Christmas presents for parents

Amazing leggings
Oh my gosh, I came across these leggings on Instagram and they looked so adorable, I couldn't resist buying them! Then I spotted another pair that were equally fabulous, so of course I had to add those to my basket too! They come in bigger sizes, typically I'm a size 18/20, but these felt a bit loose on me. Surprisingly, they were affordable yet the quality was amazing, not like the cheap lycra you find in bargain stores.

I recently bought something online for £15, but then I had to fork out an extra £4.95 for delivery! To make matters worse, it didn't fit so I had to pay another £2.95 to return it. It hardly seemed worth it in the end, and honestly, I doubt I'll be shopping there again considering the total cost!
Outdoor clothing
I recently bought some outdoor clothing from this brand, and I have to say I'm quite disappointed with the overall customer service. I first liked the website because I could pay with PayPal, which is handy for a lot of people. However, when I went to checkout, I saw there was no PayPal option. I tried to contact the customer service team a few times about this, but I still haven't heard anything back. It's frustrating that they advertised the payment method but didn't have it available, and the lack of communication is worrying. Plus, not having a phone number for customer queries, especially about returns, is another letdown. In general, my experience with customer service hasn't been great.

Trail running jacket
I was really disappointed with the customer service at this company. I asked them if the jacket I was getting would be good for trail running, as that was the main reason I wanted it. But when I got the jacket and tried it, it was obvious that it wasn't right at all. When I got in touch with customer service about sending it back, they said I couldn't because I had already used it. It feels like they tricked me just to make a sale. I won't be shopping here again, that's for sure.

Oh my gosh, this company is absolutely amazing! They process refunds really quickly when you return items, and they respond to emails in no time with personal replies instead of generic templates. It's just awesome!
Gillet for horse riding
I came across this really cool jacket for horse riding, and the best part was, it was on sale! I was a bit sceptical at first, but I decided to go for it anyway. To my surprise, it arrived really quickly, fits like a glove, and was much more affordable compared to other horse riding brands. Needless to say, I'm absolutely thrilled with my purchase!

Originally, I bought a bigger size but had to send it back. Luckily, returning them was easy. I got a smaller size instead and they fit just right. Just returned from skiing and they were really comfortable. I didn't tuck them into my ski boots to avoid any bulges.
Jacket purchase
