My most recent experience buying a cycling helmet from this shop started off frustratingly because the delivery went wrong. Even though the order was marked as delivered, there was no photo proof or sign of the package at my place. Yeah, so I picked up some awesome bike parts from this place. They've got a good selection and the prices are pretty fair. Sometimes they have some really fantastic sales too, which is great. The only downside was the delivery service they used. It's called Evri and they were pretty useless, slow, and unreliable. They basically just dumped my parcel on my doorstep, which wasn't cool. Luckily, my delivery was free this time, but if I had paid I would have been really unhappy. The drivers don't seem to care much and they just leave items out in the open where anyone can see them - not very safe!

I've just bought the Vitus VR in navy and I have to say I am really happy with it. The bike came in excellent condition and was packaged well, although the box was pretty big at 2m by 1m. I can't find any fault with the bike, the price, or the delivery service by Parcel Force. The navy colour of the bike looks even better in real life than in the photos.

In general, using the website isn't great and the company needs to do something about it fast to make sure customers are happy.
Lifeline essential mini maintenance bike stand
My bike is quite heavy and has a bit of a strange frame with a basket on it, which means that most bike stands are no good for me. But this one is great because it supports my bike using the rear wheel forks and doesn't interfere with my spokes. It's not the most stable stand out there, but it does the job for when I need to oil my chain or fix my gears. I'm really pleased with it!

I recently had a go at getting the Sidi Shot 2 Dzero Cycling shoes from Chain Reaction Cycles for £126.99. It didn't go too well though, as after I thought I had bagged the last pair, I got a message the next day saying they had to cancel my order because they didn't have them in stock after all. I've had this kind of thing happen before with them, so I was pretty fed up with their unreliable service. It's really disappointing when they can't follow through and keep cancelling my orders.

Since new ownership took over, I've been really let down by the range at this shop. It was always my first choice for bike parts when my local shop didn't have what I wanted. But now, it looks like they've gone backwards with only cheap brands in stock. I wouldn't waste my time checking out their website for bikes or parts anymore. Just go find a better bike website and save yourself the hassle.
