Flights review
I had the pleasure of flying a few years ago with this airline. I flew from Rome to Perth, with a layover in Singapore, and then from Perth to Frankfurt with another layover in Singapore. My outbound flight was in economy class, but for my return journey, I upgraded to Premium economy. It was a lovely and relaxing experience all round. The flight attendants were all really kind, polite, and ready to help with anything we needed. Even though my English wasn't great, they were patient and friendly when assisting me.
Flight experience with a lost item
I had a flight recently with my granddaughter where she left her stuff on the plane. First, I was so worried, but in the end, I was really happy. They found her things and brought them to me without charging extra. It did take a bit of time and we exchanged quite a few emails, but the customer service was top-notch the whole time. I was really amazed at how far they went to make sure we got our stuff back safe and sound.
Flying with them, like six or seven times in the past two years
Wow, I can't believe how incredible this airline is! We've been on so many flights with them, and each time has been better than the last. Their service is truly top-notch, I mean, seriously. The customer service team is really friendly and always makes sure we have everything we could possibly need. I can't thank them enough for being so awesome!
Flight experience review
The team were really nice and helpful, happy to answer any questions about what entertainment was available on the flight. The food was pretty good, but it would have been nice to have more German films to watch. I think they could do better in this area. Despite that, I would still suggest this airline because of their great service overall.
Flight Singapore to Sydney
My experience flying with Singapore Airlines was not what I was hoping for. The flight from Singapore to Sydney was fine, but the service was not great. The staff didn't seem very interested and the food wasn't very good. The business lounge at Singapore airport was also disappointing, not as good as I had heard, with limited options and not very good quality.
Tight seating in Economy Class
It's disappointing that Singapore Airlines doesn't provide a comfortable experience in Economy Class, where you'd hope for at least a basic level of comfort. The lack of space makes it really difficult to have a meal or recline your seat without bothering the person sitting behind you. I recently flew with another airline and found that there was much more room in Economy Class with them. Personally, I think Singapore Airlines should consider either reducing the number of rows in Economy or getting rid of it completely. The current situation is just not acceptable. My flight was on a Boeing 777 from Frankfurt to Singapore.
Flight experience
I hopped on a plane and flew over to Singapore, then made my way to Hanoi. The flight over was pretty good, but coming back to Frankfurt from Singapore was a different story. The plane was a bit grubby, the air conditioning was way too cold, and the staff weren't exactly going above and beyond.
Premium air travels, economical ranges compartive to high-qaulity services
Singapore airlines are great with premium travel experienced so far, I have been with. their service, interactions to passengers are adorable. lavish cuisines are served, preferences of passengers are appreciated. I often get some offers time to time from their website as well.
good service, clean cabin and bathrooms
The folks on the plane were dead friendly, they kept checking in on us and asking if we needed owt. The toilets were proper clean and shiny, which made the long flight loads more bearable and less dull.
Booking a flight
I just wanted to say that booking a flight on this website was a total nightmare! I mean it was really tricky, like trying to find your way through a maze with a blindfold on. First off, I had a go at calling customer service and they just cut me off - so rude! Then, when I went back to the website, it was a real struggle to find what I was looking for. Honestly, it felt like they weren't even interested in having people book with them. I spent so much time on that site and honestly, I'm just fed up with it all now!
Flight booking to Denpasar
My flight to Denpasar was a nightmare from the moment I arrived at the airport. I had booked my seat nine months ago, specifically choosing my usual spot because of my knee issue. But when I got there, they told me my seat had been given to a family on standby with a child who supposedly needed a bassinet. It was annoying to see that they didn't even use it in the end. So now, I'm stuck in Bali for three weeks with a bad knee, all because of Singapore Airways' carelessness. The apology I got was just a credit for their pricey cafe, which didn't even come close to making up for the trouble. It's clear that Singapore Airlines cares more about numbers than serving their customers well.
Flight experience
My flight experience was absolutely awful! I lost my luggage, ended up getting sick from expired food, had painfully short layovers, and to top it off, they were lying and shifting blame for their mistakes. The service was practically non-existent, so I definitely would not recommend it to anyone.
My plane ride from Singapore to Kathmandu
I was really disappointed with my flight from Singapore to Kathmandu, Nepal. They ought to improve their facilities, maybe even add an entertainment system. It felt like such a long journey for just a 4-hour flight. Something definitely needs to be done about it!
Flight booking troubles
So, I was trying to book my flight with my husband and he wanted to add his frequent flyer number. But they said no because his name doesn't match exactly. Can you believe that? They're making a big deal about his middle name not having a space. And when I tried to add my number, they were like "You have to do it through the agency." It's just so annoying, all these hassles and excuses!
Booking wheelchair service
I recently arranged a wheelchair service for my elderly parents who were flying to India with an airline. However, when they got to their layover in Singapore, they were really surprised to discover that the ground staff wouldn't offer the help they had paid for. My dad, who takes medication and struggles to walk, was left there without any assistance. Luckily, some other passengers came forward to help them get to the gate. The behaviour of the ground staff at Singapore airport was terrible, especially towards people who don't speak the same language. It's not right for them to accept payment for a service and then not follow through with it. They really should be more professional and caring towards passengers who need help.
Flight cancellation chaos
The way they dealt with the delay was absolutely terrible. We had to stand around in a holding area for hours with no communication or help for us passengers. It was particularly bad for the elderly passengers who were struggling. To make matters worse, our daughter was seated 8 rows away from us on the next flight, which was really distressing. The lack of care and thoughtfulness from SIA is truly shocking and disappointing in every way. Their image as an elite airline is completely hypocritical.
Flight ticket
Recently, me and my wife had a really bad experience with an airline that I won't name. We weren't allowed to board our flight just because there was a tiny water droplet on the bottom left corner of my wife's passport photo. That meant our whole trip was ruined. It's worth mentioning that the droplet didn't cover her face and the passport was good for automated gates. The airline's strictness cost us a lot of money for no reason at all. I definitely wouldn't recommend this airline to anyone, and I'll be spreading the word about our awful experience online.
International flight with economy class
I recently went on an international flight in economy class and it was pretty disappointing. The airline's service wasn't great - the flight attendants were hardly around, the toilets weren't very clean, and the food was barely edible. It just didn't measure up to other airlines like Virgin and British Airways which give much better service in economy class.
