Business cards, sustainable hemp blend
I recently ordered some business cards made from a sustainable hemp blend because it aligns with my values. The process of ordering them was really easy and the delivery was super quick. The quality of both the paper and the design was really impressive too. Unfortunately, almost a third of the pack had misprints on them which was a bit disappointing. I got in touch with customer service and ended up speaking to a guy called Ahmed who was really helpful. He quickly sent out replacements for the misprinted cards. Even though there were some issues, I would still recommend buying from this company.
Sticker replacement
I wasn't happy with the first stickers I got because they weren't lined up properly, so I got in touch with customer service to ask for help. They got back to me quickly and sent me new stickers without any problems. The new ones arrived soon after and were way better quality than the old ones. It was a bit of a hassle having to email them, but the customer service team dealt with it really well. In the end, I was happy with how they sorted everything out.
Plan change assistance
I recently needed some help changing my plan and wasn't sure how to go about it. I got in touch with customer service and a really patient representative talked me through the whole process, one step at a time. Even though there was a language barrier, they stayed calm and patient and managed to help me switch my plan successfully. As a small business owner, I'm really pleased with the new plan and I have the representative to thank for their help.

I recently bought some business cards from this company and honestly, it was smooth sailing all the way. Ordering was a breeze, and I really liked getting those email updates to let me know where my cards were during dispatch and delivery. The discounts from the company really helped improve my overall experience. But I was a bit disappointed when not all of my order arrived on the same day. I had bought a gift for a few people, and it was annoying that one person had to wait an extra day for theirs. It would have been much better if everything had arrived together. However, the products were good quality and it was easy to personalise them.

Custom business cards for daughter's business launch
I bought some custom business cards for my daughter's business launch event. I decided to go for next day delivery to make sure they arrive on time. Unfortunately, even though I placed the order before the noon deadline, the cards didn't show up as promised. This caused a big problem because by the time they finally arrived, the event was pretty much over, so we couldn't really use them. I paid extra for next day delivery specifically so we could have the cards in time, but that obviously didn't work out. I feel like they tricked me with the false advertising about next day delivery.

It took me a bit of time to get the design just how I wanted it online, but when the cards arrived, they were great quality and they arrived really quickly. Definitely worth it. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for my business cards now.

But what really impressed me was that my order arrived a whopping two weeks earlier than expected, it was a lovely surprise. I'll definitely be coming back as a customer in the future.

The printing on my shirt was top-notch, really well done. It arrived right on time and the fabric of the shirt was really nice. But, the sizing turned out to be a bit big - I probably should have gone for a smaller size.

Oh my goodness, ordering my design was a breeze, I uploaded it right away! They even let me know about my low resolution picture - thank goodness for the heads up! And guess what - my order arrived in just 3 days even though I only paid for the economy option. Can you believe it? Absolutely fantastic!
