Winter jackets
From the time I ordered online to getting the package delivered quickly, my experience with this brand has been absolutely brilliant. The process of ordering stuff was easy and straightforward, the website was really easy to use and I found the products I was after without any trouble. The customer support I got was amazing - they were so friendly and helpful, and knew their stuff, they answered all my questions without any delay. The prices might be a bit high, but the products are definitely worth it in terms of quality. When my jackets arrived, I was really impressed with how they were packaged and presented. It was obvious that a lot of effort went into getting my order ready for shipping. And as for the jackets themselves, they're really top-notch in terms of quality. They've kept me warm and looking stylish all through these cold winter months here in South Dakota.
Banff store purchase
When I recently bought something at a Canada Goose shop in Banff, it was really quite different from my previous experience at the Chinook mall store in Calgary. So, the store in Banff was great - as soon as I walked in, a friendly and knowledgeable guy welcomed me and gave me amazing service. He took the time to find out what I was looking for, gave me some really good advice on which coat would suit me best, and even talked to me about how to look after it properly. I felt like a valued customer and walked out of the store feeling really happy with my purchase. On the other hand, my visit to the Chinook mall store was a bit of a let-down. The staff there just didn't seem interested and weren't really helpful at all. Luckily, my partner convinced me to give Canada Goose another shot in Banff, and I'm so glad I did.
High-quality products
I recently bought some really good quality products and I have to say, I am really impressed with how well they are made. They arrived quickly, were packed nicely, and were exactly what I expected. The design of the products is really great, which is why they are so popular. Both my son and daughter have stuff from this brand too, and they are also really happy with what they got. However, I do wish they had more options without the big logo, as it's the quality of the products that I love the most. If they sold items without the logo, I would definitely buy from them more often.
Extreme weather dress
I purchased my raincoat last year from Canada Goose. It was a rainy season and I needed to get to work. I checked for stores to purchase dressing for extreme weather and I discovered Canada Goose. Their clothing is made with good quality material. It does not tear easily or fade off. I have used the raincoat for a year now and still of good quality as ever. Their prices are reasonable. It is very easy to make orders and gets them delivered within a few days. I got good value for my money. Hope to order more wears from the store.
Super warm winter jacket
The staff here are absolutely lovely and really helpful. I bought this amazing winter coat and it looks even better in real life than on the website! Also, I was thrilled to discover that it comes with a lifetime warranty, which is awesome. Although it was a bit pricey, I'm sure it'll be worth it because of the quality. It's super cosy and warm, but doesn't make me overheat, perfect for those cold snowy days!

Rossclair Parka Black Label and Berkley Coat
I recently bought the Rossclair Parka Black Label and the Berkley Coat from your company. I must say, the quality of both items is top-notch and I am really impressed with how comfy they are. The Rossclair Parka did a great job of keeping me warm during a winter business trip to DC, and the Berkley Coat is just perfect for everyday wear. The wooden hanger and coat cover included in the packaging were a nice little extra that added to the whole luxurious feel.

Expensive coat stitching unraveling after 1 month
I bought this really pricey coat and after having it for about a month, the stitching on one of the arms started to unravel. I was really disappointed because I had high hopes that this coat would be durable. I contacted the company to claim the warranty, but it took them ages (6-8 weeks) to get back to me. And when they did, they just returned the coat to me without fixing it! I was really let down by their customer service, it felt like they didn't even care about my problem. I wouldn't advise purchasing anything from them again, that's for sure.
Blue Rossclare Parka jacket
I bought this jacket back in January and it was quite expensive. But, you know what? Around the end of the year, the fabric started to fade near the seams! I decided to send it back for a replacement because it was clearly faulty. However, it's been 4 long months now and they still haven't provided me with the same blue jacket. Instead, they only offer me a black or white one from their warranty stock. But that's not what I want, I paid for blue! Why can't they just give me what I originally purchased? I believed they cared about their customers, but it's not showing in their actions towards me. It's incredibly disappointing.
Overpriced jacket
This jacket was such a letdown. I treated myself to it thinking it would be really good quality, but the colour faded after only one wear. I was shocked at how quickly it deteriorated, especially given what I paid for it. I won't be buying anything else from this brand in the future. The product's quality simply did not live up to what I had expected.

Faulty exchange
After a bad experience with the company, I got another parka that still wasn't good enough. They completely ignored my complaints and never bothered to reply. Today, I'm meeting with a lawyer - never dealing with them again!!
Jacket warranty issue
I had a bit of a bad time dealing with the warranty service for my jacket recently. I sent it back because of a tiny hole and a mark on the sleeve, but then I got told I'd have to cough up for the repair. It took them a whole two weeks to inspect it, which felt like way too long. The person I spoke to said the mark was a tiny burn from a pin, but I really don't agree with that. It seems like they use the warranty as a way to draw people in, only to refuse claims later. I won't be buying from this brand again and I'd advise others to do the same.

Belcarra jacket, black size medium
I bought the Belcarra jacket in black, size medium, but had to return it because it was too big. I tried to reach customer service several times and was told that the jacket couldn't be returned because it seemed worn and smelled bad. I was really surprised by this, as I make sure to keep everything clean, and I just wanted a smaller size instead of a refund.
Warm and versatile coat
I got this coat and it's brilliant! It's really cozy and keeps me warm enough to wear by itself. It's not too thick either, so I can layer a sweater or hoodie underneath. Just remember to go a size down because it runs a bit large.
