    Power Bank (7 years old)

    I've actually been using my power bank for about seven years now, and honestly, it's been brilliant. It still keeps a charge just as well as it did when I first bought it, and there have been so many times when it's saved the day for me.     Oh, it was really frustrating! My package arrived so quickly, but when I opened it, the power bank inside was completely shattered. I sent them pictures and gave them all the information they requested, but they just kept asking for more details. It felt like I was talking to a brick wall, so in the end, I just gave up and ended up paying for it. Definitely won't be purchasing from them again, wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

    I bought a power bank not long ago and I was really let down by it. The product was disappointing and the customer service was pretty much non-existent. Even though it looked good, it turned out to be cheap Chinese rubbish that cost way too much. The fact that the company couldn't help at all just made it all more annoying. It's obvious that the shiny finish is just there to make you ignore how bad the actual product is.

    I bought a charging cable from this store and it turned out to be really rubbish. I was so gutted when I found out it wasn't working at all. I tried to reach out to customer service to sort things out, but they weren't much help. They asked for all sorts of unnecessary stuff like photos of the dodgy cable. It took them ages to get back to my emails, by then I'd lost all hope of getting it sorted. I just ended up chucking the cable in the bin and taking the loss. It's obvious this store doesn't give a toss about their customers or their products. I definitely won't be shopping with them again.

    Wireless Charger for upgraded phone

    Recently I bought a wireless charger for my new phone, thinking it would work because the box said it was Qi/iPhone compatible. But, sadly, it didn't work with my phone. I got in touch with customer service and chatted with a representative named April a few times. It wasn't until our third conversation that she confirmed the charger wasn't compatible. Even though the labelling on the product was misleading and the customer service rep took a while to figure it out, I felt frustrated and let down. When I asked for a full refund or a discount on a different product, I was given a discount code for the website. But, when I tried to use it, it didn't work as promised by another representative called Shane. Shane even said April was actually an AI, which I thought was dishonest and unprofessional. The whole thing was disappointing and made me feel like they didn't value me as a customer. I'd advise others to be cautious of similar situations in the future.

    I was so annoyed - waited ages for the countdown to finally reach zero so I could order this item, only to find it was still unavailable. What a letdown! They'd been hyping it up, gathering personal info, offering discounts, but it wasn't even up for sale on the website when they said it would be. Tried to buy the Solarbank 2 E1600 Pro and all I got was pointless discounts and useless rewards. So frustrating dealing with this level of incompetence.

    3 eufy Solocam E40’s

    Well, I bought these 3 cameras last year and they were working fine at first. But then they began to have issues with connecting. I attempted to contact the company via email, but because it was past the warranty period, they weren't willing to provide any assistance. It's really annoying when you invest money in something only for it to break just after the warranty runs out. I wouldn't suggest these cameras to anyone considering installing CCTV in their home.

    I bought a power bank from this company not too long ago, and I have to say, I'm really not happy with how things have turned out. It's been more than 8 weeks now, and I still haven't received the refund that they told me I would get. It's all been confirmed in writing, but it seems like they just can't or won't follow through. I've been going back and forth with them in emails, but it's just going in circles. At one point, they even said they would give me an Amazon voucher, but I haven't seen that either. Dealing with them has been a complete nightmare, and I've finally accepted that I probably won't ever see my money again.

    I bought the Anker PowerExpand Elite 13-in-1 Thunderbolt 3 Dock not too long ago and it's been a real let down. Just 15 months after getting it, the dock packed in. I contacted customer service and they replaced it for free, which was good. But then, just 17 months later, the new one stopped working too. Anker wouldn't replace it this time, saying the 18-month warranty had run out.
