    Daughter's return flight booking

    My daughter went and booked two flights by mistake instead of a return journey, which ended up costing loads. So, I got on the phone to customer service and had a chat with this lovely lady called Jade M. She was so patient and helped us sort out the booking to make it a return trip. Thanks to her clear explanations, we saved a whopping £1,900! She stayed on the line until we got the confirmation emails and made sure we were clear on all the changes. My daughter ended up flying Economy Delight with Virgin, and she said the whole experience was really great.

    Virgin Atlantic always cease to impress me

    I have been to Virgin atlantic a couple of times, fly often between UK and falklands. I also once visited to Shanghai and Delhi. Their assistance,services and whole journey is a great experience itself . I never much actually felt of jetlag or tireness VA.
    Must choose VA if one is going any of those destiantions where they serve. Their inhouse catering and services are also welcoming and quality-oriented.

    Flight change and customer service

    I had to change some flights recently and I must say, the customer service team at the airline did a great job. Even though there were a few hiccups, they were really helpful and sorted everything out quickly and efficiently. They were quick to respond and they kept their promises. The staff, both at check-in and on the flight, were amazing and they made the whole experience really good.

    Daughter's special meal request for upcoming flight

    I got in touch with customer service the other day about getting a special meal for my daughter on our flight soon. Luke on the chat was really helpful and quickly fixed the problem. He was so nice and made sure that my daughter's dietary requirements would be catered for on our trip. I really appreciate his great customer service and willingness to help.

    Flight booking issue

    I had a really bad experience with the customer service team at the airline. They messed up my booking confirmation after I rebooked my flight, causing me a lot of problems. Even though I tried calling and emailing them many times, they said they would send the correct invoice but it's been months and I still haven't received it. This delay has made it hard for me to claim on my insurance, which is making me even more annoyed about the whole situation. Their service has been really unprofessional and unacceptable, and I'm very unhappy about it.

    Halal meal request

    I've tried loads of times to order a halal meal on the website and app, but it kept showing me an error message. Even tried three times on Twitter, but got no reply. Couldn't find an email or phone number for help. The virtual assistant just confused me even more. The help pages weren't helpful either. All I got were automated replies and errors. When I tried to order a halal meal at the airport, they said it was too late. Absolutely gutted.

    Flight experience

    I just want to say my flight was a total nightmare. The staff were so unprofessional and disrespectful. I was physically attacked by social justice warriors with their trolley, I didn't get any food or drink for over 8 hours, and they even turned off my entertainment console. All because I had a disagreement about a blanket, which is allowed on every other airline. It was really disgraceful and no customer should have to go through that.

    Flight with Virgin Atlantic from the US

    I had a really bad time with the airline recently. They didn't have enough staff around, so it was hard to communicate and the bag drop was a bit of a mess. I've been flying with them for over thirty years, so it was a surprise to see things go downhill like this. Flying with them out of the US has never been great, but this last trip was definitely the worst.

    Flight and hotel booking

    Recently, me and my family had made plans to go on a trip by booking flights and a hotel with this airline. Unfortunately, my mother passed away, and so we needed to change our travel dates. When we contacted the company to ask about moving our holiday to a later time, we were told that it would be really expensive to do so, and they suggested we talk to our insurance company instead. This news left us feeling really upset and let down. Dealing with the death of a family member is always difficult, and we had expected a more caring and sensitive response from the airline in this situation.

    Flight reservation assistance

    Virgin Atlantic were absolutely shocking when I needed some help sorting out a problem with my flight booking. All I wanted was an email to clear up a mix-up with my booking reference number, but they flat out refused to assist me. This lady called Winnie, who was meant to be helping me, was so rude and unprofessional the whole time. I strongly advise people to steer clear of this airline and demand better protection for consumers in the future.

    Long-haul business travel

    I recently changed airlines for my long-haul business trips. Everything was going fine until today when my luggage got left behind at the airport. Now I've got no clothes for work tomorrow in New York. It's really annoying and frustrating! The staff on the ground said this kind of thing happens a lot, and that's just not acceptable.

    Flight back from holiday

    I recently came back from a holiday in Jamaica and my return flight to the UK was a complete disaster! During the flight, I got a soft drink and placed it on the table, which turned out to be broken. The drink spilled all over me, so I was drenched for the entire 7-hour journey. The flight attendant didn't even bother to help and just shrugged it off. I reached out to Virgin to complain, but all they offered was 10,000 miles, which is roughly £50 - can you believe it? I felt so disrespected by their response, it was as if they didn't care about my experience at all. Come on, I'm a person, not a wet seat! Virgin seriously needs to step up their customer service game and take better care of their passengers.

    Upper Class Holiday

    My experience with VA Holidays was absolutely terrible. I spent a lot of money on a fancy Upper Class holiday, but the after-sales service was the worst I could have imagined. There were flight delays, missed connections, downgraded seats, and broken promises of compensation. Couldn't speak to a real person, just had to fill out feedback forms and wait even more. I found it completely unacceptable.

    Flight cancelled last minute

    Our flight from San Francisco to London Heathrow got cancelled out of the blue, just 10 hours before we were supposed to leave. They didn't even explain why it happened, but instead, they put us on a flight from LA to London the next night. We had to work out how to get from San Francisco to LA, pay for an extra night in a hotel, and sort out a place to stay when we got to England. Virgin Atlantic should own up to their mistake and make it right by covering our extra costs and inconvenience.
