White Fox Boutique has been one of my favourite brand for women dresses, accessories, and other fashion items. Great choice of styles, colors, sizes and designs. Excellent, prompt and fast delivery service including great prices. I would have to go to in search of three or four brands to find all items that I found under one roof from White Fox Boutique.

I recently bought a hoodie and sweatpants from the store, and I have to say, I'm really impressed. They are super comfy and soft, great for lounging at home or popping out to do errands. The fit is spot on, not too tight or too loose, and they look really stylish too. The material feels top-notch and tough, and even after washing, they stay soft and keep their shape. They're now my favourite go-to outfit for both comfort and style. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone in need of some cosy and chic loungewear.
Silk dress purchase
Just wanted to give a big shoutout to the White Fox team for coming to my rescue when I messed up my delivery address for my silk dress order. Missing package
Hi everyone, I just wanted to share that I ordered a really cute hoody for my daughter's birthday from this shop, but it hasn't arrived yet. I'm really confused, where could it have gone? I tried reaching out to the shipping company for help, but they directed me back to the store. The thing is, the store is not even based in the UK! I've been sending emails, but they've stopped responding to me. I think it's unfair that they have my money and I still don't have the hoody. It just doesn't seem right, they should really do something to solve this.

I absolutely love the hoodies I bought from this place. They are without a doubt the most comfortable ones I've ever had. I tried to order something on this website with my mum's credit card and it was a bit of a nightmare. The system definitely needed an upgrade, but thankfully, a lovely lady named Elise came to the rescue. She was so patient and even sent me photos to guide me through the process. Elise was really quick at responding to my emails as well. I was initially going to leave a negative review, but thanks to Elise, she saved the day!

I really wish I'd checked the reviews before I bought stuff from that shop! I ended up splashing out on a dress and shoes, but they never showed up. When I got in touch with customer service, they just shrugged it off and said it was tough luck! They blamed Royal Mail for not letting them make a claim because the stuff was from outside the UK. It's just not fair!

I was really disappointed with my experience with this online boutique. The website was so slow and kept freezing, which made it really hard to find what I wanted and make an order. I had loads of problems when I was trying to order, so I ended up making a new account, but then I realised that my original account actually worked anyway, which was really frustrating. When I needed to return an item, it was a total nightmare. It took them over a month to give me my money back, and they didn't even refund the postage even though it was their website that caused the problem in the first place. Their customer service wasn't great either, which just made things worse. It seemed like they weren't even based in the UK because they didn't follow the usual rules that UK businesses follow.

I had a really terrible experience with this company. I bought something and soon found out it was being sent from overseas, which I wasn't happy about. I tried to cancel my order straight away before it was even sent out, but they said I could only get a credit note, not a refund. I thought this was really unfair, as I hadn't even got the package. Even after I asked, they wouldn't give me my money back, and I was left feeling very annoyed at their poor customer service.

Tasha was amazing! She replied quickly and was really helpful. It's so nice when customer service shows they genuinely want to assist you. It really makes a big difference, don't you think? I mean, when we're spending money, all we really want is to feel like we're being taken care of and receiving great service. Tasha absolutely smashed it.
