Probiotic supplement purchase
I've been taking a probiotic supplement to help with my digestive issues, and I have to say, I'm really happy with how it's been working. It's done a great job in easing my symptoms and I've definitely noticed an improvement in how I feel overall. I like that it's a natural way to look after my gut health, and I plan to keep using it every day.
Having said that, I do think it might be worth looking into using a different courier service. The one we're using at the moment hasn't been very reliable, and it's been causing delays in getting my deliveries on time.Gut reset
I'm giving this gut reset drink another try - it's the second time now. The first time around was in 2022, and I did a 12-week course that really did wonders for resetting my gut microbiome. I was super pleased with how it turned out. Unfortunately, I recently got food poisoning from pork and my gut has been in a terrible state since then. This time, it seems to be taking a bit longer to see the same results, but it's still early days. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for a happy gut once again. I've got full confidence that this product will work its magic like before.

Digestion relief
I've been dealing with nasty diarrhoea for ages now, so I thought I'd give this product a go. I've got to admit, I've been really impressed with how it's worked for me. Although my stomach can still be a bit touchy at times, I haven't had any more diarrhoea flare-ups since I started taking Symprove. The difference in my digestion has been pretty big, and I'm so thankful for the relief it's given me.

I must say, I was a bit unsure at the beginning, but this probiotic supplement has really surprised me. I used to suffer from bloating and cold sores, but after using this product, I've seen a big change. My cold sore didn't even blister this time, and it healed up super quickly. It's been just over a month and the improvement is incredible. Now I get why this product is in demand - it actually does the job!
Reduced bloating
After using the product for a month, I've really noticed that my bloating has gone down a lot. I'm hopeful that if I keep using it, I'll see even better results. But I do wish that the bottles had more product in them. The month's supply doesn't actually last for the whole month, so I've had to be careful to make it stretch until the next shipment arrives.
Symprove product for gastrointestinal health
I have Ulcerative Colitis and my consultant suggested I try this product. But, after using it, I had a flare-up which worried me because I'd been feeling alright for some time. So, I stopped using it and would suggest being careful if you have inflammatory bowel disease.
First month trying it out
It took me ages to get used to the weird taste, but I'm starting to be alright with it now. I haven't noticed any changes yet, but I've only used it for a month, so I'll continue and see what happens.

Boring regular orders
My family and I always get this stuff every month and we share it because we all like it. Personally, I prefer the strawberry flavour the most! It's good for our stomachs and we rarely ever feel unwell.
Third bottle
I've just bought my third bottle and I have to admit, I've seen a big difference in my bloating since I started using this product. But, I'd rather wait a few more months before I give a proper review because I've only just stopped taking another prebiotic supplement.
