Items with one faulty
The customer service at BrandAlley is really good. I recently bought several things from their website, and they were all good value. Unfortunately, one of the items I got was faulty. But, I have to say, the way their customer service team sorted it out was really impressive. I got in touch with them about the problem, and they quickly sorted out my return and made sure I didn't have to pay for postage. Champagne flutes purchase
I just bought some lovely champagne flutes from an online store and I have to say, I'm really happy with them. They came in perfect condition, each one carefully wrapped up in bubble wrap and put in a nice box. It was great to see that they took such care in packaging them, especially as they're so delicate. Geo sandals - damaged delivery and difficult return process
I bought a pair of geo sandals from your site not long ago and I have to say, I was pretty disappointed with what I received. The quality wasn't great - the sandals seemed like they might have been rejects or something, as one was way too wide and just didn't fit properly at all. On top of that, the delivery service was really not up to scratch. They just chucked the package over my neighbour's high gates, leaving it all wet and damaged.
When I tried to return the sandals online, that was a whole other headache. I kept getting these dodgy messages about the site not being secure and being at risk of viruses. This meant I missed out on saving some money. It would have been better if they had let me know about the discount in a clearer way, so I could have used it.
Messed up order

I also asked for a free delivery code, but they told me that they couldn't provide one. It was really frustrating, why can't they be more helpful?
