Sofa swatches purchase
My time in Fabb Furniture was really quite nice, actually. I've visited a few other furniture shops and this one was a breath of fresh air. The best part was walking in and not having those annoying salespeople follow me around. There was this guy called John who works there, he came over and showed me some fabric samples that would go well with the sofa I liked. He was really helpful and let me take my time looking around before I had any questions. Went back a few days later for a chat with John about a few other things I was thinking about, and we even had a nice chat about some people we both knew. Ended up making my purchase without any hassle. All in all, had a great experience at Fabb Furniture and would definitely recommend it to others.
Sofa purchase
I'm quite indecisive, so I ended up going to the Keighley branch several times to pick out the ideal sofa for my living room. There were so many options in terms of styles, sizes, and colours, that I really needed the staff's help to steer me in the right direction. Debbie, Lisa, and the other young girl were absolutely amazing. They were really patient with my uncertainty, gave me great advice, and actually took the time to understand what I really needed without making me feel pressured. Their professionalism and knowledge definitely made it a lot easier for me to make a decision, and I'm really grateful for their outstanding customer service.
Sofa set
I really have to say, the folks at this furniture shop were so helpful and friendly. They really took the time to walk me through everything, explaining all the ins and outs of the sofa set I was eyeing up. But what really stood out to me was that I didn't feel any pressure at all, which is a nice change from some other furniture stores that can be really pushy. The staff here totally got that I needed some room to think things over without feeling rushed or like I had to buy something right then and there.

Furniture delivery
The delivery service from Fabb Furniture was brilliant. Even though it was pouring down with rain, the two delivery blokes were really nice and professional the whole time. They made sure everything was set up properly and even took the time to explain how all the buttons worked. We were really impressed with their service and how thorough they were.
Dining suite and sideboard purchase
Sue was fantastic! She didn't push us to buy anything, just gave us really professional and friendly service. She took great care of us and made buying things really easy and stress-free. The dining suite and sideboard we got are just lovely. They arrived today perfectly, with no problems at all, and we're so pleased with what we bought.

My time at Fabb Furniture was really great. The guy who helped us out, Lax, knew his stuff and was really friendly. He told us all about the sofa we were eyeing up, but didn't push us to buy it. The whole buying thing was easy and fun, all thanks to Lax being so good at his job.
Dining furniture purchase
I bought some dining furniture from Fabb Furniture not long ago, but sadly, I haven't been too happy with how things turned out. The people in the store were nice, and the delivery guys did their job quickly, but overall, I've been let down. I ordered some dining chairs in January and was hoping they would be with me by the end of March. However, they didn't arrive until May, and when they did, two of the four chairs were damaged. One chair had only three legs, so I couldn't even use it. I had to send all four chairs back so they could be replaced.

Furniture delivery
I wasn't happy with the delivery service from Fabb Furniture. The delivery guys didn't have shoe covers for their boots when they came into my house, and that's just not on. Most companies either take off their shoes or have covers to protect customers' homes. It's not right to have people walking around on lounge carpets with dirty shoes. I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone else.
Sofa set delivery and fitting
I bought a sofa set from this shop recently and went for their delivery and fitting service. It did take a bit longer than I thought for the sofas to arrive, but they did eventually come and were set up in our living room. However, when me and my partner were having a chill weekend, we noticed that the chairs were a bit wonky, leaning on one side. Also, the big sofa had a gap that needs sorting out. We're a bit gutted about the fitting quality and are hoping they can sort it out soon.
Dining room furniture purchase
I bought some dining room furniture not long ago, and boy oh boy, what a nightmare it turned out to be! It took a massive 9 months from when I ordered it to when I finally got something I could use. The delivery promises kept getting broken, and all three pieces of furniture had faults that we had to put up with right up until now. It was definitely not a pleasant experience.

I have to say, the delivery team were excellent - really friendly and helpful, they put my furniture exactly where I wanted it. I've had the furniture for a few weeks now and I'm absolutely thrilled with it. It's holding up well so far and I'm hopeful it will keep impressing me.
