    Car insurance mess up

    Well, I was just driving around, doing my thing, when I suddenly noticed that the number plate on my insurance was completely wrong. I decided to give the company a ring, but they were so rude! They tried to blame me and said I'd have to pay £25 to correct it. Can you believe it? £25 for something that was their mistake! I took matters into my own hands and fixed it online. I even sent in a complaint, but haven't heard anything back. Absolutely awful service, if you ask me.

    AXA Travel Insurance issue with mother-in-law

    So, I was on the phone with AXA trying to assist my 93-year-old mum with an issue, and they couldn't work out what to do. Really frustrating, you know? Then they send me an email saying they sorted out my "COMPLAINT." Like, no one asked for a complaint, I just needed help for my mum! The lady on the phone was pleasant, but their system is useless. And then they try to cover it up with a poor email just to tick a box? Seriously pathetic. And to add insult to injury, the price shot up by 83%! Completely unacceptable. Ugh.

    I recently renewed my policy with this company and to be honest, it was a bit of a nightmare. The whole process was so confusing and complicated, and it felt like I was hitting hurdles left, right and centre. The customer service team weren't much help either - they didn't seem bothered about helping me out at all. In the end, I just felt really frustrated and like they didn't care about me as a customer.

    I can't believe how cheeky this company is. I bought travel insurance recently and was shocked by how unclear their pricing was. They had the guts to add on an extra 10% just because I wanted to change my address by a tiny bit, even though it was only 200 meters away. This sneaky way of pricing is not on and has really put me off. I won't be using them again, that's for sure.

    They quickly sorted out my claim from 5 years ago and were really professional about it. They told me my settlement was incorrect and that they were sending me a payment immediately. It was pretty impressive, in my opinion!

It was quite frustrating and left me feeling a bit confused. To make matters worse, there weren't any contact numbers available for immediate help, so I had to resort to using live chat support, which didn't go too smoothly either.

    In situations like this, where a simple change needs to be made, being able to speak to a customer service representative on the phone would have made things a lot easier and more satisfying. Moving forward, I really hope the company considers providing alternative contact options for customers like me.

    Travel insurance scammers

    Absolutely terrible company who don’t pay out and try to delay paying claims at all times. Despite repeatedly providing them with the information they requested they continually stalled then asked for more information or said they were dealing with it, Their own staff advised me to complain because I had not had any decision or correspondence from them and the complaints department basically acknowledged the complaint but did not reply within their timescales. They have now asked me for 5yrs GP records for a norovirus claim. Insurance ombudsman settles mor AXa claims than they do. Do not give them business and spread the word.
