Eufy cam purchase
I recently bought a camera but found it quite challenging to set up as I'm not very tech-savvy. However, the customer support, especially Aimee, was absolutely brilliant and guided me through the entire process. The camera itself is of excellent quality, I particularly like the LED light feature which is quite smart, and the battery status display is clear and helpful. The picture quality is good, although I have noticed that the alerts can be a bit hit and miss on my Samsung phone. It would be great to have a tutorial for us older non-tech users, but overall I am happy with the product and the exceptional customer service I received.
Great help for cleaning the house
Cleaning the house every Saturday is quite stressful for me with my 6-month-old son. I wanted to get a housekeeper but issues surrounding housekeepers prevented me from doing such. What I did was to get a vacuum cleaner. I got my real help from eufy. The store sells quality robotic vacuum cleaners you can find anywhere. Quite easy to operate and it cleans very fast and accurately. When I ordered my vacuum cleaner from the store it got delivered a few days later, great delivery service. Clear instruction manual to guide the product use. Anytime I have any challenges with the product I contact customer care who gives me swift responses.
x10 Omni
I recently got myself the x10 Omni and I must say, I've been really impressed with how well it works. It's not only made vacuuming less of a chore around the house, but it also handles little spills like a pro to keep my floors looking spick and span. The smart navigation system is spot on, making sure every nook and cranny gets cleaned, and the map editing feature is a handy touch that lets me personalise the cleaning routine. All in all, I'm really pleased with the x10 Omni and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable and effective cleaning solution.
Camera kit purchase
I found it really easy to buy online and the delivery came super quickly. The camera kit was well wrapped and arrived in great condition. Setting up the app and connecting to the WiFi was a piece of cake. Installing the cameras was simple too. I've had them up and running for a few months now and they're working perfectly. The picture quality is sharp and the app has a lot of useful settings to choose from. I like that you can use WiFi for the base station, improving the signal between the cameras and only detecting humans during the day.
Security cameras purchase
Ordering from this place is a nightmare, you won't get any help with delivery delays. I bought security cameras over two weeks ago and the tracking info keeps showing delays with no fixes in sight. Customer service is not helpful at all. I've spent over £700 with no solution yet. Better not order from here directly, use Amazon instead for better service and reliability.
Solar camera panel failure after warranty
I bought a solar panel for my camera but it stopped working not long after the one year warranty ended. It began peeling in the first winter and eventually completely stopped working. Even though I contacted customer service, Eufy wouldn't replace it. I'm really let down by the poor quality and lack of support from this company.

Robotic vacuum cleaners
I have to admit, those robot vacuum cleaners are absolutely amazing. They just go around the house cleaning up without any hassle and it definitely makes my life easier. But I do have to bring up a bit of a annoying situation I had with making payments online. A few times, my order got cancelled out of the blue without any reason, which meant I lost out on some discount vouchers. Luckily, after a bit of back and forth with the support team, they did manage to sort me out with a replacement in the end.

Doorbell and chime system
The doorbell and chime system work really well once it's set up properly. But, I found that the instructions didn't make it clear that you need to add the chime device before the doorbell for it to work right. One of the best things about this product is that you don't have to pay for a subscription to see recorded data, unlike Ring and other competitors. All the data is saved on an SD card in the chime, so you don't have to worry about extra fees.

L70 Hybrid Vacuum
When I bought the L70 Hybrid Vacuum, I was really looking forward to how well it would work and how long it would last. But boy, was I disappointed! Right after the warranty ran out, the battery gave up on me and I had to pay to replace it. And now, two and a half years down the line, the vacuum is basically useless because it keeps throwing up errors. I tried reaching out to Customer Service for some help, but all I got was vague and unhelpful answers. It's left me feeling really annoyed and let down.

The customer service team were really helpful and managed to get my items to me really quickly. Setting it all up was a piece of cake and I didn't need any special tools. Later on, I decided to add another camera and it was just as straightforward. The picture quality is so good, I can see everything crystal clear!

I recently bought your company's top-tier doorbell model, but I've been having trouble with the connection on warm or hot days. I contacted customer support, but I was really disappointed with how unprofessional and ineffective they were in helping me fix the problem. Even though I tried to cooperate with them, they didn't give me any real solutions and it was frustrating that they didn't offer the right support for customers in Ireland. They suggested sending my device back to Germany for repairs, which was just not practical and inconvenient, leaving me without a doorbell for a long time. 5 security cameras ordered
The 5 security cameras I ordered were installed well and are working fine. However, I've been having trouble playing back the videos after getting notifications. Also, the live streaming feature isn't very reliable. In general, I wouldn't recommend buying this product.
Eufy camera
I've just bought the Eufy camera and I've got to say, I'm happy with it. The camera captures really clear, colourful images in the daytime, although it does struggle a bit when there's less light. Also, the sound quality isn't the best. But, overall, the camera does what I need it to do and is definitely worth the money.
Video doorbell from Amazon
I bought a video doorbell online because of all the good reviews, but the battery life was really poor. When I got in touch with customer service, they requested some evidence and then sent me a replacement that works a lot better. Really pleased with how things turned out in the end.
Security cameras
I've just bought security cameras from this company and I must say, I'm really let down by the delivery service they provided. Instead of ringing the doorbell and delivering the package properly, the delivery person chucked it over my gate. The cameras ended up in the middle of my driveway, getting soaked in the rain. The lack of care from the delivery company has really tainted my overall experience with this company.
