I recently made my third purchase from this online shop and I must say, I was really impressed by the amazing selection of gifts they have. I recently bought something from this website and I have to say, I'm pretty disappointed with the service. They said they shipped my item but it still hasn't arrived. The tracking number they gave me doesn't show any updates from the courier, and when I reached out to customer service, they didn't have any useful info on where my order is. Hopefully by leaving this review, I'll get a better response and they'll sort out this problem for me.

I've just bought some kitchen gadgets from this website. It was pretty straightforward to place my order, but I had a bit of trouble updating my details. Personalised ear pod case order
I bought this really cool personalised ear pod case from this site, thinking it would be amazing. But you know what? They went and cancelled my order right before Christmas because they couldn't cope. I was so angry! Like, seriously, who does that? Thankfully, I found a much better site on Etsy and managed to get my order in just 3 days. I'm done with that rubbish site, never going back there again!

LOTR bundle (T-shirt and mug)
Oh my gosh, I ordered this really awesome LOTR bundle with a t-shirt and a mug, but so far I've only received the t-shirt! It's been about three weeks and I'm still waiting for the mug to arrive! I sent an email to customer services, but all I got was a robotic reply saying they don't have the mug in stock at the warehouse, even though technically it's not out of stock. I mean, if it's not in the warehouse, isn't that basically the same thing as being out of stock?! I keep replying to their emails, but it's just the same auto-response every single time. They keep advertising the item, yet they can't actually deliver it. I can't even return the t-shirt because I've already worn it, so now I just have to sit tight and hope it arrives eventually! This whole situation is just the absolute worst!
Son's birthday presents
I had an awful time with this website. I bought some birthday gifts for my son but they never arrived. When I tried to get in touch with customer service, they were useless and couldn't help at all. Now I've lost money and still don't have the presents I wanted. I recommend avoiding this site to anyone considering shopping here. The prices might seem good, but it's not worth the chance of being ripped off.
Guest checkout, delayed delivery
I bought something on that website a few weeks ago as a guest, but it still hasn't turned up. I'm getting really fed up now because I've been trying to cancel the order due to the long wait, but I can't get through to customer service for help. The live chat never seems to work, and to send a message through the website, I need to sign up - something I didn't do as a guest. Also, the Customer Service account on Twitter isn't active, so I don't have many options to get in touch. It's weird that there's no phone number for support in this day and age, 2024. All I want to do is cancel my order easily, but the lack of ways to contact customer service is making it way more complicated than it should be.
