Repaircare is a total lifesaver
My wife and I had this washing machine that we loved. But then it got broken and then spoilt. We were not happy, particularly my wife as she claims it relieves her of the struggle of having to wash clothes nearly all the time. I didn't want to give the machine to any random person so I sourced around for a better solution and Repaircare came through.
After seeing all the reviews made about them, I told my wife and we booked an appointment with them via the phone. The person that picked up the phone was so pleasant and patient enough to listen to our complaints. We got there and they checked it and told us to come back in a day. We got there the following day to meet our machine fully repaired and looking brand new
We've been using it for years now and we've not had any problems at all with it.
Don't wish any of my appliances to get spoilt, but if they do, we're going to do Repaircare over and over again.Oven repair service

Downdraught extractor repair
I paid £195 at first for the repair, but it was delayed because they kept getting the wrong parts. The communication was also really bad and the engineer wouldn't come back after a mix-up about timing. In the end, I had to sort it out myself by buying the part and fixing it in just 3 days, costing me £175.

The service was great - easy to set up, fast, and dependable. The technician did the job really well with care and professionalism. They were quick and left everything clean and neat, you wouldn't even know they had been there with the rubbish all cleared away. Fridge Repair
The first time the engineer came round, he didn't fix the problem properly as the freezer was left wobbling about. But on his second visit, he sorted that out and found that the entire fridge was freezing up. He fixed that too, and now everything is running smoothly. I'm pleased they were able to sort out the issues, and now it's all working perfectly.

It took ages for them to order the part, and when they finally did, the same engineer turned up without it and then said my machine couldn't be repaired. Total waste of time and money.

Repair appointment for gas tap replacement
I recently arranged a repair appointment with RepairCare to fix a dodgy gas tap on my cooker. The engineer turned up a few days later and agreed that the part needed changing. But, to my annoyance, I was told that they didn't have the necessary replacement part in stock, even though the cooker was still being sold. I got in touch with their main office to share my irritation, but only got a dismissive response in return and to top it off, they charged me £75 for the callout. All in all, my dealings with RepairCare were a letdown and I wouldn't recommend their services to anyone.
My broken 20-year-old cooker
The RepairCare engineer showed up right on time, knew exactly what he was doing, had all the necessary parts, and was really friendly. Thanks to him, my cooker is now working perfectly and I couldn't be happier.

The service was absolutely top-notch! The repair guy really knew his stuff and was super friendly. He clearly had good customer service skills too. Couldn't have asked for a better experience, to be honest.
Washing machine repair
The repair chap was really fast and managed to fix our washing machine on the same day he came over. It was amazing watching him work, he was like a wizard with washing machines! Thank you for getting it fixed so quickly, now I can do my laundry again.
Oven repair booked
I tried to get my oven fixed, but RepairCare totally messed up! I paid for the service and then they told me the next week that they don't even have anyone in London who can fix it. Why on earth did they take my money in the first place? They promised to give me a refund, but I'm still waiting for it. It's really frustrating!
Service review
I used this company and they were so quick and efficient. The guy who came to fix my thing was really nice, and he even tidied up once he was finished. I'm really pleased with their service.
Paid up front for a repair on the 7th January, still waiting for parts
I paid for a repair back on the 7th of January, and it's now the 3rd of April, and I'm still waiting on the parts. The engineer didn't even show up until the 17th of January, a week late. Now, if I ask for a refund, they want to charge me £75 for the visit, which is not on. Just today, I got a text saying they're finally ordering the parts, nearly 3 months later. I really wouldn't recommend going with this company. Update as of the 9th of April, they offered me a full refund, but also said the parts to actually fix the unit won't arrive until the 26th of April. We've been waiting for more than 3 months for this repair already.
