Coats purchase
I recently bought two coats from Gentle Herd and I must say, I'm really happy with the quality. The coats are lovely, even better than I expected. Usually, the shipping is smooth but this time I had a bit of trouble. After I bought them on the 21st of September, I was told they might take up to 15 days to ship. Surprisingly, they were sent out in just 2 days but then got stuck in China for 6 days. I got in touch with their customer service to check on the delivery status and they replied the next day. Eventually, the package made its way to LA but got stuck again. I sent another email, got a standard reply and finally, after 5 more days, my package arrived. Despite the delay, the quality of the coats was fantastic and I'm happy with my purchase overall.
Dress and pants
I bought some clothes from an online store recently, and I have to say, I'm really happy with how it all went. Even though it was an overseas store, the delivery didn't take as long as I thought it would. There was one thing missing from my order, but when I got in touch, Amy quickly got back to me with useful information that helped me find the missing item. The dress and trousers I got are not only stylish, but they're also super comfy and light. Overall, I'm really pleased with both the stuff I bought and the amazing customer service I received.
Dresses and tops
My experience with this brand was really good. The customer service was quick to respond to my questions and kept me updated during the order. Even though the delivery was a bit late, I was really impressed with the quality of the products. Some items were bigger than I thought, but I decided to keep most of them and they've now become key pieces in my wardrobe. I would definitely think about buying from them again and would suggest them to others. That said, they could improve their shipping and returns process to gain more trust with customers.
Undyed Cashmere Sweater
I just bought a lovely Undyed Cashmere Sweater from this shop, and I must say I am over the moon with it. This sweater is crafted from 100% cashmere, so it feels super soft and gentle on my skin. The boatneck style gives it a classy touch, and the Almond shade is just so subtle and pretty. The simple design is what really draws me to it - it's versatile for a chill day out or a fancy event. Honestly, I'm absolutely delighted with my new sweater.
Merino sweater
I just wanted a nice merino sweater, but the one I received was really strange. It took absolutely ages to arrive from China, and the tracking information was completely off. When it finally arrived, the quality was terrible - why was it so pricey? I could have definitely found a much better one at Uniqlo.
Faulty merchandise, refund issue
Unfortunately, my experience with this retailer was full of challenges. Firstly, my order got delayed and when it eventually arrived, the clothes were bad quality and didn't fit right. When I tried to send them back, I faced even more problems. The return store was shut, and the USPS couldn't deliver the package. I was really worried I wouldn't get my money back. To make things worse, I was told my refund was sent to a Pay Pal account I didn't even have. Even when I showed them proof that this account didn't exist, I still had to contact my credit card company for help. It was only after that, that Gentle Herd eventually gave me my money back. All in all, my time with this retailer was just confusing and frustrating.
I bought loads of stuff
I was planning on buying quite a few things, but after reading some negative reviews, I got a bit scared, you know, 'cause it was quite a lot of money. The website mentioned I could cancel my order through email within 24 hours, so that's what I did over the weekend. Surprisingly, I got a response on Sunday confirming that my order had been cancelled. Then, a couple of days later, I received a PayPal notification and another email about it.
Warm cardigans for my mother
I've bought a few cosy cardigans from here for my mum, who's in a nursing home and has dementia. It's tricky to find nice, soft clothes for her, but Gentle Herd always comes through. The cardigans are so well made, a bit pricey but totally worth it because they wash and wear brilliantly. My mum is always comfy and warm in them, all thanks to Gentle Herd's fantastic clothing. We'll definitely be coming back for more!
Hair straightening brush purchase
I've just bought a hair straightening brush from Gentle Herd. The whole process of ordering was really easy and on top of that, I got free delivery. It only cost me 21.99 Euros. However, when I checked on my order, I saw that as of the 16th of October, my package was still on its way and hadn't been sent to me yet. I'll keep an eye on things and will let you know how it all pans out.
Coat purchase
I purchased a coat from this store and it arrived as expected. The quality was really good and it looked nice, but unfortunately, it was too small for me so I had to return it. It would be great if they provided more sizes and measurements on the website so customers can choose the right size. The return process was simple to follow and I received my refund promptly.
Cute stationery set
I recently bought this really nice stationery set from Gentle Herd. I'm feeling quite let down because it's taking ages to arrive. They told me they'd sent it out, but I haven't received a tracking number and I can't even give them a ring to see what's happening. I think it's so unfair!
Order was for a pair of shoes in a couple different colours
I ordered some shoes from this place and it was terrible. They were all different sizes, the materials were strange, and the stitching was falling apart with loose threads everywhere. It was a disaster. On top of that, they didn't even deliver everything I ordered. When I tried to get a refund, there was no customer service response at all. It was honestly the worst experience ever.
Three items of clothing
On the whole, I was pretty let down by my recent buy from this company. So, the stuff I bought turned up in two different boxes and it took them a good 19 days to get to me after I clicked order. It was a bit weird getting messages saying my order was shipped from some other company, not the one I bought from. The clothes were alright in terms of quality, but I didn't think they were worth the money I shelled out. And the packaging was rubbish - just some cheap rubbish plastic bag that made the stuff look like it came from some dodgy warehouse. After this, I won't be buying anything from this lot again, that's for sure.
Hoodie
I ordered a hoodie from this company a while back, thinking it would be a nice, comfy addition to my wardrobe. But it's been well over a month now since I placed my order and I still haven't heard anything about when it might arrive. The tracking info they gave me doesn't look right at all – it just says a label was made. I'm pretty upset about how little they're keeping me in the loop here, and how they're not being very clear about what's going on.
Also, I've noticed they're deleting any negative comments on their social media pages, which is really frustrating. I'd say be careful if you're thinking of ordering from this company – maybe have a good think about it first.Clothing items
The clothes I bought from that store were really terrible, to be honest. It took ages for them to arrive, and when they did, they were all crumpled up in the package. It was clear right away that the quality of the clothes was not worth the price I paid. It seemed like they were trying to pass off something cheap as ethical just to get people to shop there. I was really let down by the whole experience and won't be going back there again.
Cropped sweater
I bought this cropped sweater a few months back and it’s honestly turned into my favourite thing to wear. It's quite short, so I usually wear a tank top underneath, but it also looks great over long dresses to highlight my curves. The delivery turned up quicker than I expected, which was a pleasant surprise! All in all, I'm really pleased with my purchase.
Half order received
I bought something online recently from this retailer, but I only got half of my order. I've tried getting in touch with them, but haven't heard anything about when the rest of my stuff will arrive. It's not great that they're still selling the item I'm missing on their website. There's been no sign of my missing items being sent out or any tracking details given. Overall, it's been a bit of a let-down and I won't be shopping here again. There are lots of other online shops that offer better shopping experiences. Cheers.
Holiday gift
I ordered my holiday gift on the 11th of December from this company that claims to have fast processing, but it's taking forever and I haven't received any updates. I wouldn't recommend ordering from them if you need things on time. After checking out some reviews, I'm starting to have doubts about the company's reliability. Hopefully, they can still come through and prove me wrong.
Big coat
I got this really big coat, but it was way too massive on me. I reached out to them to try and return it for a refund, but they didn't even bother getting back to me, not even after I tried again. After reading other people's experiences, I regret buying it because their customer service is just terrible. I won't be purchasing from them in the future.
