I've been using my platinum + straighteners for about 2 and a half years when they suddenly stopped working. I mean, seriously? I expect my straighteners to last longer than a fish and chip shop on a Friday night! Luckily, I remembered they had a 3-year warranty. So, feeling a bit sad, I returned them using the free returns process on their website. Let me tell you, it was so easy. They confirmed they received my faulty straighteners and kept me updated every step of the way. Skip ahead 10 days, and I got a brand new replacement in the post. Well, well, well, it seems there's a silver lining after all! Big shout out to them for their amazing customer service, I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised.

Their shoddy service and low quality have completely put me off GHD.

I recently bought the Platinum Plus straightener from your company and I had a really bad experience. When I used it, it caused damage to my hair by pulling it out. I returned the straightener and got a new one, but the same thing happened again. I returned it too. But the company said it wasn't their fault, instead blamed me for not using it properly.
