it was a poor experience, though they eventually did the sensible thing. I ordered tyres about seven weeks ago and for a long time nothing happened — no tyres, no refund, just silence. At first the company blamed the courier, which felt like passing the buck; my agreement is with the shop, not the delivery firm. I tried phoning, left messages, sent emails, waited, repeated myself, and mostly got vague replies or none at all. That was the worst bit: the lack of clear communication. After quite a bit of chasing they finally issued a refund and admitted the mix-up, so I can’t say the whole thing was hopeless. Still, it took far too long and could have been sorted in a couple of days if someone had just answered properly. My tip to others: keep screenshots and payment records, don’t assume silence means all is well, and be ready to nudge them repeatedly. I’d like them to be more straightforward next time, own mistakes sooner and respond quicker. Slightly annoyed, slightly relieved — that’s where I am.
Slow, messy process with one small win
I ended up sat in the garage more than I bargained for. I ordered a set of tyres and the whole thing turned into a slow dance of missing parts and radio silence. Two arrived, then one more, then nothing for weeks. What really annoyed me was the communication — long gaps with no replies on email or WhatsApp, and I had to chase the shop myself just to find out if anything turned up. At one point they asked me to print a form, get a signature and a stamp from the fitter to prove a tyre hadn’t been delivered. That felt like passing the buck. On the plus side, after I complained they did refund the missing tyre, so I wasn’t out of pocket in the end, but I was out of time and patience. If you use them, be prepared to chase, keep screenshots, and insist on a clear delivery reference. A better tracking system or quicker replies would have made all the difference. Emotionally it was draining — little things like being asked to fetch stamps add up — but at least the refund shows they will fix things eventually. I’d be cautious next time.
Cold tyres, colder customer service
I ordered the tyres because I wanted to be sensible before the first proper frost — boots on, kettle on, online checkout felt almost casual. The site was fine to use and the price (saving about €60) was the only thing nudging me to click, so first impression was: good deal, quick job. Then the waiting began. They said 8–9 days, so I thought okay, fine, I’ll swap them over that weekend. Day nine I go to check tracking and there’s nothing. Nothing. I emailed. Two days later I got a bizarre reply asking if I’d received them — which I hadn’t — and then radio silence. I tried emails, WhatsApp, phone. The phone hangs up after ten minutes on hold, every time I tried. I’ve sent several emails to different addresses, seven-ish, and not a single useful reply. So, no tyres yet, and my car is still on summer rubber, which makes me nervous on damp mornings. The weird little surprise: the ordering experience itself was smooth and the site pictures made the tyres look decent — I could almost imagine the extra grip and calmer motorway runs. That imagined comfort is the only positive memory here. I’ve started a PayPal claim and that’s doing its thing, but there’s a wait until they investigate, so it’s slow. Bottom line — product would’ve felt reassuring on the road, I think, but I never got the chance. The whole thing feels like chasing a ghost company; annoying, inconvenient and a bit laughable, in a miserable way. Wouldn’t risk it again.
Recent tire purchase
I bought some tyres from this company recently and I have to say, it was a pretty frustrating experience. The phone number they gave me didn't work at all, so I couldn't get in touch with customer service for any questions or problems. Also, the tracking number for my delivery was incomplete and DPD couldn't even recognise it, which caused a lot of confusion and delays in getting my order. It looks like this company is based outside of the country, which might explain why their communication and service is so unreliable. All in all, I wouldn't recommend this company because the hassle just isn't worth saving a few quid.
Tyre order delayed
Just like everyone else, I made the mistake of ordering from this company without checking the reviews first. I ordered my tyres last week and they're still "being prepared" over a week later. They're not responding to my emails, I can't cancel, and the only way to contact them is by paying to call and then waiting on hold. This kind of customer service is unacceptable, and online businesses like this shouldn't be allowed to keep operating. If things don't improve in the next few days, I'll need to dispute the charge with my credit card provider. Meanwhile, I have to start looking for alternative tyres while I wait for this mess to be sorted out. And I'm sure I'll just get a generic copy and paste response, if I get a response at all.
Tyres sent to wrong country
I bought some tyres from this supplier not long ago, and to my dismay, they sent my order to the wrong country. It was a real pain for me as I need my bike to pop to the shops and get stuff since I live solo and don't have any family nearby. The customer service folk I chatted to were useless and just kept making promises they couldn't keep, which left me feeling really annoyed and let down by the whole thing. Needless to say, I won't be going back to this supplier again.
High-performance summer tires
I'm really disappointed with the service from this company. I ordered 4 high-performance summer tires on the 6th of February and got an email the next day asking for proof of address. I've never had to do that before, but I sent it straight away. Since then, I've heard nothing back. I've called them 10 times and sent loads of emails, but they haven't replied at all. It's now the 22nd of February and I still haven't received my order, even though they've already taken $2000 from me. This is totally unacceptable and the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
Tyre order
I recently bought some tyres from this online shop and was really impressed with all the different options they had, and the prices were pretty good too. However, I had a bit of trouble with their returns policy because it wasn't very clear, which caused some confusion and ended up costing me more than I expected. I bought a set of four alloy wheels online and they turned up after five days. Pretty quick, right? But guess what - one of the wheels was damaged when it got to me. I let customer service know about it four weeks ago, but I haven't heard anything back since. Honestly, the whole experience has been really disappointing and not at all helpful.
Order two tires
I ordered a couple of tyres, but the delivery driver couldn't locate my house and sent them back to the warehouse. After sending an email to complain, I received a speedy response. With the help of Ms. Petra, I managed to reorder the tyres and they finally arrived within 4 days! Cheers to Ms. Petra for sorting it all out!
Alloy wheels purchase
I'm absolutely delighted with the service I received from this place! I couldn't believe how quickly my alloys were delivered - I ordered them on a Sunday and had them by Wednesday. I only had to contact customer service once, and they got back to me super fast within just half an hour. The price I paid for my alloys was such a great deal compared to other places selling them for much more. Overall, I'm really pleased with my purchase and will definitely be recommending this place to others.
Wheel purchase
I can't believe how quickly my new wheels arrived - I ordered them on a bank holiday and they were here by Friday, all the way from Germany! With everything going on with the lockdown, that's really impressive. The courier kept me informed about where my wheels were, and when they finally arrived, they were well-packaged in individual boxes with plenty of padding. They even included a fitting kit, and everything was in perfect condition. I sent them an email with a question, and they replied promptly with all the information I needed. I'm really impressed and will definitely be buying from them again. They offer top-notch service, so they have my thumbs up all the way!

I ordered a tyre on the 23rd of July, and it's been a total nightmare ever since. The company's communication is absolutely dreadful - I couldn't even get through to them on the phone, and their email responses were slow and not helpful at all. I was told that my tyre was delivered on the 27th of July, but I have no proof of this, and neither do my neighbours or the supposed delivery company. Trying to hunt down this missing tyre has been a disaster, and I'm really let down by the whole experience.

I had a brilliant time buying tyres from this company. I placed my order on a Monday and was pleasantly surprised to receive the first set on Thursday morning, followed by the second set on Friday morning. They were even quicker than my local tyre dealer! Plus, the prices were lower than what I would pay in the UK, including fitting. I'll definitely be coming back as a customer.

I've just bought some new tyres online and was hoping for a quick delivery, but it's been 5 days now and my order is still stuck at the "preparing for shipping" stage.
