    If I could give zero I would, no heating /hot water for 3 weeks and we are apparently ‘critical’ god knows how they treat regular customers. Fraudulent reports, conflicting emails and a catalogue of errors … now having to send this to ombudsman after having to get our own engineer and repair … an independent engineer has clarified that Hometree could not possibly have known what was wrong without viewing boiler yet Hometree have allowed reports to be written that are not true … repeated promises of managers calling us back but they never do … AVOID AVOID AVOID

    Purchased an item online, which arrived promptly and had no issues from this end. When the item arrived I did not like it and was not happy with the packaging as aware this is not the standard packaging for this brand (shoes purchased that were not in standard branded shoe box)
    Returned the item via the 24s appointed courier (DHL) and received confirmation that the item has been received by 24S. A couple of days later receive an email saying my parcel was empty and I would need to complete a signed statement within 7 days otherwise they would close my file. This was done and I am now being told they cannot do anything and I need to file a police report.
    I am now £700 out of pocket due to using a courier that I had no control over and somewhere along the line my parcel being stolen.
    I shall never be using the company again due the bad experience and the way that it is being resolved and would advise others to avoid also.

    I received some flowers meant for Mother’s Day. They arrived a day late, and strangely the label on the box said delivery ‘Monday to Saturday’ so how they were expected to reach me on a Sunday, I’m not sure!

    On opening them, they were wilting and some of the petals already falling off. Very few flowers too. Nothing at all like the images on their website, nor anything like the quality they are claiming to deliver.

    I’ve had far better flowers from local supermarkets. They weren’t cheap I know, so Waitrose really need to up their game and look into this. I definitely wouldn’t buy flowers from them.

    Wouldn't even give 1 star!!!

    Made a few orders with Etsy in the past and not had any problems until this year!! The issue is not so much with the shops (some arr absolutely amazing), its Etsy customer service I rate so poorly! I found them extremely patronising, unhelpful, they try to deflect, contradicting themselves and attempts to pass the blame!! Mo accountability whatsoever!!

    My advice would be to look into each shop before your purchase, and be prepared to not get anywhere, if you need to use Etsy customer services! Absolutely shocking!!!

    They cancelled my order for no reason. When inquired why they refused to provide an explanation and told me to reorder when back in stock.

    Why can't they send one when back in stock, they said they don't provide that service (!!) Seriously....what a ridiculous handling of a customer order.

    I told them I wasn't happy and they rudely replied saying they didn't care.

    Spend your money elsewhere, with them you are wasting your time and you will be treated as if your custom is nothing to them.

    Never again.

    WARNING DO NOT JOIN AVOID LIKE COVID 19 VIRUS - I am going to Trading Standards as they do not respect consumer rights. Wish I had read the bad reviews before making the mistake of joining. They are scam artists who take your money by trickery, they refused or observe my consumer right to cancellation. I opted for I month and was billed for 6months. They believe offering to cancel my subscription after 6months is a gesture of goodwill which suggests they normally make it impossible or difficult for most subscribers to cancel. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!

    How did you stop their threatening letters . I also wrote to them to cancel and have proof .. but they are still saying I still owe them because of terms and conditions etc . For some reason my credit card didn’t work for them which is good but do I just ignore their threatening emails ? Thanks

    Had two phones from this company, would never buy again. First one was a 12GB deal, wasn’t made clear that this was actually 3GB, with a 9GB add-on.
    Second one was a cash back deal, which again was not made clear at time of purchase. Claiming back is a hassle, onus is on the customer to try and remember which months to claim in, then upload a photo of that months bill.
    Read ALL of the small print if you buy from this company.

    adidas Terrex Skychaser 2 Trail Running Shoes

    Terrible customer service and they refuse to refund for failed delivery until they've managed to confirmed the parcel as lost with Hermes.

    I ordered a pair of trainers, after they failed to be delivered after the expected 48h I contacted Sportsshoes.com. They told me it was with Hermes and they'll contact them to find out where the parcel is and I would hear back from them after 48h. I didn't hear anything. So I contact them again to be told they're still waiting to hear from Hermes and they'll be in touch when they hear back.

    After another few days I still haven't had any communication from Sportsshoes.com and I have to contact them again to be told that they still haven't heard from Hermes.

    So I try to cancel my order and get a refund but they won't do that until they've had confirmation from Hermes that the parcel has been lost.

    So I won't be wasting my time with this unreliable company again and would advise others to avoid them too.

    All going well apart from a missing cushion, after contacting them a number of times and getting no response we tried again a couple of days ago we had a immediate response and the cushion has arrived today So all in all we are now very pleased. All I can say is don't give up and they will try to sort things out for you.

    I have cushions missing too and so far no response, very frustrating ☹️

    This is the worst company I have been dealing with.
    We have ordered a few times from them, either from them directly or through Amazon and every order was paid in full by card. Each order was either not delivered for weeks or when delivered items were missing and put on back order for further weeks.
    And not, some 8 months later we have been sent a letter from debt collecting company!
    We have never been contacted by Simon Jersey for any outstanding payment. Out bookkeeping is uptodate and we have nothing outstanding to them. Simply giving customer to debt collectors without even explanation and any effort for communication, I find it outrageous!
    I tried to contact their customer services on a numerous occasions, but they dont even bother to reply.
    A week later we received a second letter that if we dont pay we face court trial. But to pay for what?
    All that company is a complete SCAM.

    They just stole it right out my account extra money that I didn't owe would of preferred the dahm court I wish I could send them there I am absolutely fuming stole money from my whole college I going to ask my college Monday to create a court case and I will speak happily in there.

    Hi Veselin, I am having the same problem they are sending me debt collectors letter for something I don’t owe! How did you go about sorting it, if you don’t mind me asking,

    Something needs to be done about these people right now. I will be starting by seeing a lawyer on Monday and I will make sure Simon Jersey cover the legal cost. Social media will be my second approach. Fortunately for me I have not received any debt collection letter. However, I ordered cherokee scrubs set but they only sent me the trousers. I have tried every available way to communicate with these people to no avail. I have told Simon Jersey they have messed with the wrong person this time. I really don't care how long it takes and even if it takes a decade I will not quit until no body else falls victim to this.

    Fake Sunglasses and scam company

    Fake Dior sunglasses! I had a Dior Technologic sunglasses for 3 years bought from Dior store in Manhattan. Recently somebody stole it, so I ordered the exact model and color from this website. When they sent me my order, as soon as I opened the box, I got shocked because of the difference from my original one. I could easily notice that lenses are fake because I had it before. If a buyer buy this for the first time, she would think that this is authentic. The lenses were much more light color and clear. Then I called them, and they accepted the lenses were changed but they accused DIOR that they hadn’t test the product before release!!!! Which is impossible. I never ever again will shop anything from them; because you pay the price for original but you’ll get fake!

    This customer is mistaken and misleading and worrying other customers. All items we sell are official genuine stock.It is the case that even brands such as Dior can have lapses in QC. I would urge any prospective customer reading this review to disregard it and do further research and/or contact our office or indeed Dior.

    You can tell a quality company by its response to customer feedback and order chase ups: TJC, you are bottom of the class.

    I was told today by Customer Care agent that my views on TJC processes "ARE IRRELEVANT", but you are more than happy to take my money for orders but can't be bothered to look into my order status properly without me chasing you up.

    The standard reply to customers when they haven't received an order is, waiting for stock. Having realised that the aim of the customer care is to get you off the call as quick as they can, if I have to chase an order and I feel I am being fobbed off I ask to speak to the supervisor. The reply now is there is no supervisor available - very strange in a call centre not to have a supervisor available - but it seems is another way to close the call down quickly.
