    Plug plants

    I bought some plug plants from this company recently, and I have to say I'm really impressed with the quality and choice. My order arrived quickly, and I started potting them in my greenhouse straight away. After looking after them, they've bloomed into lovely flowers like begonias, petunias, and nicotiana. As someone who usually finds it tricky to grow plants from seeds, I love how easy and successful these plug plants have been.     Logging into my account was an absolute nightmare. I couldn't get my password to work no matter what I tried, and resetting it just added to my frustration.     I was a bit unsure about ordering from this company because of some bad reviews, but they were the only ones that had the plant I wanted so I thought I'd take a chance. I placed my order and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they confirmed it and got it sent out. The delivery was fast too, and I liked that they kept me posted on when to expect it. When my plant arrived, I was really happy to see that it was in great shape and looked even better than similar ones from more famous suppliers in the UK.

    Nectarine tree purchase

    I was really happy with my new nectarine tree. Everything went smoothly, from ordering to delivery. I ordered it on a Sunday and had it by Wednesday. It came in a sturdy cardboard box, which I can use for mulching my raised beds. The tree looked healthy and ready to grow, without any issues. The price was great too, so I'm really pleased. I can't wait to taste the nectarines next year!

    I recently ordered some plug plants online and I was really let down by the delayed delivery. When I tried to cancel and get my money back, all I got was excuses about them being super busy and not being able to find my order. It's annoying to see other orders going through smoothly while mine was stuck. It's clear they don't really care about keeping customers happy. Now that my order has finally been sent out, I'm thinking about refusing delivery because the way they want to deliver it just doesn't make sense.

    i like it

    my daughter wanted to do gardening and i am working women so i hardly get time for her. Buying stuff is seriously time taking and i don't want to buy her something without knowing, so here we are, she is getting whatever she like from here and i must say Van is a seriously good one and affordable.

    Further to my first email sent several days ago, and to which as yet I have received no reply, you credited my account with £20 I have repeatedly tried to phone you since then to place another order as I assumed the £20 could not be redeemed on line. However your phone lines are still not in operation. As it is now too late to order plants for the summer season, I would ask you to refund the £20 to my credit card.

    I bought some flower bulbs and seeds from this company not too long ago. I placed my order on their website and everything went fine at first. But then I ran into a problem with my order, so I got in touch with their customer service for some help.     Plants for friend as a gift

    I bought some plants from this company as a present for a friend who had lost her husband. I picked out her favourite flower and paid full price for them. But when they turned up, they were not what I had hoped for at all. They looked all droopy, barely clinging to life, and really let me down. I felt awkward handing them over to my friend and regretted spending my money on them. The standard was much lower than what I was anticipating for the money I shelled out. The whole thing left me feeling really let down.

    Plug bedding plants

    I recently bought some plug bedding plants from this company and I was really let down by the condition they were in when they arrived. When I opened the package, a lot of the cells looked damaged or there was no growth at all. I got in touch with the company straight away to let them know about the problem, but I haven't had a response that fixes things yet. It's frustrating to see that they seem to be more focused on getting your money than making sure the products they send are good quality.

    Alpine plants

    I recently ordered a bunch of Alpine plants from this company, a mix of 9 different types called the Nurseryman's Choice. To my dismay, when the plants arrived, they were all the same Thymus plants. It seems the nursery folks there need to come up with more exciting picks. The plants I got were quite different from the ones shown on their website, so it's a bit misleading. I'd advise anyone thinking of ordering from them to be careful, as what you see online might not be what you get.

    Difficulty placing order

    I had a really annoying experience when I was trying to buy something from their website. I tried four times to make the purchase, but each time I had some technical problems. The website was tricky to use and it seemed like my bank couldn't be reached during the whole thing. Just when I was ready to throw in the towel, I suddenly got a message saying that my order had gone through. Also, the prices seemed to change a bit while I was trying to buy, which made me wonder if they were being upfront about how much things cost. Despite all these issues, I eventually did manage to place my order at the right price in the end.

    Ordering a variety of plants

    The website was a nightmare to use. It was so annoying with all those pop-ups that I couldn't even check out properly, and I had to keep entering my address over and over again. And then, when I tried to join the gardening club, I got hit with some error 508! I couldn't even claim a discount in peace. The site was so old-fashioned and slow that I couldn't load some pages at all. And those reviews? Definitely not reliable.

    I've been really disappointed with the plug plants I ordered. They've gotten worse over the years. When they arrived, they were leggy and barely alive. It was so hard to get them out of the container, and some of them didn't have any growth at all. Some were even empty! I won't be ordering from them again, especially after pre-paying three months in advance.

    Squirrel proof bird feeder

    I'm pretty let down by how long I had to wait for this product, and I'm even more disappointed by its small size and the fact that the lid design is way too complicated. It's just not practical for me to have to keep refilling it every other day, it's really annoying. I've made up my mind not to buy it again, I'll have to start looking for a different one instead.

    Tomato plants arrived damaged

    I recently bought some tomato plants from this company, and I was really disappointed with how they arrived. They were dispatched right before a bank holiday weekend and took ages to get to me. By the time they arrived, they were already dead. When I tried to leave a review on their website, I found out that there wasn't even an option to write one. Even though the company says they post all reviews, good and bad, customers like me can't actually leave feedback. I should have checked for recent reviews before buying from them, it should have been a warning sign for me.
