Katch Me has been one of my favourite brand for women’s clothing, apparel, shoes and fashion products. Great choice of styles, colors, sizes and designs. Excellent, prompt and fast delivery service including great prices. I would have to go to in search of three or four brands to find all items that I found under one roof from Katch Me.
Katch Me have very trendy clothings and they are very professional. I'm so happy for choosing Katch Me. The clothes I got are amazing!!! I love the materials and the small details that makes them so unique!!!

I recently bought a trench coat and some really cute camel teddy bear slip on shoes as a bundle I saw on TikTok. The delivery was surprisingly fast, I got everything in no time at all! The trench coat was a lovely colour and the shoes were incredibly fluffy and adorable. I liked them so much that I ended up ordering another bundle with a knitted co-ord set and some black teddy bear slip-ons. The top in the co-ord set fit perfectly but the pants were way too long, so I had to get them adjusted. Also, the black slip ons were a bit smaller than the camel ones from the first bundle. I do have a slight concern about the returns policy after reading some not-so-great reviews. Hopefully, I can exchange the shoes for a bigger size and possibly get the pants altered too. Despite that, I must say that the delivery was extremely quick for both orders, which was fantastic!
Clothing return
I was a bit unsure about ordering from this company at first because I had seen some bad reviews, but I thought I'd give it a go anyway. I bought some clothes, but they didn't fit right, so I had to send them back. To my surprise, the customer service was really good. I sent them an email about returning the items, and they got back to me in no time with a returns label. They also gave me the option to keep the clothes and pick something else for the same price, which was a nice touch. They tracked my return and I got my money back in my account within just 5 days. All in all, I was pretty happy with how helpful and efficient the customer service team was.
Dress and shoes
I bought a dress and shoes from their website not long ago. Ordering was easy, and I got a confirmation email right after. But when my package arrived, the shoes were the wrong size. I got in touch with customer service, and they got back to me quickly. Sarah, the representative, was really helpful and sorted out the return for the wrong shoes. The right size was sent to me without delay, and I got it in just a few days. I was really pleased with the service I got, and it's good to see their customer service team improving.
Dress lost in delivery
I had a terrible experience when the delivery service lost one of my dresses that I returned at the post locker from this online shop. It was really frustrating because I needed that dress for a party! However, the company handled it quite well. The customer service team was very friendly and helpful. Moon was the person I spoke to last, and she was really nice. She quickly issued a refund for the lost dress and ensured that everything was sorted out. I am grateful to Moon and the online shop for rectifying the mistake.
Bulk dress order
I recently ordered a load of dresses, spending about £150, thinking I'd get some nice new clothes. But it took a whole 4 weeks for them to turn up, and when they did, I was really let down by the quality. A lot of the dresses looked nothing like they did in the pictures online, and some were just cheap and nasty.
Smashed item replacement
My package turned up in a right state, all bashed up thanks to the delivery driver being a bit careless. Emailed customer service about it, took a tad long for them to get back to me. But I was proper chuffed when I got a response just over an hour later. They asked for more info and sorted out a replacement to be sent to me without any extra costs. Their customer service was top-notch, none of that faffing about like other companies where you have to go through loads of hoops before you can chat to a real person.
Wedding outfit for cousin's son
I had never shopped here before, but I decided to order a wedding outfit for my cousin's son. The ordering process was surprisingly easy, even though it was last minute, and to my surprise, everything arrived on time. When I needed to return some unwanted items, Sammy from customer service was amazing. She was really helpful, went out of her way to assist me, and was very kind and understanding. Thanks to Sammy's excellent service, I will definitely be shopping here again.
Perfectly fitting, good quality clothes
I ordered some clothes from here recently and I was really pleased with how well they fit and the quality was top-notch. It was a nice surprise to see how good they looked on me. The material felt great on my skin and the stitching was really well done. You could tell that they were made with a lot of care and attention to detail. Also, the styles were right on-trend and looked really good on. I'll definitely be shopping here again in the future!
Brought outfit, incorrect sizing
When I ordered this outfit, they said it would fit up to size 20, but it turned out it only fits a size 12. The outfit itself was good quality, but the wrong sizing was a bit of a let-down. Thankfully, the returns process was actually pretty easy, despite some bad reviews I had seen. I used Evri and they sent me a QR code by email, which I could take to a nearby shop and print out a returns label using their machine.
White crop top and jeans
So, I ordered this white crop top and jeans from this store, and I never received my order! I tried to talk to them about it, but their customer service was really terrible. They just kept telling me to contact the delivery company they use, instead of taking responsibility and helping me out. It's been months now, and I still don't have my order or even a solution to the problem. They just keep sending me unhelpful emails, and it's all been a big mess. I had to involve my bank and Klarna because they just wouldn't listen. Dealing with this for almost 6 months now has been such a nightmare!
Pink dress and shoes
I bought this really lovely pink dress and some matching shoes from this place, but they never actually arrived. I was really gutted and annoyed so I decided to email them to find out what was going on with my package. They replied saying I needed to fill out this lost package form, and honestly, it was such a hassle! The form was asking for all these details like when the package was sent, proof of it, tracking numbers, and how it was sent. They wouldn't just sort it out for me, which was really frustrating because they were just being lazy! I was really upset because I'm heavily pregnant and I really needed my outfit for a special event. It was such a let down in the end.
Long coats purchase
I was so impressed with the quality of the long coats that I bought - they were absolutely fantastic. The material and craftsmanship were top-notch, and they looked even better in real life than they did in the photos online. I'll definitely be buying more items from this store in the future. Keep up the good work!
Jumpsuit purchase
Ladies, just a heads up - steer clear of this brand and save your money! I bought a jumpsuit and it was a total let down. The size was way off, the material felt cheap, and the overall quality was shocking. And to top it off, their customer service was nowhere to be found when I tried to sort things out. Now I'm having to involve my credit card company under the Consumer Credit Act to get my refund. Do yourself a favour and stay away from this brand!
Cute clothes, too see-through
The clothes I bought were so see-through, it's like I might as well be wearing nothing! The company tried to give me a refund, but then claimed they never received my return, even though I watched it being delivered. So shady!
Recent online fashion purchase
I recently bought some clothes online from this company, and it was a total disaster. The first order was fine, but the second one was a letdown. I only got one item out of the three I ordered, and when I tried to contact customer service, I got no reply. It's obvious that they don't really care about making their customers happy. The way this company is handling things is really disappointing and unprofessional.
Neon crop top and bike shorts set
I totally splurged on this amazing neon crop top and bike shorts combo and honestly, I am over the moon with it! The colours are absolutely stunning and the fit is perfect. Oh, and when I had a question, the customer service team responded super promptly, which was awesome. It's nice to feel like they genuinely care, you know?
