I recently got a new phone deal which seemed great at first. However, I then discovered there was an issue with the screen, and they demanded more money to fix it. It's just not fair or right. I definitely won't be trusting them again.
Cancelled order assistance
I made a mistake and accidently placed an order that I actually needed to cancel. Luckily, Fonehouse has fantastic customer service staff who were able to help me out. When I called, I spoke to a lovely advisor called Joanne, who really went above and beyond to assist me. She made sure my order was cancelled, set a reminder to ensure the package was returned, and made sure I would get a full refund and the contract cancelled. The next day, I called back just to make sure everything was sorted and spoke to another great advisor named Dani who confirmed that everything was taken care of. I am incredibly grateful for their patience, friendliness, and help. They definitely deserve a 5-star rating for their excellent customer service! 🌟
My phone contract purchase
So, yeah, I got my new phone contract and was really looking forward to getting my shiny new phone, you know what I mean? But then when I opened up the package, surprise surprise - no sim card! I mean, seriously, what's the point of having a phone without a sim card, right? So I tried to give them a call, but their phone lines were shut on a Saturday, like, who does that? So I had to resort to using their live chat thing and they were all like, go to the Three shop or give Three a call and wait for a new sim. I mean, come on, I just purchased a phone from you, why should I have to go through all that hassle to get a sim card?
Now I can't even use my new phone and I'm seriously not impressed. I would definitely not recommend them, no way.Mobile phone
I recently bought a new mobile phone from this company and I have to say, I was really impressed with the service I got. The whole process went smoothly, right from the beginning. The delivery was really quick and efficient. They also transferred my number over without any problems the following day. The company kept me updated at every stage, which I really liked. New phone purchase
I bought a new phone from Fonehouse recently and I have to say, I was really impressed with the service. Ordering it was a breeze and the phone arrived quickly the next day. However, I did have a minor hiccup when trying to register the SIM card. Luckily, when I rang up Fonehouse, I got through to a lovely lady called Kayla who sorted out the issue in no time. She was so nice, so professional, and clearly knew her stuff. All in all, I would definitely recommend Fonehouse to anyone looking for a new phone.
didnt as they wont stop calling and harrassing
Constantly calling me off different numbers. They do not adhere to the data protection act of 2018 -I have asked numerous times to delete my details and they still call each day trying to sell me a phone, spoke to a manager who hung up on me. called them to make a complaint and got hung up on too. Joke of a company- DO NOT TRUST THE WITH YOUR DATA!

Phone pre-order, wrong color, chat with Molly
I ordered a phone in advance, but it arrived in the wrong colour. The next day, I had a chat with Molly and she sorted it out for me. Now I'm getting the correct colour and still getting my free gift! The service was really speedy and excellent.
Quick and easy phone upgrade
They gave me a call to suggest an upgrade, which was a bit irritating, but once I agreed, getting a new phone was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend them for this reason.

I wanted a phone case from your website, but when I checked my bank statement, I saw I had been charged for more than one. This was annoying and confusing because my email confirmation only showed one case. Easy ordering process, fast delivery, affordable phone
I had a fantastic time buying my new phone. Ordering it was so simple and clear, I almost had to double-check if I was doing it right. Even though my credit history is not the best and I've been rejected before, they approved my application without any problems. The phone I got was in great condition and the price was surprisingly low for such a good quality product. Since I use my phone a lot for work, I'm really happy with my purchase.
Mobile phone
Ordered a new phone on 12/07/23 and was before 2100 so expected next day delivery as advertised. Provided my PAC number to switch networks and everything seemed to be going fine. Received an email from new provider saying everything had went through and then received a message from old provider confirming my switch.
Next day came and no phone, following day an email saying there was a delay and should get the phone on Monday (today).
I have just received another email saying they tried to deliver the phone but they missed me which is just a blatant lie. I work from home, my desk is about 15 feet from my front door, I live in a cul-de-sac so all traffic easily seen. No knock at the door, no bell rung and no card to say they had been.
Prices are great but delivery is an absolute shambles. Don't expect it next day, you will be disappointed.Phone
Was scammed by people claiming to be your company
iPhone 12
Beyond disgusted. Ordered iPhone 12 which arrived and had poor signal. I contacted the fone house and arranged a return of the handset. I was advised to take photographs of the phone, which I done. After not receiving any response from the company, I contacted them to find out if the contract had been cancelled, only to be told that they required pictures because the phone, saying it was damaged. They had not emailed me to request this, I’d had to contact them. The phone was sent back in immaculate condition but they had insisted it was damaged but not actually specifying what the damage was, so I sent the photos that I had of the phone thinking that this would clear the matter up. Still no response from them again so I called to find out what was happening, only this time to be told that the images were not clear and in focus and they had returned the phone back to me. This is ‘poppy ...’ as they are clear. There is a reflection in the photo but you can still clearly see that the phone is scratch free. So basically they are now returning me a scratched phone. This in my opinion has all been done to get out of accepting the phone back. Don’t use this company. I still haven’t received the phone as yet and was advised it was returned two days ago. Still had no email notifying me of any of this! No images, no request for my images, and no notification that the phone was being returned or when I should expect it!
Is this the way any legitimate company operates?

Ordered an iphone 12 a week ago and i'm still being told the phone is out of stock and they don't know exactly when there are getting them in. When they do there is a huge list of customers waiting for them. Quick enough to take your money with the promise of next day delivery....this doesn't happend.
