Torelli dining table and coffee tables
I recently bought a Torelli dining table and stacking coffee tables from this furniture store, and I have to say, I was really impressed with the whole experience. When I first called to ask about availability and delivery times, the service was top-notch. The staff went out of their way to make sure I knew everything I needed to know and that I was happy with my purchase. They even sent me videos on WhatsApp to show me how great the products were, which I thought was a nice touch. They promised me that the items would arrive before Christmas, so I went for the white glove service as they suggested. And, true to their word, the tables turned up yesterday, got set up on the spot, and all the packaging was taken away. Overall, I'm really happy with the excellent service and attention to detail I got from this furniture store.
Table purchase
Despite encountering two cancellations from other retailers, we were fortunate to stumble upon First Furniture online. One of the staff members we chatted with on WhatsApp was very helpful and directed us to Bilal, who was absolutely fantastic. He showed us some alternative options that weren't even on the website yet, and my partner ended up finding one she absolutely adored. We decided to go for the recommended delivery and installation service, and to our delight, the table arrived just in time for Christmas on the 19th of December. We were kept informed every step of the way, and the delivery team was both courteous and efficient. The table itself is of superb quality, and my partner couldn't be happier with it. All in all, it was a top-notch experience from beginning to end.
Mirrors delivery
I recently bought a couple of mirrors from the shop and I must say, I was really impressed with the service I got. I had to leave town for a few days but still needed the mirrors delivered. The company was nice enough to keep the mirrors for me until I got back. The communication with the staff was top-notch the whole way through. When I came back, I was pleasantly surprised when the delivery guy offered to drop off the mirrors that same day. He was really polite, respectful, and even helped me check the mirrors for any damage - luckily, there wasn't any. The mirrors themselves are beautifully designed and excellent quality. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of furniture or home decor items.
Bed set with side tables and chest of drawers
I recently bought a bed set with side tables and chest of drawers from a furniture shop. I had actually ordered a similar set from another store before, but they cancelled my order after making me wait for 3 months. Feeling frustrated and running out of options, I came across this store and was thrilled to see they had the same bed set available. Bilal, the salesperson, was really helpful and efficient in getting me the furniture in just 7 days. I couldn't believe my luck, especially since there were only 2 sets left in the whole county. I'll definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for quality furniture and great service.
Northern Ireland sideboard purchase
What a brilliant company! They really pulled out all the stops to get my dream sideboard delivered to Northern Ireland, even when other companies wouldn't. The staff were so lovely and helpful, always happy to help with any questions I had. I can't thank them enough for their outstanding service.
Bed frame and mattress
Avoid spending your money at this shop! I believed I was snagging a bargain on a bed frame and mattress, but I was sorely mistaken. Following two weeks of waiting for my delivery that was promised in 3-5 working days, I had to keep following up with them. Upon managing to contact them, they simply mentioned they would inquire with their supplier and then vanished. I attempted to reach out via calls and messages, but it was futile, definitely a scam! Fortunately, I made the payment via credit card, so I can obtain a refund through that method.

I found out a very few furniture providers are equipped in complete talent, quality, built-material, customer assistance and reputation as well. First Furniture, for sure, is very very few and handsful of those best furniture here.

What a brilliant company! The service we received from ordering to delivery was outstanding. Bilal and his team were truly exceptional. We placed an order for two charcoal leather electric recliner chairs on the 7th of December, expecting them after Christmas. However, Bilal made it happen and we received them today, the 22nd of December. The white glove service was faultless, with the chairs unpacked, assembled, and all packaging removed. I highly recommend this service. Communication through WhatsApp was incredibly useful. We will definitely be using this company again.
Sofa purchase
I just wanted to say a big thank you to the team at First Furniture for their amazing service. The sofas arrived earlier than I thought, which was a nice surprise and made things much easier. They even stored the sofas for me until I was ready for delivery, showing how much they care about making sure their customers are happy. The delivery team were really quick and professional, and they set up the sofas perfectly while also taking away all the packaging. I would definitely recommend First Furniture to anyone looking for great service and efficiency.
Outdoor furniture delivery
I recently got some outdoor furniture and I have to say, the guys who helped me out were absolutely fantastic! They matched the price I wanted and to top it off, they even threw in free delivery to Northern Ireland, which was a huge bonus for me. Lamp purchase
I bought some lamps online from a furniture shop recently, but I won't say which one. Turns out, they're connected to a furniture store I really like called Morale Furnishings. I always end up wanting everything I see in there, their displays are just too good. The lamps I ordered arrived at my house on the same day by a really nice delivery person. I have to admit, the service was fantastic and I was really impressed. Overall, I'd say the whole experience was amazing.
New sofa purchase
My wife and I decided to change up our living room layout, so we needed a new sofa. After looking around some furniture stores, we thought we'd check out First Furnishings. We were really impressed by the service we got there. The staff were so helpful and knew their stuff, they took the time to answer all our questions. It was clear they were pros and they made our shopping trip easy. We'll definitely be going back to First Furnishings next time we need furniture. Thanks for a great experience!
Astley mirror
I bought an Astley mirror from the store not long ago and I have to say, I was really impressed with the whole experience. The staff were so helpful and really went above and beyond to help me find the perfect mirror for my home. The quality of the mirror is fantastic and it looks stunning in my living room. I had checked out other stores, but this one had the best price by a mile for the mirror I wanted.
Kitchen table delivery
I bought a kitchen table from this company not so long ago and when it arrived, I saw a few problems with it. So, I dropped them a message on WhatsApp, sent them some photos of the issues, and they sorted out a new delivery straight away. The team that brought the new table not only dropped it off but also put it all together for me and took the old one away. I was really impressed with how quickly and well they dealt with everything, and I'm happy with how it all turned out.
Terrible experience
Oh my gosh, I can't believe how awful my experience was with this shop! I thought I was snagging a great deal, but it turns out they've gone bust and the receivers have been called in! How crazy is that?! If you paid by credit card, definitely get in touch with your bank straight away. If not, then you're out of luck...just like me. 😢
Dining table purchase
I recently bought a dining table from this company, and I must say, I have been really disappointed with their lack of communication and customer service. I’ve been waiting for weeks for any updates on the delivery, but when I tried to contact them through emails and phone calls, I didn’t get any responses to my emails, and my calls just kept getting redirected to a full voicemail box. It's just made the whole house-moving process even more stressful unnecessarily.
Honestly, the service I've received has been so poor that I'm starting to wonder if this company is even real. I've now had to involve my credit card company to try and get my money back. I would definitely advise against buying anything from them.Unfulfilled order
I'm really disappointed with the customer service I got from this company. My order wasn't fulfilled and I didn't hear back from them at all, not by phone, email, or anything else. It's so frustrating not knowing what's going on. Seems like they might be linked to another furniture company, but I couldn't get hold of them either. To top it off, the store is in Scotland, so I can't even go there in person. This is just not on, the way they're ignoring me is just not acceptable.
Garden bench mix-up
I recently ordered a garden bench from this place, but for some reason, the delivery people sent it to the wrong person! Can you believe they managed to mix up a garden bench? Anyway, Mo from the office was really great and sorted everything out swiftly. Gotta say, their customer service was top-notch! 10 out of 10!
Chair
I have to say, my experience with this furniture company was extremely disappointing. Like many others, I was also let down by their false promises and failure to deliver. I bought a chair online, but it never arrived. At first, it all seemed positive with arranged delivery dates, but then they just stopped communicating altogether. It's obvious to me now that they likely don't even have some of the furniture they advertise. It seems like they only start looking for the item once an order is made. I got fed up waiting and ended up having to ask my card company for a refund.
