    Thanks for the laptop stand it saved a lot.

    I have two lovely kids. Jimmy and Carl. Quite playful but smart. The family planned to travel to the nearest town to see my mom who was a bit ill. I had to go with my laptop because I would need to work with it even while at my mom's place. I took them along. When we got to her place I took the laptop in while my wife took in the luggage. The kids ran to greet granny. I took two steps about to go out when I heard a sound. I turned back and discovered the kids were playing and almost hit the laptop but luckily my wife caught it. I hurriedly went to pick up my Smart Cover stand a friend gave me as a gift to hold my laptop safely. I thought it was not useful but now I know it is important.

    I recently arranged for a boiler service with this company and I must say, I was really impressed with how everything went. I booked the appointment with Mike, and then the engineer got in touch with me quickly, within 3 days, to arrange a convenient time. When the day of the appointment came, the engineer turned up bang on time, did a great job with the service, and I was left feeling really happy with the work. Overall, the whole thing went smoothly and without any problems. The one thing I'd suggest for them to improve on is maybe reminding customers a bit more about the services they offer, like boiler maintenance, in order to keep things running smoothly.

    I've been with this home emergency insurance provider for a good few years, and I have to say, I'm really impressed with the service they provide. Recently, I had to claim for a blocked drain and the help I got was top-notch. David Williams and Steve were both so helpful in sorting out for a plumber to come and fix the issue quickly. The plumber came the very next day and sorted it out in just 10 minutes. It's moments like these that make you grateful for having insurance, and I can say with confidence that this provider really stands out in handling claims efficiently and making it a smooth process for customers.

    Quick resolution of claim

    Once more, I have to say the service from the staff at this place was just fantastic. Last night at 10 pm, I needed to sort out an issue, and surprisingly it was all resolved at my place the very next day. Huge thanks to Pravin for his help - I can't thank him enough. It's not the first time I've been so impressed with the customer service here, and I know it won't be the last. The staff really do go the extra mile to make sure customers are happy.     Poor customer service, ambiguous T&Cs

    The customer service at this company was really bad. The terms and conditions are so unclear, with most, if not all, coverage items having exceptions. This can make customers unsure about what level of cover they're really getting. Also, customers have to sort out their boiler service on their own, and if they don't book it, they could end up missing out on the service altogether. In general, even though the pricing might be good, the lack of transparency and quality service means it's probably better to spend a bit more somewhere else for better coverage and service.

    I bought boiler cover from this company not long ago, and I have to say that I am really disappointed with the service they've provided. Just like a lot of other people, I've been tricked by their confusing terms and conditions. I thought I was protected against any problems with my boiler, but now I'm being told that I'm only covered for emergencies. This definitely wasn't explained clearly to me when I signed up, and I feel like they've completely misled me. It's really sneaky and unfair how they hide behind the small print in the terms and conditions. I'm thinking about taking legal action because it's a matter of principle now.

    I've been with this company for years, paying for insurance to cover my gadgets in case of damage or loss. But when it came to actually making a claim, they let me down big time. After all those years of paying premiums, I ended up having to fork out for a new washing machine myself. Trying to get them to honour their promise and replace it has been a total nightmare - nothing but delays, broken promises, and unfulfilled commitments. It's been a real pain and a huge waste of time, and honestly, I feel like I've been totally ripped off and lied to.

    The boiler service I had was brilliant from beginning to end. Mike did a great job sorting out the booking, and Minaj, the engineer, was fantastic. He came on time and got the job done quickly and professionally.
