Variety of fun little items for Christmas stocking
I've just bought a bunch of fun little things to pop into my son's stocking for Christmas. They arrived swiftly and the packaging was good, which I was happy about. But, alas, there was a tiny mix-up with one item and another wasn't working quite right. Nevertheless, I got in touch with their customer service and they were super quick to respond and sort everything out without any fuss. I was really impressed by how professional they were and how they really cared about making me happy, even though the items weren't that pricey. The way they dealt with the problem made me feel like a valued customer, and now I know I'll be keeping my business with them going forward.

I recently ordered some party supplies for my child's upcoming birthday bash, hoping they'd turn up before the big day. I've tried to get in touch with the company through email and their website's contact form several times, but I haven't had any luck hearing back from them. It's made things even tougher that there isn't a phone number I can ring for customer service. So now, it looks like my kiddo's birthday is going to be less than perfect without the decorations and goodies that were supposed to arrive on time.

I've had a really disappointing experience with this company. I ordered some party supplies for my daughter's birthday, but they arrived weeks late with no updates at all. By the time they arrived, the party had already happened, so they were useless to me. I sent the items back straight away and have been waiting for over a month for my refund. The lack of communication and customer service from this company is just not on, and I wouldn't recommend anyone else buy from them in the future.

The things I wanted weren't in stock, and even though I got an email saying I was refunded, I never actually got the money back. When I called customer service, they said my order didn't exist and they couldn't find the payment. Even after showing proof of my order and payment, they still couldn't find it. I had to go through PayPal to get my money back. This company is a nightmare to deal with and I would suggest avoiding them at all costs.

'bat and balls' party purchase
I bought the 'bat and balls' for my child's party and I was really let down by the quality. The balls broke after only two tries, and when I tried to get in touch with the company for a refund, they didn't respond to any of my emails or website messages. I even found the MD on LinkedIn and messaged them, but still no reply. It's clear that they sell shoddy products and their customer service is terrible, so I suggest being careful if you decide to buy from them.
