Tyre fitting appointment
I recently had an appointment to get my tyre fitted at this place and I have to say, I was really impressed with the service I got. When I got there, I saw that there was only one guy working and he was running around doing loads of stuff, but he still managed to say hello to me and asked me to wait. After a little wait, he told me that another worker had gone out to grab some lunch, so he was on his own for now. Even though he was on his own, he worked really hard, changing tyres, taking phone calls, and sorting out paperwork like a pro. I was especially happy with how nice he was and the helpful advice he gave me. But personally, I think they should have more staff at the front desk to help out the tyre fitters and make sure customers have a smoother time.
New tyres fitted
I got some new tyres put on at this place recently and I have to say, apart from a little hiccup with the booking system, the service overall was really good. When I turned up, there was a bit of a mix-up with two people having appointments at the same time, but the workers dealt with it well and got the job done quickly. The website glitch was a bit annoying, but the staff were so professional and skilled that it didn't bother me too much. The prices were fair too, especially considering the quality of the work. Despite the initial problem, I would definitely think about coming back here for my tyre needs in the future.
Van tyre replacement
I received fantastic service at the Old Stratford branch. The two guys working there were really busy and had a lot of bookings to get through, but they still made sure to sort out my pre-arranged appointment even though it was going past closing time. They even took the time to work on my van outside because it wouldn't fit inside the garage. I suggested coming back another day because they were so busy, but they insisted on getting my tyres sorted out and they kept their word. I was really impressed by their hard work and how professional they were.
Tire purchase
I absolutely adore Just Tyres, the team at the Potters Bar branch are amazing! I have to give a big shout out to Harry, he's truly fantastic! Everyone there is so helpful and friendly, they make me feel like a VIP. The service is always excellent, and they also offer me great advice. On top of that, the prices are brilliant! I always leave feeling like I've got a great deal. A massive thank you to the Just Tyres team!
Tyre change service
I went to Just Tyres the other day to get my tyres swapped out and I was pretty pleased with how everything turned out. The staff were really nice and helpful, and the work they did was top-notch. Although, I must admit I was a tad let down by how long I had to wait. It ended up taking almost two hours to get all four tyres changed, which seemed a bit excessive to me. I get that these things can't be rushed, but it would have been nice to have a more precise idea of how long it might take.
Cheap online purchases
Why bother heading to the store when you can just buy everything online for the best deals? The staff in there are nice enough, but it's annoying that they only offer the best prices on their website.
New tyres installation
I recently went to this place to get some new tyres fitted, and I have to say, it was quite an interesting experience. The person at the front desk was really friendly and even knew my name before I said anything. He kept me in the loop about how long it would take, which I really liked. The waiting area was a bit small, but the chair was comfortable enough to make the wait bearable. It was an easy and smooth process overall.
New tyres and brake check
The staff at Just Tyres were really great, they helped me get new tyres and also had a quick look at my brakes. There was a small issue with my online order but when I called them, they sorted it out straight away. The whole process only took about 20 minutes, including fixing the booking problem. The staff were so friendly and made everything easy. Big shout out to the Solihull team for their fantastic service!
Affordable mid-range tyres
I found some really good tyres here at a reasonable price. Got a small discount code which made me seal the deal. I do have to say though, the staff member wasn't the friendliest. But despite that, they did finish the job promptly, just like I had scheduled. The fitting was done really professionally and they were respectful towards my vehicle.
Slow puncture with leaky valve
The other day, I was in Old Stratford and got a slow puncture due to a leaky valve. Normally, I'd go to National Tyres or Kwik Fix, but this time I thought I'd give Just Tyres a go. And let me tell you, I was really impressed! They were really helpful and fixed my problem quickly. I'll definitely be returning to them in the future!
Online order mix-up
I have to say, I messed up my online order, but the staff at this place were amazing. Luke was a star, so helpful and understanding. He got in touch with me a few days later and fixed everything over the phone. I must say, he was a real asset to the company. Customer service like that really impresses me.
Wheel alignment
I went to get my wheel alignment sorted out, but the place still uses old-school manual scales and plates. I told them exactly what I needed over the phone before making an appointment, but it seems like they didn't pay attention. They said they'd check my wheel balance for free after a couple of days, but when I showed up, they claimed they didn't have me down for an appointment. The guy who was working there was really rude and wouldn't honour his colleague's promises to sort out my car. It was a complete waste of money!
Tyre purchase delay
I recently bought some tyres from this place, but I had a bit of a problem with my order. I paid for them and booked a slot for installation, only to be told by customer service that the tyre I wanted was not in stock and would only be available the next week. I didn't hear anything for nearly a week, so I decided to get in touch with customer service. Turns out, they couldn't get the tyre for me at all, and the only option they gave me was to cancel the order. This whole situation really let me down - it caused a two-week delay and was a real inconvenience. I was disappointed that I had to keep chasing for updates and that they didn't let me know about the stock issue sooner. Overall, I wasn't happy with the service I received.

I had to rearrange my appointment because I missed the original one, but the people at the garage were really helpful. They did a fantastic job with the tires and I was really pleased with the service overall.

I placed an order online, but had to rearrange my appointment. The team was quick to refit my vehicle, suggested some additional services which were really helpful, and the cost for alignment was reasonable. The staff were really friendly and helpful throughout the whole process.
New tyres purchased
I bought some new tyres from this place not long ago, and I have to say, the staff were a bit rude and didn't really engage with me in a friendly way. I didn't feel like a valued customer at all while I was there. Even though the job was done well and didn't cost too much, I left feeling like I probably wouldn't come back to this place again in the future.
Tyres order
I've just ordered some tyres online and there was a hiccup with the selection for my car. Luckily, Ceri, the person I spoke to, was really helpful and sorted out the correct tyres for me without any hassle. I was really grateful for Ceri's kindness and help.

I bought some tyres from the shop not long ago, but they didn't actually have the ones I was looking for. It was a bit of a pain but I did like that the staff were honest and tried to help me find some other options. They said sorry about not having what I wanted and even offered to help me order them from somewhere else.
Tyres
Two independent inspections (AA and inspector) confirmed my wheel rim was damaged beyond repair by just tyres HAMMERING with a sledgehammer to try and get my wheel off. My vehicle was rendered unsafe to drive! Garage only had tools to remove wheelnuts plus a hammer and blowtorch Did not ask me before hammering rim beyond repair and I gave no consent! They even wanted to use a blowtorch to remove rim and then damage wheel bearings! I had to buy a replacement rim myself. NO APOLOGY. Head manager had a patronising attitude and wanted to hammer the rim back in shape without seeing it first! Manager did not even say sorry when he saw the damage and pushed himself to fit two tyres "for free" and supply one tyre (costing me £35) "for free" (my rim cost me £57 so the tyre supplied for £50 "for free" just offset the rim cost of £57! WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. COMPLETE COWBOYS. Would love to hammer the rim beyond repair on your car for 15 minutes and see how YOU feel!
