    Excellent products,they have.

    The quality of the product is fine, however Garden Trends are only a reseller, so have no control over the quality. They also experienced significant supply chain issues with my order, which took 7 months to arrive, however, this was out of their control. What fundamentally let them down was the complete lack of customer service. I have never experienced anything as poor as this. They took my money and gave me a 2 month lead time on my order, which due to the supply chain issues took far longer to arrive. If anyone had taken the time to explain the situation or even bothered to proactively update me, it could have changed the whole experience, but no.... I had to chase them weekly and ask them what was happening. When I did, I was both lied to and mislead. I asked to be updated on a weekly basis, even if the update was that there was no update. This basic customer service request was however ignored, continously. Only once was I called back, on every other occasion I had to waste my time in chasing them, fruitlessly. Would I purchase anything from them again? No, unequivocally not. The general lack of care was stunning. I imagine I was one of many whose order was delayed due to supply chain issues, however, if Garden Trends had bothered to be proactive in their approach to managing their customers expectations (customer services 1-0-1), then I would have been happy to offer more stars based on them managing a difficult situation well, however they didn't, they made me feel like a nuisance and showed no interest in anything other than getting me off the phone.

    If you're thinking of ordering anything from them, make sure it is in stock, if it has to be ordered, in my personal experience, it will take a lot longer than they say, and when you ask them for the truth, they will lie to you.

    Not a great experience at all.

    Absolutely disgusting customer service, never received my full order, was told part of it was damaged in transit which I accepted was told on 3 separate occasions that the replacement had been dispatched and at 1 point I was told it had been delivered!! only to be told that this wasn't the case, so basically I was lied to on 3 seperate occasions, and the latest email says its been damaged in transit. Please find a more reputable company to purchase from

    Beefeater 1100e BBQ

    Pre ordered a BBQ which was meant to be delivered in April, it was delayed to May and then further delayed to June. Having done some digging today with the manufacturer, it appears they do not expect to have stock in the UK until September.

    Meanwhile Garden Trends still have our money. We've now learnt our lesson and next time we'll go for a reputable shop.

    Outdoor cushions

    Ordered and money was taken but three week later and no cushions. Called and they said would investigate but still not heard and now do not trust them.
    Phone lines only open 10-4 and say busy due to current situation. Not sure how COVID can be used as an excuse for poor service now. Have emailed and send tweet but no joy yet. Wish I had read reviews before spent money with them.

    Dakota Garden set

    Very disappointed !!

    Ordered & paid in full for a garden set costing almost £2000 back in February. Received an email stating that it would be dispatched in 7-10 days. The following day I received an email saying there would be a delay & I would receive it by the end of March. I replied saying “As long as it is no later that is fine.” I was assured that if there was to be any further delay I would be contacted.
    As the end of March approached I emailed on 4 occasions to check in the progress & received no reply. I therefore telephoned at the end of March and after being on hold for almost an hour I was assured that they were just waiting for a container to arrive at the warehouse, she confirmed my order was on that container & told me it would be dispatched within 2-3 days.
    Over a week later I’d still not heard anything so I email again, no answer. I then brave the long wait on the phone to be told the guy would contact the warehouse & get back to me.
    Minutes later I received an email saying that the container was ‘short’ & therefore I will now have to wait until the arrival of the next container !!!
    This is an absolutely disgusting way to run a business, taking peoples money for goods you don’t actually have & then have them hanging around for months.

    BBQ and Stainless Steel Doors

    My delivery took some time due to COVID which is acceptable but there were items missing when I received it. I could only contact by mail and waited two months for a response. I only received any help when I disputed my PayPal transaction. Eventually I received another set of doors which are different from the first set. The BBQ is also missing a grate for the coals. I would never order from them again, horrendous customer service and total inefficiency with order fulfilment.

    BUYER BEWARE! AS PREVIOUS REVIEWS STATE I WARN YOU NOT TO PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM GARDEN TRENDS. THEY SHOULDN'T BE ALLOWED TO TAKE PEOPLES MONEY WHEN THEY CAN'T FULFILL THEIR ORDERS. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE LINES ARE CLOSED AND NOBODY WILL RESPOND TO E-MAILS. PLEASE DON'T LOSE YOUR MONEY, SPEND IT ELSEWHERE. GARDEN TRENDS SHOULD NOT BE OPERATING AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.

    Avoid at all costs. On purchase said 3 to 5 days. Still waiting 3 weeks later. No response to emails..phone line no longer working. MONEY IS TAKEN IMMEDIATELY.
    this company is exploiting the current covid situation to mske financial gains.

    Garden furniture

    Order placed middle of May. No goods yet but payment taken. Have emailed and phoned but no success. Phone calls not being taken and email responses are automated saying, due to number of emails being received will take 10 days to respond?
    I have also asked for an immediate refund.
    The company should not be trading if they cannot supply the goods .The current Covid crisis is not an excuse as all other on line orders I have placed have been supplied and delivered within the times given.

    Kettler dining set

    Order placed on 15 May, confirmation email stating they would be in touch in 7 to 10 days. Card charged over one thousand pounds immediately. So far goods not received, no delivery date received, no reply to 6 emails. Was number 29 in the queue when phoning, spent 56 minutes on the phone and got as far as 20th in queue. Just found out in another review that it's a premium number. Now no longer answering calls. Would I order from this company again or recommend them? Not a chance. Have requested a refund.
