Extra large cushions
I bought some really big cushions from your website not long ago. I have to say, I'm really impressed with how good they are. It can be tricky to find cushions this size at a reasonable price, so I was pleasantly surprised when I found these on your site. The cushions are really well-made, comfy, and they look fantastic in my living room. Ordering them was easy and the delivery was super fast. Recent purchases
I've just bought a bunch of stuff from this website - got some outdoor furniture like a durable all-weather gazebo, as well as some indoor furniture, including a nice sideboard. I'm really happy with everything I received, the quality was top-notch and even better than I expected in terms of both how long-lasting and stylish it is. The prices were reasonable and putting together the flat packed items was much easier than I thought it would be, with all the drill holes lining up perfectly.
Storage Bench
The first storage bench I got was missing some important parts, which was really annoying. But, I have to admit, their customer service team really tried hard to find those missing bits, even if they couldn't in the end. They quickly arranged for a replacement to be sent out, and it arrived in just a few days. Putting it together this time was a breeze, and I have to say, the storage bench looks fantastic now. I bought a garden bench from this company recently and to be honest, I was really let down by the quality. The bench felt weak and poorly made, especially when I compared it to a similar one I got from them three years back. It was clear that they had skimped on this one, as it just didn't feel sturdy or trustworthy. All in all, I was left feeling really disappointed with my purchase.
Recent furniture purchase
I recently bought some furniture from this shop for my new house. It's a shame to say that I ended up being quite let down by the whole thing. The delivery was a bit of a disaster - some of the items came damaged or were missing bits. When I tried to get help from the customer service team, they said I'd only get a refund if I paid for the return shipping. I thought that was a bit harsh and it left me feeling pretty annoyed with the service I got.
Wrong colour received
I am really annoyed about the colour of the garden chairs I ordered. I picked a bright red to liven up my patio, but what turned up was a dull maroon that looks like mud. It's nothing like what I saw on the website. I'm so let down and fed up.

I bought a sofa bed from this website recently. It arrived pretty quickly, which was great. But, I was a bit gutted because the fabric was a tad different from what I had hoped for. Still, the sofa bed itself was put together well and was nice and firm, so it was a decent buy, especially with the sale price I got it for. It's perfect for a small room and for occasional use.

I have been buying from them for years now and I have always been really happy with my purchases. The customer service is absolutely top-notch, and the delivery and communication are excellent. I love the feature where you can put together a style page to see all your liked items in one place. The quality is consistently great, so I have never had to return anything.

Bed frame and mattress
I ordered a bed frame and mattress from this website ages ago but it still hasn't arrived! I've tried contacting them multiple times online but all they've said is they don't know when it'll be here. And then one person even told me they couldn't do anything about it, which is so frustrating! They won't refund my money or send a replacement. Ugh, I'm definitely not shopping here again!
Furniture delivery
I am really frustrated with the poor communication and professionalism I experienced with the delivery service. I ordered some furniture back on 7th June 2024, and I was told I'd get confirmation of when it would be delivered. But guess what? I heard nothing, and only found out by accident online that the delivery had been pushed back to the 12th June. This lack of communication and honesty is not on, and it doesn't make the company's customer service look good at all.
Reading Light with Extended Arm
I ordered a reading light with a longer arm from Wayfair and I must say, I was really pleased with it. The delivery was quick and the product matched the description perfectly. The lamp shades were just what I wanted and I'm really happy with my purchase. This is online shopping at its best!
Cream chair with gold legs
Wow, I ordered this cream chair with gold legs and I am absolutely thrilled with it! The details were spot on, the reviews really helped me make up my mind, and it was a breeze to assemble. I adore the colour, and the legs look even more fabulous in real life. I might just have to get another one!
New furniture
I've just got some new furniture and it's really cool! There were loads of choices and the prices were fantastic. Ordering was really easy and my stuff arrived really quickly. Patio umbrella
The patio umbrella is pretty good quality, but it would be improved if it had a stronger mechanism to hold it in place when it's windy. Also, the tracking info during delivery wasn't very accurate - it only started working properly once it was handed over to Parcelforce in the UK and it wouldn't accept a UK postcode earlier on.
Fire pit purchase
I bought a fire pit for my wife's birthday, but it took 5 days to even get delivered, so it didn't arrive on time for the big day. I had to quickly buy another gift to make up for the company's mistake.
Gift purchase
I bought this thing as a gift for my friend and needed some help. So, I called customer service and they were really great, answered all my questions. Then, when I tried to order it online, there were some issues with the delivery address. But I called customer service again and they were incredibly helpful. It was all really easy and smooth. Job well done!
Desk purchase
I ordered a desk from this place and honestly, it took ages to arrive. I had to call them about 6 times before I gave up and asked for a refund. And the delivery guys they sent were a disaster! They messed up big time, couldn't even deliver it properly. It arrived broken and some parts were missing - a total nightmare. I'm never shopping there again!
