    Too slow; dusty tyres, refund saved face

    Don’t buy here if you need tyres quickly. I ordered at the end of May with a 3–5 working day promise and they held my money for nearly two weeks before finally issuing a refund for the items that never turned up. To be fair, customer service replied reasonably quickly when I chased, but replies were mostly promises of "tomorrow" that never materialised. I received two of the four tyres (one wasn’t the model I ordered and both came covered in rusty dust). Compared with other suppliers this was messy, but the refund means it was at least resolved in the end. I’m still sceptical but slightly relieved.

    The slow tyre shuffle

    It started as a simple tyre order but turned into a time‑draining mess. I paid for next‑day dispatch and nothing left that day. I cancelled and was told a refund was coming, yet the tyres were still dispatched — after I'd bought replacements elsewhere. They promised to collect the original ones three times; three separate days lost to waiting. For ages they insisted they would only refund once they'd picked them up. A courier finally rang unannounced and my wife handed the tyres over. That was on 9 January. Weeks later (22 January) no refund. It's getting personal now; I feel like I'm chasing £195 and getting nowhere. Be warned, follow up constantly or escalate it.

    Nearly lost faith but glad I persisted

After about 15 days I finally called again and was told the wheels weren't actually in stock and they'd refund me. I didn't believe it at first, because I've had worse run-arounds with other companies, but after a formal request the refund did come through eventually. Bit slow, could've been handled better, but staff were polite once I pushed. So, not perfect, but in the end I'm actually satisfied it was sorted. Would consider using them again, cautiously.

    Not worth the stress

    avoid them unless you want a headache. I ordered from this company a few weeks ago and my main impression from day one was that the website looked fine but nothing after checkout ran smoothly. My order arrived incomplete, which is annoying but not the end of world — the real problem was the follow-up. I was promised a replacement and told to wait 24 hours for tracking; 24 hours came and went, no tracking, then I was told to wait some more, rinse and repeat. The person I spoke to was brusque and a bit sarcastic, no real attempt to fix things or even apologise properly, which made the whole thing feel like I was chasing them for what I paid for. I did get one small part earlier than expected and it was packed well and did the job, odd bright spot in an otherwise sloppy experience. Overall there’s no urgency, not much accountability, and it’s frustrating when money’s gone but items aren’t. I’m not saying they’re evil, just unreliable in my experience. If you value your time, go elsewhere — there are better options out there.

    Slow, messy process with one small win

    Cold tyres, colder customer service

    I ordered the tyres because I wanted to be sensible before the first proper frost — boots on, kettle on, online checkout felt almost casual. The site was fine to use and the price (saving about €60) was the only thing nudging me to click, so first impression was: good deal, quick job. Then the waiting began. They said 8–9 days, so I thought okay, fine, I’ll swap them over that weekend. Day nine I go to check tracking and there’s nothing. Nothing. I emailed. Two days later I got a bizarre reply asking if I’d received them — which I hadn’t — and then radio silence. I tried emails, WhatsApp, phone. The phone hangs up after ten minutes on hold, every time I tried. I’ve sent several emails to different addresses, seven-ish, and not a single useful reply. So, no tyres yet, and my car is still on summer rubber, which makes me nervous on damp mornings. The weird little surprise: the ordering experience itself was smooth and the site pictures made the tyres look decent — I could almost imagine the extra grip and calmer motorway runs. That imagined comfort is the only positive memory here. I’ve started a PayPal claim and that’s doing its thing, but there’s a wait until they investigate, so it’s slow. Bottom line — product would’ve felt reassuring on the road, I think, but I never got the chance. The whole thing feels like chasing a ghost company; annoying, inconvenient and a bit laughable, in a miserable way. Wouldn’t risk it again.

    Recent tire purchase

    I bought some tyres from this company recently and I have to say, it was a pretty frustrating experience. The phone number they gave me didn't work at all, so I couldn't get in touch with customer service for any questions or problems. Also, the tracking number for my delivery was incomplete and DPD couldn't even recognise it, which caused a lot of confusion and delays in getting my order. It looks like this company is based outside of the country, which might explain why their communication and service is so unreliable. All in all, I wouldn't recommend this company because the hassle just isn't worth saving a few quid.

    Tyre order delayed

    Just like everyone else, I made the mistake of ordering from this company without checking the reviews first. I ordered my tyres last week and they're still "being prepared" over a week later. They're not responding to my emails, I can't cancel, and the only way to contact them is by paying to call and then waiting on hold. This kind of customer service is unacceptable, and online businesses like this shouldn't be allowed to keep operating. If things don't improve in the next few days, I'll need to dispute the charge with my credit card provider. Meanwhile, I have to start looking for alternative tyres while I wait for this mess to be sorted out. And I'm sure I'll just get a generic copy and paste response, if I get a response at all.

    Tyres sent to wrong country

    I bought some tyres from this supplier not long ago, and to my dismay, they sent my order to the wrong country. It was a real pain for me as I need my bike to pop to the shops and get stuff since I live solo and don't have any family nearby. The customer service folk I chatted to were useless and just kept making promises they couldn't keep, which left me feeling really annoyed and let down by the whole thing. Needless to say, I won't be going back to this supplier again.

    High-performance summer tires

    I'm really disappointed with the service from this company. I ordered 4 high-performance summer tires on the 6th of February and got an email the next day asking for proof of address. I've never had to do that before, but I sent it straight away. Since then, I've heard nothing back. I've called them 10 times and sent loads of emails, but they haven't replied at all. It's now the 22nd of February and I still haven't received my order, even though they've already taken $2000 from me. This is totally unacceptable and the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

    Incorrect tyre purchase

    This company is a nightmare to deal with, I tell you. I bought two wrong tyres by mistake, but they said I could return them for a refund and get the right ones. But when I sent the tyres back, I didn't get any confirmation. Then, on the delivery date, only one tyre showed up, even though my neighbour saw the driver take both.
