    Totes adorbs clothes

    I recently picked up some really lovely clothes from this place that are just super cute. They're of good quality too, even though they were a bit on the expensive side. The only downside was when I had to return an item, as the process was a bit complicated. I couldn't print the return label myself and had to pay extra for it. Plus, they didn't deduct the return cost from my refund, which was a bit annoying. However, there was this awesome lady named Rachel who was really helpful and got everything sorted out quickly. It didn't completely put me off buying more cute stuff from there though. Oh, and it's worth noting that the shipping times begin once they dispatch the order, not when you place it. So, if you need something quickly, opt for express shipping. My delivery took 9 days to arrive, but luckily I was already on holiday by then.

    I bought a pair of jeans from this company not long ago, but it seems like my package went on a bit of a journey before getting to me. It was a bit annoying at first, but I was really impressed by how quickly Customer Experience got in touch with me. They explained what had happened and offered some solutions, which was great. I think they handled it really professionally, and I feel much better now, even if my package doesn't make it on time for my trip. I want to give a special shoutout to Rachel for her help throughout all of this. Even though the delivery hiccup was a hassle, the amazing customer service I got has definitely made a good impression on me.

So when buying clothes, I look out for some things like using finest materials, great designs, unique blend of colours, quality production and the seller must also have effective customer support. Adding all these together define a brand and that is what I look forward to. I'm happy to say in this review that, Everlane is the place that has got all these qualities. That is why I maintain in buying from them. I recommend Everlane to whoever wants to shop clothing with sense of identity.

    Cashmere cardigan purchase

    At first, I was a bit worried when I bought a cashmere cardigan on sale because I had seen some mixed reviews online. But, from the moment I ordered it to when it was delivered, my whole experience with the company was really easy and stress-free. The cardigan turned out to be even better than I expected in terms of both quality and how well it fit me. I even got in touch with customer service to ask about the delivery company, and they got back to me quickly and were very helpful. Overall, I'm really happy with what I bought and I've actually gone ahead and ordered two more sale items.

    My awesome new outfit

    I recently purchased this amazing outfit, but it took absolutely ages to arrive, which was really frustrating! I was so worried because I didn't have a clue where my order was, and I couldn't even go online to check. After reading some reviews, I became even more concerned.     I bought a pair of jeans from this company to try out a new brand. But, after wearing them on and off for about a year and a half, the front pockets totally fell apart. The company said it was just normal wear and tear, but in all my years, I've never had that happen with other jeans. Despite being comfy to wear, these jeans just weren't made to last. The customer service I got about this problem was sadly not very helpful.

    Oversized Alpaca Sweater in Heathered Black

    I bought the Oversized Alpaca Sweater in Heathered Black from this company not too long ago. Sadly, the sweater didn't really live up to what I was hoping for, and I wasn't exactly thrilled about it. But I was pleasantly surprised when the company got in touch with me and offered a refund for the sweater. The customer service team was really friendly and helpful the whole way through, which I thought was great. Their effort to make things right has definitely made me see them in a positive light, and I'll definitely think about shopping with them again in the future.

    Cashmere and alpaca knitwear

    I've been a big fan of this brand ever since I first found it. Their cashmere and alpaca knitwear is top notch, and I've never been let down by the quality. I've worn and washed their items loads of times and they've held up really well over the years. The only downside is they've stopped selling a couple of my favourites, like the cashmere turtleneck sweater and the "soft wool Italian" sweater that didn't survive a wash. But overall, I'd definitely suggest trying out their alpaca and cashmere knitwear.

    Replacement of defective jeans

    I've had to get my jeans swapped out 6 times by this company because of some manufacturing issues. But I have to give credit to the customer service rep who helped me out - they were brilliant. After all the back and forth, I finally got a pair that fit just right.

    Clothing sizes not true to size

    I bought some things from this brand and I must say, I was really let down by the sizing. The size guide they gave was way off, which just made it impossible to figure out what size to go for. And on top of that, the model pictures on the website cleverly hid how the clothes were actually cut, so it was hard to tell how they would fit. It looked like they ordered in loads of clothes that were all about being cropped and tight - not really practical for everyday wear, if you ask me! It felt like they were trying to trick people into getting things that just wouldn't work for them.

    Overpriced and underwhelming clothes

    Honestly, my time with this company was terrible. I didn't bother checking reviews before ordering, and I really wish I had now. The website seemed nice, but the clothes I got were not worth the high prices at all. And on top of that, I had to pay £5 just to return one bra, when I could have sent it back for less with another service. It just didn't make sense to me. I definitely won't be buying from them again, and I wouldn't recommend anyone else to either.

    Over-hyped Jeans

    I thought I'd try out those jeans that everyone's been raving about, but my first order didn't quite live up to the hype. The sizing was totally off, it was like they were made for a different body shape altogether. And to make matters worse, the delivery took way longer than I was told it would, which was pretty disappointing. But I have to give credit where it's due - the customer service team, despite all the problems, were really impressive. They were polite and dealt with my issues in a helpful way.     High-quality jeans, disappointing return process

    Once I decided I needed some new high-quality jeans in my wardrobe, I did some research and thought I'd try this particular brand. Since there's no physical store where I live in Europe, I had to rely on reviews to get the sizing right. I went for two pairs of jeans that had great feedback but sadly, they didn't live up to my hopes in terms of quality or fit. Trying to return them online was surprising as I had to pay for the return shipping upfront rather than having it deducted from my refund, which seemed a bit strange to me. The return process itself was pretty frustrating as I kept encountering payment errors before I finally managed to complete the return using PayPal. Overall, the whole thing left me feeling let down and I'm not sure I'll be going back to the brand's website, even though the customer service person who got in touch with me was really helpful.

    Overpriced shipping costs

    I was really let down by my recent purchase from this company. The shipping costs were sky-high, which made me feel like I was ordering from the ends of the earth. I order things from all over the place pretty regularly, but I've never seen shipping fees this steep before. And to top it off, the stuff I got was just awful. The clothes looked nothing like they did on the website - the white longsleeve was the worst, it was totally see-through. When I tried to send it back, I found out they don't accept returns from Switzerland, which was just the cherry on top. On top of all that, they said they're all about being sustainable, but then it turns out the clothes were made in places like Sri Lanka and Vietnam, shipped to Canada, then sent over to Europe. It left me feeling pretty disheartened, and I definitely won't be shopping here again. It feels like I wasted a lot of money on stuff that was just rubbish in the end.

    Overdue Jumper

    I bought a jumper from this company and honestly, the service has been shocking. The website said I'd get it in 10 days but it's been 20 and still no sign of my order being shipped. I've been trying to reach out to customer service for a refund or replacement but they're not responding at all. It's got me wondering if the jumper I ordered is even real or if this is all just a big scam. To be honest, I'd recommend avoiding this company like the plague.

    Coat purchase

    I'm really not happy with the customer service I've had from this company. I contacted them to ask about getting a price adjustment for a coat I bought, hoping to avoid the bother and cost of sending it back and buying it again. But they told me I'd ordered it too soon to qualify for a price adjustment, so I had no choice but to send it back and order it again to get free shipping. It's a shame that a company that's all about sustainability wasn't more helpful in this situation.
