Classy looking wears
Y'all know that guys don't do too much clothing like ladies do. But each time we put on something, y'all know it must stay classy, fancy, attractive and recent. Yeah... That's why I enjoy staying on top the world with my wears. I like them girls staring at me when I walk pass them. My bags, I get from Brown Bag. My jeans I get from there too. Yeah. The most fascinating thing about Brown Bag wears and accessories is that they are authentic and longlasting. Yeah kinda expensive but y'all know no good thing comes cheap.
But then, I decided to stick with Brown Bag cos for all I get, the quality equals the prices and the yeah that's it.Jacket purchase
I bought a jacket from this company recently and I must say I'm really impressed. Even though I saw some negative comments online, I took a chance and went ahead with my order and I'm really pleased that I did. The jacket arrived quickly, just two days after I placed my order, delivered by DPD. The delivery was smooth and easy, and the jacket was exactly as I expected - just perfect. I really liked how efficient and professional the service was, and I will definitely be shopping with them again. Overall, I'm really happy with my experience.

My experience with this company was absolutely terrible. They closed down without giving us a refund and then had the nerve to redirect us to another website owned by the same group. It's a complete scam!

My experience at that store was not great. The staff didn't seem very interested in helping customers, and I had to wait ages just to get someone to notice me. The prices were okay, but the poor service made it difficult to enjoy shopping there. And when my order eventually turned up, it was missing something, so I had to go through a lot of bother to get it sorted. All in all, I was let down and wouldn't suggest this store to anyone.
Outlet items with unlimited delivery

But, I'm having issues with the unlimited delivery service I paid for - it's not working at checkout. They keep asking for more delivery charges, which is really annoying. I can't find any contact details like a phone number or address to send the refund to because their whole website is sending me to another site. I bought some designer clothes from this online shop not too long ago and I'm afraid I haven't had the best time with their customer service. I sent back an item with special delivery like they asked, but I haven't heard anything about the return or refund even after sending a few follow-up emails. It's really disappointing to see a website that used to be so reputable and affordable go downhill since being taken over by a bigger company.
Christmas present delivery
I couldn't believe it when my last-minute Christmas present order actually arrived on time! I was so sure it would be late, but Brown Bag really pulled through and got it to me before Christmas, despite all the postal strikes going on. I was really pleased and thankful for their quick service. I'll definitely be shopping with them again and will be telling my friends to do the same. Great job!
Lunch order
I ordered lunch from this place recently, and I was really disappointed with how they handled the delivery. I didn't even get a confirmation email for my order. So, I decided to give the delivery service a ring, and they told me that the restaurant failed to give them my number for a heads-up text about the delivery time. Not cool. On top of that, the address I gave had some problems, which just made the whole delivery even more delayed. I even shot them an email to clear things up, but I didn't even get a reply. Not a great experience at all.
