I had to swap a pair of shoes I bought from that shop recently, and I've got to admit, it was all very easy and straightforward. The people working there really knew their stuff and got the exchange done professionally. I was really impressed with the excellent service they provided, and how quickly they managed to sort everything out. Plus, my original order arrived swiftly, and I liked getting updates on where it was at. All in all, I'm really happy with the service I got from that store.
Refund and customer service interaction
I had a bit of a bad time dealing with another company, Evri, but JD Sport totally turned things around with their amazing customer service. I was really impressed by how quickly they sorted out my problem and how well they looked after me. The person who helped me was fantastic - so efficient and professional. Even though it was just a refund, I'd definitely be happy to buy from JD Sport again in the future because of how great their customer service is.

I recently bought a pair of trainers for my grandson from this shop and I was really happy with the whole experience. It was easy to go on the website and place the order. I bought a pair of trainers from the shop not long ago. When I read the description online, it said the shoes were leather, but when they arrived, I found out they were actually made from synthetic material. On top of that, I wasn't too pleased to learn I had to fork out for the return postage, even though it was the store's mistake. This whole situation really got to me, as it just didn't match up with what I was expecting from the product description.

I was really happy when they sent me a message to say my order was ready to pick up in-store, but when I got there, things got a bit muddled up and it took a bit longer than expected. The staff, however, were quite helpful and sorted everything out pretty quickly. In the end, I was pleased with how quickly everything was sorted and I was happy with what I bought.

Shoes are mega comfy and worth the cash
The shoes I got are really comfortable and definitely worth the money. However, the delivery updates could be improved. Every time I tried to check where my shoes were, it was a bit frustrating because it kept saying it didn't recognize my details. Why you gotta do me like that, huh?
Split order delivery issue
I'm really annoyed with JD Sports at the moment because they split my order into two deliveries, which has been a real pain. The first part couldn't be delivered because apparently there were access issues, yet the other part somehow made it through just thirty minutes later. But then they tried again with the first part, it left the depot only to come back as undeliverable again and returned to sender. It's just really frustrating and shows a lack of care and professionalism from the delivery service.
Size exchange for trainers
I've had an absolutely awful time trying to swap my trainers for a bigger size. Their returns system is so bad, it just keeps messing up and telling me to come back later. I've tried getting in touch with customer service loads of times and still haven't heard anything back. It's pretty funny that they even emailed me to ask for a review of their non-existent customer service.
Red trainers
I ordered these sick red trainers and paid extra for next day delivery because I wanted to show them off at school. But you know what? They never arrived! I called customer services and they were totally useless. They actually admitted that they lost my trainers and didn't even bother to let me know four days ago. Can you believe it? So now I'm here waiting for my trainers, feeling like a proper mug. The service is absolutely shocking, mate.

The customer service in this store is really lacking. The staff don't seem interested or friendly, which can make you feel like you're intruding just by being there. The quality of the products is not great, especially the trainers which are frequently flawed or scuffed. The packaging is always a mess, as if it's been thrown about and mistreated. I would suggest thoroughly inspecting items before buying them. In general, I only come here as a last option, mainly based on the cost and whether they have what I need.
