Pool liner warranty claim
Recently, I had a problem with my pool liner - it started leaking water after a few years of use. Luckily, I had bought the liner and underlay together and still had the original invoice. When I got in touch with the company, they quickly sorted out the warranty claim without any fuss. Not only did they stick to the warranty, but they also sent me a replacement quickly, along with some useful instructions on what to do next. I am really impressed with the top-notch service I got and will definitely keep on using their products in the future.

Fish purchase
I bought six pond fish off these guys the other day - two lemon, one orange, two sarasa, and one shubunkin. The prices were really good, much better compared to other pet shops where they charge a bomb for the same fish. Really pleased with what I got, the fish are top quality.
Pond pump and filter
Why bother writing negative reviews on their site? They never seem to bother publishing them! I've attempted several times to leave my honest thoughts, but it appears they only want the good stuff. It's a shame that they're not open to any constructive criticism.

I bought some pond supplies online recently and I have to say, I was really impressed with the service I got. I placed my order at around 1pm and it was sent out that same day. The package then arrived promptly the next day at around 6pm. The delivery was done by DHL/UKmail, and everything arrived in perfect shape. I will definitely be using this company again for any pond stuff I need.

I bought a pond filter from this company not long ago and I was really impressed with how quickly it arrived. I ordered it late on Wednesday and it arrived on Saturday morning, which was a pleasant surprise given that I live in France. When I tried to get in touch with the company, the phone lines were closed and there was no email for contact. It was frustrating and felt like I was misled and inconvenienced. Companies should keep their promises and be open with customers, which didn't happen here.
Faulty earpiece replacement
I bought this earpiece from the company not long ago, but I've had some trouble with it as it turned out to be faulty. I had to send it back to get a replacement, but unfortunately, the new one I received was also faulty. It meant I had to go through the hassle of another return, and at my own cost too. I've tried reaching out via messages and phone calls, but it's been a week now and still no updates. Honestly, this whole experience has been really frustrating and disappointing.
Lining material for a project
I ordered 3 metres of lining material from Bradshaws Direct, but they only sent me 2.5 metres. On top of that, the material was a bit narrower than it was supposed to be. When I got in touch with them about the mistake, they didn't apologise or explain at first. It was only when I pressed them for an answer that they started to show some concern. All in all, I was let down by the lack of care and attention to detail in this whole situation.
Blade waterfall pond feature
I bought a blade waterfall for my pond from this company and they said it would arrive in 7 days. But when I got in touch with customer service, they said it would actually take 3 to 6 weeks because it's a special order from a third party. I pointed out the difference in delivery times, but they weren't very helpful and just said the booklet was old. They didn't apologise or try to fix the problem. So, I'll be looking for another company to buy from next time.
UV light for pond filter
I bought a UV light for my pond filter from this company, thinking it would be top-notch and genuine. But when it arrived, I was gutted to see it was a cheap knock-off from China. When I raised my concern, the customer service team just pointed me to the fine print which admitted it was a copy. I was really disappointed with the deceptive pricing and lack of honesty. I won't be buying from them again, as I think there are better deals elsewhere.
Mis-sold pond pump
So, hey, we got this pond pump like more than a year ago, and now it's just not cutting it for my pond anymore. And you know what? It's gone and broken! I mean, I saw it coming because it was pretty weak from day one. So we got in touch with customer service, and they were all like, "Oh, you've gotta fork out for an electrician to take out the pump and send it back." Wait, what? Why should I have to pay for that when they're the ones who sold me the wrong pump in the first place? It's like they're trying to make this whole thing super complicated.

I don't get why there are loads of bad reviews out there, because when I bought a pond liner recently, it was dead easy. The item arrived when they said it would, and was exactly what I expected. I can't fault my experience with this company at all.

I love fish! that's why i always own one. and i am aware with the issues that owning fish as pet is not an ideal thing. however, when i found this one, they helped me in knowing what to do and also their equipment keep y my fish healthy
