I've been with this car rental company for more than 15 years now, and I have to say, booking and managing my reservations through their website has always been a breeze. If I ever had to contact customer service, they've always picked up my calls promptly and taken care of any issues efficiently. I like that they send me promotional rates via email, which makes it simple for me to switch to a more cost-effective booking. And on the rare occasion I've needed a refund due to a rate change, they sorted it out quickly for me.

My experience with booking a car through this company was really disappointing. I put in all my flight details, like my arrival time, only to find that the rental desk wasn't open when I got there. It was a huge pain, and when I contacted customer service, they said it was because I had apparently given a pickup time, which I definitely hadn't done since I had already given my flight info. The company's lack of communication and responsibility was really frustrating and disappointing. On top of that, they wouldn't give me any refund even though it was their mistake. I've seen lots of other customers with similar complaints about this rental company, and it's given me a really bad impression.

This website is terrible, I reckon it's completely dodgy! I attempted to purchase something with my visa card, but they swiftly cancelled my order and still took my money. Then they claimed they'd refund it in 10 days for absolutely no explanation. Just a heads up!

Auto Europe was good, but my experience with SurPrice was terrible. The rental place looked dodgy and the service was all over the place. I had to wait ages to get my rental car, which wasn't even in good shape. I would recommend that anyone thinking about renting a car avoids SurPrice and goes with a more reliable company instead.
