27mm pine fixed board
As a returning customer, I bought some 27mm pine fixed board from Leader Furniture recently. Ordering it was easy peasy, and it arrived swiftly, right on time. The price was fair compared to other places, making it a good value for money. However, the wood quality wasn't the best. There were some holes in the whitewood boards where knots had come out, which was a bit of a let-down. Apart from that, though, I can't fault my experience with Leader Furniture.
Redwood furniture panel purchase
This was my second time ordering from here, and I must say, I was impressed once again. The service was top-notch, as the delivery arrived exactly on the specified date and time. I really liked getting messages the day before and on the morning of the delivery to keep me in the loop. The redwood furniture panel I ordered was great quality, and the price was definitely reasonable. I definitely plan on ordering more from here in the future.
Liberty Doors - Internal Black Fully Finished Elegance Lancaster 1 Panel Door (BLKLAN)
I bought 8 Liberty Doors - Internal Black Fully Finished Elegance Lancaster 1 Panel Door (BLKLAN) from Leader Furniture not long ago. My experience with this company has been really disappointing. When the doors arrived, I found that 3 out of the 8 doors were damaged and had defects, even though they were supposed to be fully finished. The miter joints were flaky and cracking, and the edges were chipped. I contacted their Customer Success Team, but the service I got was terrible. The staff I spoke to were not helpful, dismissive, and didn't seem interested in fixing my issue. They even said the lifetime manufacturer's warranty was void because the doors had been fitted, which is just not on. And to make things worse, the delivery driver damaged my walls and ceiling light during the delivery. I asked to speak to a manager, but haven't got any more help. I regret spending so much money with this company and won't be buying from them again.
Recently purchased a door
I bought a door from this company not long ago, but when it arrived it had heavy water damage and lamination issues. It seemed like the door had been stored incorrectly and not checked before sending it out. I tried to sort things out by asking for a refund, but it's been well over a month and the company still hasn't collected the faulty door. On top of that, they haven't been responding to my emails. I'd recommend avoiding this company completely to anyone thinking of purchasing from them.
Returned door, no refund received
I've had a pretty poor experience with this company. I sent back a door in November, it was all wrapped up and they picked it up within 4 days. But now it's February 19th and I still haven't got my refund, even though they said they were processing it. The fact that they don't reply to emails or answer the phone makes me worry they don't really care about their customers. It feels like they've just taken £90 from me and I've wasted a lot of time trying to sort it out. It might be cheaper at first, but the lack of customer service and reliability makes it not really worth it.
Solid 18mm wood flooring
Oh my gosh, seriously, you should never ever ever buy from this store! I mean, I ordered this really awesome flooring and even paid extra for it to arrive today, right? But you won't believe it, they emailed me to say it's not coming until Monday! Can you believe that? No apology or anything, just sorry but not really. Ugh, it's so frustrating! And when I tried calling them, I was put on hold for what felt like forever, and when I finally got through, they just hung up on me! Like, what is even going on there? So not cool. I spent a lot of money on that flooring expecting it to arrive on time. Such a disappointment.
Dining table set
I bought a dining table set from Leader Furniture recently, and I have to say I'm really happy with it. The furniture is really good quality and the design is just what I wanted. The staff in the store were helpful and knew their stuff, they helped me choose from different options. Ordering was easy and quick, I got confirmation of my order straight away. The prices were good too, especially for such high-quality items. Delivery was fast and the furniture arrived in perfect condition. I would definitely recommend Leader Furniture to anyone looking for top-notch furniture and great service.
Three seater manual recliners x 2
I was so impressed with the value for money I got from this place. I decided to order two three-seater manual recliners and they were delivered just a few days later, no long waits like other places. Putting them together was a piece of cake, as the base came in one piece that easily fit through standard doors. Adding the arm rests was simple with zips and Velcro, and the recliners can almost go completely flat, which is fantastic. The seat pads are nice and firm with good stitching, and the price was unbeatable. The only downside was that the box was a bit dirty, but it didn't affect the product at all. Honestly, you could easily pay twice as much for the same quality elsewhere.
Bar stools order
I ordered some bar stools that were the last ones available, and even though there wasn't enough left in stock to give me right away, I was happy that they quickly gave me a refund. The delivery part was a bit annoying because it was organised through a courier service that didn't give me any tracking information and said they would turn up anytime between 8am and 6pm, which wasn't great for someone with a busy day. And when the bar stools eventually showed up, the cushion inserts were missing. But despite these problems at the start, I have to say that the customer service team did a great job of sorting everything out fast and making sure I was happy as a customer in the end.
Coffee table purchase
I bought a coffee table from Leader Furniture recently, and I'm disappointed with how things turned out. The table arrived damaged and impossible to fix. I waited all day for the delivery, but instead of being brought inside as promised, it was just left on my doorstep. It was really heavy and hard for me to move alone. To top it off, when I tried to reach out to the company by email and phone for help, they didn't respond at all.
Sofa purchase on sale
I recently got myself a sofa on sale from a furniture shop, and I must say, it was a pretty good experience overall. There was a bit of a problem with the delivery at first, but they sorted it out quickly, and the sofa arrived a few days later. It's a lovely sofa, really good quality, especially for the price I got it for. The delivery guys were nice and helpful too, which made me even happier with the whole thing. I'd definitely suggest this company to others, and I'd be happy to order from them again sometime.
Table and chairs
I purchased a table and chairs from this company, and it has been a complete nightmare! They took my money but never delivered my order. I've been waiting for a refund for ages, and their customer service is just terrible! They never answer the phone, reply to emails, or messages. Yet, they have time to post on Facebook every day! I highly recommend avoiding them, you'll definitely regret it!
Henley Double (4'6'') Upholstered Ottoman Bed purchase
I normally don't really bother with leaving reviews, but I just had to share my experience with Leader Furniture and their Henley Double (4'6'') Upholstered Ottoman Bed. It was honestly fantastic! The quality of the bed was top-notch - it was a breeze to put together with really clear instructions. Everything, from the upholstered frame to the headboard and footboard, fit together perfectly. The pre-assembled bed slats made things even easier. We did have a little hiccup with the gas lift part, but we managed to sort it out without too much hassle. And all of this for just £189 including delivery! What a bargain! Massive thanks to Leader Furniture for such a great product.
Material needs
I was really pleased with my visit to the store. The company was so helpful, and I managed to find everything I needed for my materials. The staff, especially Richard Harries, was always there and had a great attitude, which made my shopping experience really easy and enjoyable. My order arrived on time, and I've even suggested Leader Furniture to other trade contractors.

Perfect quality wood boards
The wood boards I got from Leader Furniture were spot on, absolutely what I was after for my project. 2 seater recliner settee
I recently bought a 2 seater recliner sofa online from this shop and I have to say, I was really impressed by the whole experience. Once I picked my delivery date, they kept me updated every step of the way. I got a text on the Friday before my delivery date, letting me know the specific time slot for Monday afternoon. On the day of delivery, the driver even messaged me directly with the exact arrival time. The sofa arrived in a big box, which made it easy for me and a friend to move it into my house. Once we unpacked it, it was simple to put together and seemed to be good quality for the price I paid. In general, I'm really happy with my purchase and the service I received.
Oak timber purchase
I recently bought some oak timber from Leader Furniture and I have to say, I was really impressed with the quality. The timber was actually a bit lighter in colour than I thought it would be, but I ended up liking it even more than I imagined. I was happy to see that there were no issues with warping, although I know that can sometimes happen if the timber is left in the sun. The delivery arrived right on time, in fact, it was 5 minutes early, but that was no bother for me. The customer service team was really helpful and quick to respond to my questions online, which I thought was great.
Order not delivered
I was really disappointed with my experience with Leader Furniture. I ordered something from them, but the day before it was meant to be delivered, I was told it hadn't even arrived at the warehouse yet. I tried to get in touch with them to rearrange delivery, but they didn't respond at all. After waiting for two weeks, I finally decided to send them an email, and that's when they told me they were giving me a refund. In the past, I've bought things from them that were great quality, but this whole ordering and receiving process has left a lot to be desired.
Refund and collection issue
My grandma has been waiting ages for a refund and for the company to collect her sofa, but they still haven't done it. She's now ordered a new set from a different store. I've emailed them and I'm waiting for a quick reply. It's really frustrating how they're not communicating well and taking so long to sort this out.
