Christmas purchases
I recently bought some things from this online shop for Christmas. They all arrived on time, and everything was good until a problem arose with one of the items a few months later. But, the customer service team at this online store was fantastic. They dealt with the issue quickly and efficiently by getting in touch with the supplier. The team was really friendly, kept me informed, and went out of their way to make sure I was happy with my purchase. To be honest, the level of customer service I received was the best I've had in ages. I really appreciate their commitment and professionalism, especially when they replied to my emails late at night, which was unexpected. A big thank you to everyone at this online store for their exceptional service.
Little Dutch musical cot mobile
I was so impressed with how quickly my order arrived! I placed it online late on Saturday and it was delivered to me on Monday, which was a lovely surprise. The free standard delivery service was really great and went above and beyond my expectations. I was really happy with the Little Dutch items I bought, especially the musical cot mobile that plays 'Somewhere over the Rainbow'. It was so beautiful it made me tear up! The items were reasonably priced, well packaged, and arrived on time. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my experience and will definitely be shopping on this website again in the future.
Next day delivery let down
I thought I'd switch things up and give Kidly a go, instead of going for the typical online giant. They were offering a next day delivery service if you ordered before 6pm, so I took a chance. I urgently needed an item so I placed my order on a Tuesday, hoping it would turn up the next day. Unfortunately, my package didn't show up until Friday. I reached out to their web chat service and although the team was helpful and tried their best, they couldn't speed up my delivery. It was frustrating, especially when you're depending on getting something exactly when you need it.
Faulty Dutchie Walker
I bought a Dutchie Walker from Kidly recently, but had a problem as it didn't screw together properly. I tried to return it, but Evri, the courier company, kept cancelling the pick-up. Despite this issue, Kidly stayed in touch with me the whole time and in the end, they decided to refund me for the faulty item. Although it took a while, I'm grateful for Kidly's efforts to sort things out with Evri. One suggestion I have is that maybe Kidly could try using a different courier company like DPD in the future for more reliable deliveries.
Huddles Duck toy
I bought a Huddles Duck toy online recently and I was really let down by the whole thing. The toy came all squashed up in a plastic bag inside a box, which wasn't what I was hoping for at all. I was expecting it to come in a Jellycat bag at least, with the brand's good reputation and all. Also, the toy itself wasn't as good as I thought it would be - it looked more like a second-hand item rather than something new. In my opinion, I reckon it's worth paying a bit more and getting a better quality toy directly from the Jellycat website.
High-quality baby products
I recently bought some really good baby products from this company and I was really pleased with what I received. The items were just like they were shown on the website and they lived up to what I was hoping for.
Amazing customer service
Great pricing and amazing products quality. The Kidly Baby Toys I ordered for were missing one of the toys. I sent an email to the customer service department of Kidly and I got an instant reply. They further informed me a few hours later that they had sent the missing toy. I got the toy a few days later. Apart from the missing toy, every other thing was great including their packaging and delivery time. I am happy I now have a reliable place I can always use whenever I want to buy toys for my kids. I highly recommend Kidly to other parents.
jelly sandals missing buckle
I recently purchased some adorable jelly sandals for my daughter, but unfortunately, one of the buckles was missing when they arrived. I was really disappointed because she was so excited to wear them. However, I contacted customer service and they responded quickly, offering to either exchange the sandals or give me a partial refund. I opted for the refund as the missing buckle was purely cosmetic. Surprisingly, they sorted it out within an hour of my email! Their service was fantastic!
Sea blue jelly sandals
When the sea blue jelly sandals arrived, I was pretty happy with how they looked and their quality. But I was a bit let down to see that the colour of the sandals wasn't quite the same as the bright turquoise shade shown in the picture online. In truth, they were more of a dull grey-blue, which was a bit disappointing. It felt like the product on the website wasn't really what I ended up with, and it made me think about asking for a replacement.

I splurged on leggings in every colour available on the website and I was really looking forward to wearing them. The variety of colours was fantastic, and I couldn't wait to mix and match them with different tops. However, after just one wash on a gentle cycle, I noticed that the leggings started to get bobbles on them. I was really disappointed because the style and design were so cute, but the quality just wasn't up to scratch. I've had supermarket brand leggings that have lasted longer and not bobbled after multiple washes. I wish I had just started with one pair to test them out before diving in with all the colours at once.
Purchased wrong sizes
I was really excited when I found all these cute things online that I wanted to buy, but I made a mistake and got the wrong sizes. I tried to fix it by sending a bunch of emails right away, but when I got an email saying my order was shipped on a Saturday, even though the website said they were closed for the weekend, I was completely puzzled. When my items arrived on Monday and the sizes were still wrong, I was really annoyed. Then I found out they couldn't change the order and I had to reorder everything. Honestly, I'm not going to do that. So now I have to send everything back and wait forever for a refund. Ugh, I'm never shopping here again.
Practical and quality kids' stuff
I've bought loads of cool stuff from here, like toys and clothes that are really great quality. Sometimes they have items that are more for parents than kids, but it's still awesome. One time I got something that was broken, but Kidly fixed it straight away without any hassle. They're really helpful before you buy and will give you advice if something might not be right for what you need. I love this shop!
Travel System Stroller Purchase
I recently bought a travel system stroller from this company, and it's been a complete nightmare. The customer service is terrible, especially Rose, who wasn't helpful at all. My order arrived in pieces, with one part going to my neighbour without asking, and the other part just vanished. Even though I have proof for a refund, they're refusing to give me my money back. The returns procedure is chaotic, the tracking system says I should talk to retailers, making things even more confusing. This whole situation has been a headache, and I'd advise others to avoid this deceitful company.
Dolls cot purchase
I bought a dolls cot for my granddaughter not so long ago, and I have to admit, I was really disappointed. It turned out to be much smaller than I was expecting, even though the measurements were all there in the description. To be honest, I don't think it's worth the money at all.
Recent online purchase
I wouldn't recommend ordering from this company if you want to actually receive your items! I placed my order last week and now it's midweek, but I haven't received any updates on tracking or delivery. It's so annoying not knowing what's going on. I definitely won't be using this company again. When I ask about my order, all they say is it should take 5-7 working days, but that doesn't help much when I can't track it. I'd advise checking out other customer reviews before buying anything from them.
Puddle suits
I bought these puddle suits a while back and I was really excited to have them, but after about a year and a half, the zips completely broke. Now they're no good and I feel like I wasted loads of money on them. So disappointed and definitely won't be purchasing from them again. I'll just stick to the cheaper brands instead.
Baby clothes purchase
I shop at this store a lot and I've bought loads of stuff from their baby clothes section. The clothes are always really good quality, with a range of nice basics that look good and last well. I also like that they stock branded items, it gives the wardrobe a bit more personality.
