    Platinum + Straighteners returned

    I've been using my platinum + straighteners for about 2 and a half years when they suddenly stopped working. I mean, seriously? I expect my straighteners to last longer than a fish and chip shop on a Friday night! Luckily, I remembered they had a 3-year warranty. So, feeling a bit sad, I returned them using the free returns process on their website. Let me tell you, it was so easy. They confirmed they received my faulty straighteners and kept me updated every step of the way. Skip ahead 10 days, and I got a brand new replacement in the post. Well, well, well, it seems there's a silver lining after all! Big shout out to them for their amazing customer service, I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised.

    I bought the Platinum+ straightener in the lovely jade colour recently and I have to say, I'm really impressed with it. It's not just pretty to look at, but it's also really light and simple to use.     The curling iron I bought was completely useless! It literally fell apart while I was using it to curl my hair. The customer service was no good either, they claimed it wasn't covered by the warranty even though I'd only owned it for less than a year.     Limited edition gold straightener

    I've been a loyal customer for 15 years, but my recent experience with their limited edition gold straightener has put me off their products for good. The straightener packed up after just a few months, constantly showing a red light and beeping. I sent it off for repairs as told by customer service, who promised a replacement within three weeks. It actually took over four weeks, which is unacceptable for a warranty item. To top it off, the replacement had the same issues. Dealing with customer service was a nightmare - they ignored my emails and when I did speak to someone, I was told to wait another three weeks for another replacement. As a so-called apology, they offered me some cheap heat protectors which did nothing to change my mind about the brand. Their quality has dropped - my first GHD lasted six years, but now it seems they care more about profit than customer satisfaction. Their shoddy service and low quality have completely put me off GHD.

    Platinum Plus straightener

    I recently bought the Platinum Plus straightener from your company and I had a really bad experience. When I used it, it caused damage to my hair by pulling it out. I returned the straightener and got a new one, but the same thing happened again. I returned it too. But the company said it wasn't their fault, instead blamed me for not using it properly. I was upset as I didn't get a refund for the faulty product. The customer service was rude and unhelpful, didn't tell me how to make a complaint either.
