I have to say, this productivity app is absolutely fantastic. It feels as though I have my own personal coach with me all the time, encouraging me to be the best version of myself. Interactive platform for daily lessons
I found the idea of Virtue Map to be quite intriguing, but I think the daily lessons could do with some sprucing up to make them more engaging. The support team was really prompt and helpful, which was definitely a highlight for me. The platform looks great, but it didn't quite grab my attention enough to keep me fully focused without distractions. The questions were snappy and interesting, though, so that was a positive feature of the service. In general, I reckon there's room for improvement in the daily lessons to really grab users' interest.

I really like the executive function enhancement app because it's so simple to use. A lot of other apps and self-help books can be really confusing, which makes it hard to actually make use of them properly. But this app is easy to understand and navigate, which has helped me learn a lot about why I procrastinate. No confirmation or product received
This company is such a scam! I mean, come on, there's absolutely no confirmation or invoice provided and they just go ahead and charge your credit card without even giving you anything in return. It's ridiculous! And then, you'll be stuck arguing with your bank for ages trying to sort it all out. Honestly, I'd steer clear of this dodgy company if I were you.
Refund processed with integrity
I've just had to ask for a refund from Virtue Map, and I must say I was really impressed with how the team dealt with it. They sorted out the whole amount quickly and without any trouble. Getting refunds sorted can be a bit of a headache at times, but the way Virtue Map handled it this time around really stood out to me. I really value it when companies stick to what they promise and make an effort to keep their customers happy. This whole experience has made me more inclined to give Virtue Map another go down the line.

Useless app
I thought this app would be really good, but it's actually been a massive disappointment. I've been trying to cancel it, but I can't seem to reach anyone. I even sent them a message on Instagram, but still no response! It's frustrating that there isn't a simple way to stop the subscription. They really need to fix this problem quickly!
Unauthorized recurring charges
I had a really bad experience with this service because they kept taking money from me without my permission. I complained many times but they just carried on charging me without fixing the problem.
Gym training app
The gym training app is a bit rubbish, mate. After going back and forth on emails three times, the app is still on the blink. I've been proper dedicated, doing everything they said in the emails. It's alright to get a feel for it, but it doesn't sort out the problems it says it will. Feels more like a user manual than anything else. I chose the one-off payment option, but annoyingly, I got double-charged.
Scam subscription
They just won't stop charging me even after I cancelled. Their customer support is awful, so I had to raise disputes with PayPal. I'm still waiting on refunds and getting annoying emails from them every single day. It's a complete rip off!
ADHD tool purchase
Like many others, I've found that this company is a complete scam. They don't care about their customers, especially those in the vulnerable ADHD community. The way they handle subscription renewals is terrible. I got an unexpected email charging me without any warning or explanation. It's partly my fault for not seeing the value in their tool, but their unethical behaviour is a big factor here. They collect user data but won't give refunds, even when the product isn't being used. Their product doesn't work, their customer service is poor, and they rely on shady methods to make money. Don't waste your time with this dodgy company.
Terrible purchase
I was really looking forward to trying out Virtue Map, but it turned out to be a complete disappointment. They ended up ripping me off by overcharging me. The whole programme is useless and definitely not worth the money. I thought I was paying for a single use, but they kept taking money from me for 3 whole years! Can you believe that? It's a total scam, and even the positive reviews are fake. My advice is to save your money and find a different option, take it from me!
Course purchase for productivity improvement
I've just started a course to help me be more productive, and I have to say I'm really impressed with what it covers. Being able to work through things at my own speed, but still getting reminders if I forget to use the app, is really useful. Every section has info that's been helping me understand why I tend to put things off.
Subscription renewal issue
I've been using Virtue Map for 2 months now. I noticed that it was automatically renewed without giving me a heads up when I first signed up for it. No notifications were sent to me about the renewal. When I realised in February that large amounts were still being taken from my account regularly, I sent an email to express my confusion and to request the cancellation of my subscription, seeking confirmation for it. They offered me a 50% refund, which I accepted, but I made it clear that I wanted to cancel all subscriptions and asked for confirmation again. Unfortunately, I didn't receive the confirmation and only got back 50% of the costs. Just today, at the end of April, I received an email saying my subscription will be renewed soon because I apparently selected automatic renewal. This time, I'll keep sending emails until I get an official confirmation of my cancellation. It's really frustrating dealing with all this nonsense. My advice - steer clear of this rip-off.
Understanding my process
I really enjoy spending time here because they're really good at explaining different ways to make changes, but I haven't quite figured out a solution that I can easily put into practice yet.
