I've been using this platform for a few months now and I must say, it's been a really great experience. The surveys are interesting and diverse, giving you the choice between finding the best match, quick short ones for when you have a spare moment, or niche surveys that offer higher points. I've given a couple of the niche surveys a go and they were definitely worth it. What really makes this platform stand out is their customer service team - they are absolutely brilliant. This year, there have been more glitches with Opinion Outpost surveys, which has been quite frustrating for users. But I have to say, the team has been really good at taking responsibility and making up for those surveys that pull you in and then unexpectedly kick you out at the end.
