    I recently had to update my vehicle registration with my insurance provider. The online system they have set up was not very user-friendly, which was quite frustrating. I couldn't seem to get it to accept the new registration details, and I couldn't find any contact phone numbers to call for help. I ended up having to use live chat, which was a bit tricky to figure out too. Personally, I think there should always be the choice to speak to a real person on the phone when it comes to dealing with important things like this, instead of just having to rely on an online system.

    Took out a policy with AXA. Never claimed in almost 40 years. Had severe storm and suffered roof damage, shed damage and other outside items destroyed, Surveyor said it was wear and tear that had caused the damage to the roof and refused to accept the claim, outside items destroyed came under contents but AXA claims the policy has a clause that does not cover items that are classed as contents but outside! They oddly enough will cover the shed. I will be employing my own surveyor to challenge this. I would advise everybody to never use AXA. They take your money and refuse to pay. Unbelievable.
