Phone cases order
I recently got cases for mine and my wife's phones from Wave, and I have to say I'm really impressed with how good they are. They arrived super quickly, the very next day, which was a nice surprise. Both cases have a cool matte finish with specks of colour running through them, making them look really unique. They fit our phones perfectly and the matte finish gives them a nice grip. I haven't dropped my phone yet, so I can't say for sure how protective they are, but they definitely feel strong and well-made, which is reassuring.
I did have a problem with the magsafe compatible case for my iPhone though. It wasn't charging properly with my Magsafe Charger. I got in touch with Wave and Ross got back to me really quickly. He sent out a replacement straight away, which works perfectly. I'm really happy with the customer service I got from Wave, especially from Ross.
Overall, I'm really impressed with the quality of the cases, how fast they were delivered, and the amazing customer service I got from Wave, especially from Ross. I would definitely recommend Wave to anyone looking for a new phone case, especially if you want something stylish and environmentally friendly. MagSafe compatible case for iPhone 15 Pro

But when I got a MagSafe charger for Christmas, the case didn't do what it was supposed to—it kept slipping off and wouldn't charge my phone. I got in touch with Wave about the problem, and they got back to me quickly, admitting that some early MagSafe cases were having issues. They swiftly sent me a replacement, which arrived promptly and now works like a charm—it stays securely attached and charges my phone without any issues. Wave's superb customer service and their quick response to fix the problem has made me a loyal customer. This case is now my top choice for phone protection.
iPhone 13 Pro case in white
As someone who has a degree in product design engineering, I really admire companies like this that are standing up against the unnecessary use of toxic plastics. I think Wave's effort to explore alternative materials is truly praiseworthy. The white iPhone 13 Pro case I bought initially had a textured finish that showed wear very quickly. But when I got in touch with Ross at Wave, I was pleasantly surprised by the fantastic customer service. Ross sorted out a free replacement in Khaki for me, which not only looks nice but also feels smoother and more durable. I picked up this really cool phone case with a matte grippy texture and subtle wheat straw flecks. The logo on it is much nicer than just some plain brand name in capitals. Google 6 Pro case
I got this case for my Google Pixel 6 Pro and I absolutely love it! It fits like a glove and the colour is so vibrant. The buttons are really easy to use and all the cut-outs are spot on. The level of protection it provides is pretty impressive - raised edges for the screen and camera, and the sides offer some good protection as well. The raspberry colour is just so bright and cheery, and the speckling adds a nice little touch. It's matte finish means no more fingerprints all over it, which is a bonus. I've only had it for a few weeks, so I can't comment on durability yet, but for the price, it's a great deal and it's eco-friendly too!

Dealing with this company has been really frustrating. I ordered a phone case, and in their email, they said it was shipped two weeks ago. But the tracking number they gave me doesn't work on the courier's website, so it seems like my order might not have even been sent out yet. And to make things worse, they don't even have a phone number or email for customers to get in touch with. The only option is a contact form on their website, which says they'll reply within 72 hours. That's just not good enough for a company trying to give good service. Also, I recently moved house and trying to update my delivery details with them has been a nightmare. This whole shopping experience has been a total let down.

Biodegradable phone case
I bought a biodegradable phone case from Wave not too long ago. I went for the bumper style with extra strong corners to make sure my phone stayed safe. But, I was really let down when after less than 2 months, the bits of the case started falling apart. Even though it was falling apart, I still used it. Then, out of nowhere, a big crack showed up in one of the corners, making the case completely useless. I thought a product that was supposed to be biodegradable and good for the environment would last longer and be tougher.

I got my new phone case and I'm so pleased! It arrived super quickly, just in 2 days, and the best part is it didn't cost me anything for delivery. The case is amazing - it's really easy to put on my phone and it stays put. If you're after quality and convenience, I'd definitely suggest getting this case.
