Filter and shower head
I recently bought a filter and shower head from this company, and I'm really happy with my choice. Installing the filter was easy, and it has really made a difference to the water quality in my home. The shower head is a great addition too, making my showers much more enjoyable every day. I would definitely recommend these products to everyone!
Shower head and shower filter
I bought the shower head and shower filter to try and get rid of the chlorine and hard metals in my shower water. But after using them for three weeks, I didn't really see any difference in my skin or hair. My shower still had limescale and watermarks, which was a bit of a letdown. I reckon there are cheaper options out there that do a better job.

I bought a shower filter from this company not so long ago and I must say, I've been really happy with it. Awesome shower head

Quick delivery, hair products, hard water solution
The products came really quickly and they've been a real lifesaver for my hair with our new hard water. I've been using them for a few weeks and I've definitely seen a big improvement in how good my hair looks and feels. Definitely recommend them!
Filtered shower head purchase
I thought the way they communicated and how quickly they sorted out the purchase was top-notch. The shower head has definitely made my skin and hair feel softer. However, I've noticed the water pressure isn't as strong and sometimes the water isn't as warm as with other filtered shower heads.
Faulty shower head replacement
I had to get in touch with customer service because the shower head I bought from this company stopped working properly after only six months. When I contacted them, they replied quickly and asked for some videos and photos of the problem. They then offered to send me a new shower head without any extra charge for postage. I was really impressed with Ada, the customer service rep, who made sure the replacement was sent out quickly, even though I was on holiday at the time. In general, I'm really happy with the great customer service I received, as well as the quality of the product.
Shower heads with filter
I bought two shower heads with a filter a couple of months back, thinking it would be great for my skin and water quality. But, I was a bit let down as the shower heads were heavier than expected, so they kept falling off the holder. I wish this detail was mentioned on the website, I might have gone for the option with just the filter. Moreover, one of the shower stems broke after only a few months, and then the shower head started to leak water. Overall, I wouldn't buy these again, which is why I've given them a low rating.
New Shower Filter Head
They're quite efficient in getting their products out fast. I've been using their shower filter head for about 6 months, and while I can't be certain if it's actually working, the water seems to smell less chemically. I haven't experimented with any of their other products, so I can't say for sure if it's the filter head that's making a change or something else. However, I appreciate that they focus on reducing toxins as it's a priority for me due to my health concerns.

I thought buying the shower head water filter would make my showers better, but it didn't really do much. I checked the water and the hardness, pH, and TDS levels were still the same as before. And to make it worse, I couldn't even tell if my showers felt any nicer.

I was so pleased with the service I got when I had a problem with one of the filters. They sent out replacements straight away to sort it out, which was really impressive. The customer service was excellent and I would happily recommend both the product and the help I received.
Water filter
At first, I wasn't sure about buying the water filter, but after using it for a month, I can honestly say it's really helped our skin and hair. We live in a place with hard water, and the filter has definitely made a positive difference in reducing the impact of that hard water. The only downside is I need to get used to styling my hair now that it's softer. I'll keep an eye on how long the filter lasts before I need to replace it and see if it's worth the cost.
Haircare products disappointing
I had high hopes for the haircare products I bought, especially since I live in an area with hard water that's not great for my hair. But, after using the shampoo and conditioner regularly, I didn't see any improvement at all. My hair was still dry and brittle, with no change in how it looked or felt. It's disappointing that they didn't live up to my expectations. Now I have to find another solution. I couldn't even consider a shower filter because I have a power shower, so that was a bit of a letdown. All in all, I'm disappointed and frustrated with my purchase.
Water filter purchase
I bought a water filter to try it out and I actually really like it. I liked it so much that I ended up getting more for my guest bathroom and even for my family to take home. The water quality has definitely improved since using it - there's hardly any white residue on my shower doors now.
