After my experience during one of my trips to Spain, I dreaded traveling. the experience I had made me hate vacations; from the wrong booking to delayed flights, to poor hotel reservations, expensive car rental, and terrible customer service. However, going through the Bravofly site, I loved what I saw, so I decided to check them out. Bravofly booked my flight, booked my hotel reservation, and managed my holiday. I visited choice sites, had the best cruise and customer service at a very affordable rate. I am thrilled with Bravofly and their services and will continue to use them. I recommend Bravofly to every vacation lover who wants to have a stress-free holiday and also to have the experience of a lifetime.
Last-minute Christmas flights to New Zealand
I came across Bravofly on Skyscanner when I had to book some last-minute flights to New Zealand for Christmas for my family. I also booked through another website for a different trip. Even though I read some negative reviews about Bravofly after booking, I actually had no problems at all. The e-tickets were confirmed straight away with Emirates, the airline we travelled with. I normally go to traditional travel agents, but I went with Bravofly because they were the cheapest option available. The trip went very smoothly, and the whole experience was great. I chose the flexi option, although I didn't end up needing to change my flights. I reckon it would be a pain no matter which provider you go with.
Flight booking experience
I had a really good experience with the agent who helped me book my flight. Agent Shilpi was so helpful and provided excellent service the whole way through. She knew what she was doing, got everything done quickly and with a smile, which made the booking really easy and stress-free. I was really impressed with how professional and meticulous she was. If all the agents here are like Shilpi, then customers are definitely well taken care of.
Efficient customer service
The staff at this company are absolutely brilliant. They're always so polite, know their stuff, and never rush me when I've got questions. Every time I've dealt with them, it's been really positive. That's a big reason why I stick with their services. Their top-notch customer service really makes them stand out from other companies in this field.
Ticket booking issue
I recently bought two tickets for a flight from Zürich to Vienna online, but both tickets had the same passenger name, which caused us some trouble. We tried to fix it on the agency's website but couldn't. The customer service team told us to speak to the airline, but they couldn't help either. We ended up having to buy new tickets from the airline, costing us almost 400 CHF. It was a frustrating and time-consuming experience.
Ticket refund delay
I asked for a refund for my ticket not long after buying it, but I haven't heard anything back from the company yet. It's been more than 2 months now and they still haven't given me my money back. I've tried getting in touch with them many times but I can't seem to reach anyone who can tell me what's going on with my refund. The fact that they're not keeping me informed and taking so long to give me my money back has made me really unhappy with their service.
Smooth booking and payment process with extra package
I was a bit worried about doing online check-in because of some reviews talking about scams, but I managed to check in easily with the airline using the details from Bravofly. The flight went smoothly without any problems, and I was really happy about that. It would be great if there was a direct check-in option with Bravofly in the future.
Last minute cancellation
I had to quickly cancel one passenger from my booking but wasn't sure how to do it. So, I decided to chat with a support agent for help. They were really fast in sorting out the cancellation for me. Excellent trip experience
My journey went really well, the only problem I had was that all the emails were in English which was a bit of a pain. But, the flights were all bang on time and all in all it was a cracking experience.
Flight cancellation refund issue
I recently had a situation where my flight got cancelled at short notice, but it wasn't the booking platform's fault. EU law says I should get a refund in this case, but since I booked through a third-party, they had to deal with getting the money back from the airline. I've tried loads of times to contact them through calls and emails, but they keep saying they've asked for the refund from the airline. It's been four months now, and I still haven't received anything back.<br><br>What's worse is that the platform won't show any proof that they've actually done what they say to get my refund. This lack of transparency makes me think they might not even be trying to help, which is frustrating and makes me not trust them.<br><br>Because of all this, I've had to take the issue to the EU consumer dispute resolution authority for more help.<br><br>I've been really let down by this platform, so I'd tell others to think hard about saving money with them versus dealing with their customer service if something goes wrong. I've personally decided not to use them again and would tell others to be careful too.
Hotel bathroom smelled strongly of mold.
The hotel bathroom stank of mold so bad, you could even smell it through the cracks in the glass door into the room. It was not great, especially at night. I told the reception about it a few times, but they didn't do anything about it.
Booking holidays at the beginning of April
My partner and I booked a holiday online and paid a deposit of over CHF 800 with my credit card. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our plans. About a week later, without any explanation, the company took over CHF 500 from my account, even though we had already cancelled. The website clearly said we could cancel for free until the end of June. I sent several emails asking for a refund, but got no reply. My partner also tried to get in touch with them, but had no luck. I even followed the advice of my legal insurance and sent a registered letter, but still heard nothing. I plan to call my legal insurance tomorrow and involve a lawyer to sort this out.
Last-minute flight change
I had to change my flight at the last minute and doing it online was pretty straightforward. However, trying to get a confirmation or speak to someone about it afterwards was a real challenge. I was getting worried because my flight was approaching and I wasn't sure if everything was sorted out. I had to be in Singapore on Thursday morning for work and I didn't want any issues. It would have been much simpler if there was someone I could talk to and get everything sorted out at once.
Cancelled flight, refund issue
The service we got from this company was absolutely dreadful. They cancelled our flight and instead of giving us our money back, they only offered us a voucher to use with a different company. We asked for a cash refund of 24,000sek but they only gave us back 19,000sek. We had planned this trip 5 months in advance and now not only did we not get to go, but we're also out nearly 5000sek for nothing at all. Their behaviour is just shameful.
Flight Booking
So, yeah, we booked this flight and then a few minutes later they were just like "oh sorry, your flight's cancelled." I mean, seriously? And then they had the nerve to be like "oh, we can't refund you but we'll charge you a handling fee" for what, handling our frustration?! And now they keep emailing us saying our outbound flight is cancelled when it's not! Bravofly seriously needs to get their act together!
Air ticket booking
What a nightmare it was! I booked my flight through this company and let me tell you, that was a mistake. Just one day before I was supposed to fly out, the airline goes ahead and cancels my flight, leaving me in a right mess. I call up customer service and they give me the choice of either rescheduling or getting a refund, so obviously I choose the refund option. Little did I know, I'd end up waiting almost two months just to hear back from them. And what do they have the cheek to tell me? They're not giving me my money back because of some sly terms and conditions. It's a total joke! Why even offer a refund choice if you're not going to stick to it?
Hotel booking experience
I made a hotel booking on this website not long ago, and let me tell you, it was a total nightmare. I really thought I had found a great bargain, but it turned out to be nothing but a scam. Once I booked the rooms, I didn't get any confirmation at all, and when I tried to reach customer service, they were nowhere to be seen. They just took my money and vanished, leaving me high and dry with no place to stay. It's absolutely shocking that they can do this kind of dodgy stuff and get away with it. Do yourself a favour and avoid this website like the plague!
