeping me updated. They even said I could get my money back if I didn't want to wait any longer, which was nice to hear. I'm happy I stuck it out though, because the watch is brilliant.
