High quality items, fast delivery
I've been really happy with the things I've bought from this company recently. They're really good quality and they've arrived really quickly, which has been great. Sometimes I've got the wrong size, but it's not been a big problem. The products are really impressive, but I'd like to see more detailed photos, especially of the material. Whenever I've had any questions or worries, the customer service team has been quick to help and sort things out. But I do think the delivery charges are a bit expensive. Overall, I've had a really good experience so far and I'm pleased with everything.

My recent experience with this company was a real rollercoaster. I ordered a bunch of clothing items and was really looking forward to getting them. However, I ended up having some trouble with the delivery and had to get in touch with customer service quite a few times to find out what was going on. They kept saying it was just because it was really busy, but when I persisted, they finally admitted that only a few items were actually out of stock. I asked to just get the items they did have in stock and get a refund for the rest, which they eventually sorted out. It would have been much better if they had just offered me that option straight away, instead of making me chase after it.

Chinese-made, poor quality, fire hazard, difficult returns
This brand's clothes are just awful, honestly. The quality of the fabric is shockingly bad - it's so poor that I wouldn't be surprised if it caught fire if I moved too fast. And to make things worse, they make it super difficult to return stuff, so I'm probably not going to bother shopping here again. What a mess!
Leather gator shoes in black and brown
This company is a total nightmare. I ordered a pair of leather gator shoes in black and brown, but what turned up was a rubber pair of shoes. And to make things worse, the customer service was useless. They only offered me a pathetic 10% refund if I decided to keep the wrong item. This is not what I signed up for, and I am seriously let down by the service they've given me.
Dress not as expected
I recently bought this really adorable dress from an online store, but when it turned up, it looked nothing like the photo! It was all out of shape and didn't fit properly at all. I tried to get in touch with them by email, but they didn't bother getting back to me. It would have been so much better if they had a phone number to call - what's the use of having customer service if they don't actually help their customers, right?
On top of that, their refund policy is absolutely dreadful. They purposely take ages to reply, making it nearly impossible to get your money back. And let's not even get me started on the quality of their response emails - it's like they don't even get English!Tops for my wife
I bought my wife 3 amazing tops and she was really surprised by how good they looked in person! She absolutely loved them all and is already thinking about her next purchases. The quality was fantastic and she couldn't be more pleased.
Misleading online images
Even though the pictures online looked amazing, the products I got were actually really bad quality and way smaller than I thought. The material they used was really cheap and made everything look awful. I've already asked for a refund and reached out to customer service twice. I've even raised a complaint with PayPal, because they should make sure they're not allowing payments for such rubbish products.
Poor quality clothes
Don't let the nice photos on the website fool you, the clothes are actually made from really cheap materials. When I tried to send back the things I bought, they just kept pushing me to take coupons instead of giving me my money back. We went back and forth with emails for ages before they finally agreed to refund me, but then they took off the postage costs, so I ended up losing around £15.
Diverse work-to-casual clothing
I thought the range of clothes on the website was really good, had loads of stuff that would work for everyday or the office. The quality of the things I bought was fine, and there were lots of different styles to choose from. But, I was a bit gutted to find out that they didn't offer free shipping when you spend a certain amount. Loads of other places do that, so it was a bit of a letdown not to have it here.
Wrong color and size shoes
I had a really awful experience with this company. They sent me shoes in the wrong colour and size, and when I got in touch with them, they were not helpful at all. They just wanted me to buy the shoes I actually ordered at a mere 50% off. It's really not on to mess up like that and then make customers pay extra to fix it. I definitely wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
