Amazing shirts
I absolutely love shopping on this website, it's just so easy to find exactly what I'm looking for. I recently purchased some fantastic shirts that are top notch quality. This is actually my second time ordering from here because I was so happy with my first order. Occasionally, the shirts arrive in separate packages but I don't mind because I'd rather not wait ages for everything to be in stock. If they run out of stock on an item you ordered, they'll send you an email so you can choose to get a refund or select something else. I highly recommend ordering at least 5 shirts at a time because you'll get discounts and free shipping, which is brilliant.

I shop at this store a lot, and I bought some clothes recently. The order didn't go through properly at first, only half of it went through. The customer service team got in touch quickly and sorted out the rest of my order. I thought they were really clear about what was happening and they dealt with it quickly. Because of the split order, I got charged extra fees. I think I should get a refund for them because if the whole order had gone through properly, I wouldn't have been charged extra. The clothes I got were really good quality, and I'm happy with them.

I bought some Christmas things from this shop on December 1st, hoping to get them in time for the holidays. But I was really let down when they didn't turn up until after Christmas! Even though I was told there would be a delay in shipping, when I tried to cancel my order, they said it was already on its way and asked me to be patient. I finally got the last item on January 3rd, way after the festive season was over. The way they handle shipping and tracking info is just not good enough. I wouldn't suggest shopping from this store.

Cotton/poly blend women's tops selection
I really like all the different women's tops they have on the website, but I do wish there were more options in cotton or a cotton/poly blend. It can be a bit of a letdown when I come across a piece that I really love, only to realise it's all polyester. I personally don't find polyester very breathable, and I much prefer clothes that let my skin breathe. The only time I can stand polyester is in really cold weather because it does keep me warm. The ordering process was really quick and easy, but I was a bit gutted when I realised there was another item I wanted right after I placed my order. I decided to reach out to customer service through Live Chat, and even though Sophia, the agent, was helpful, she let me know that I couldn't add the extra item to my existing order. It was annoying to miss out on the item just because of bad timing, especially since ordering one T-shirt separately would have meant shelling out more for shipping.

I can tell a lot of effort went into making each piece, especially with the stitching. The sizing chart was spot on, which made it simple to get the right fit. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and I'll definitely be coming back for more in the future.
Gift purchase for Capri Djatiasmoro
I bought a gift for Capri Djatiasmoro and had some trouble communicating with the brand. After I ordered, I got an email with the price, which was supposed to be a surprise. The email also said the gift was for Capri, causing more confusion. The lack of attention to detail in communication was disappointing and annoyed me. Capri still hasn't received the gift, and I hope this mistake doesn't affect their experience.
Shirts and sweatshirts - order up a size
The shirts and sweatshirts are really good quality and I'm happy with what I bought. I would suggest getting a size bigger though, as they come up small. Normally I wear a medium, but I had to go for an extra large this time. They'd run out of larges when I tried to reorder, so I'm hoping the extra large won't be too oversized. I ended up giving the medium to my neighbour, who's a petite lady, and it fitted her perfectly.

The conversation starter t-shirts from this online store are really clever and they're a great way to bring a bit of fun into someone's day. The shirts are good quality, and the designs stay looking fresh even after being washed and dried multiple times. I've bought about 8 shirts from them and only one had a problem with the stitching coming loose at the bottom.
Two shirts purchase
I've ordered two shirts, but yet again, the order arrived wrong. Instead of getting both shirts, I only got one. This is the second time this has happened and I'm really annoyed that I have to deal with it once more. Returning the last wrong order already cost me money, and I really don't want to go through that hassle again. It's disappointing to see this lack of care in getting orders right.
Unfinished shirts as Christmas presents
I bought a couple of shirts from an online shop to give as Christmas gifts. But when they were opened on the big day, we found out that they weren't properly finished at the hem. The shirts didn't seem well-made and definitely didn't look like they were worth much. When I asked for a refund, Lilicloth said no because the time for refunds had passed. This whole thing really annoyed me and I was not happy with how they handled it at all.
Email discount code issue
What's the deal with sending out discount codes that are just plain useless? I got all excited about using that 20% off code (CALL20) they sent me in an email, but when I tried to apply it at checkout, it was a no-go! Seriously not cool. Now I'm thinking twice about taking up any more of their sales offers. They better get this sorted out sharpish, it's starting to bug me big time.
Resolved Issues
I've had a few problems with my order from this online shop, but I was really impressed by the great customer service I received. Even though there were some issues at the beginning, they really went out of their way to make sure I was happy with my purchase. It's nice to see a company that cares about their customers and is willing to fix things when they go wrong. I'll definitely be coming back to shop here again in the future.
Expensive shipping rates
As a customer from Canada, I gotta say, I found the whole buying process on the website dead easy and simple. But I gotta be straight with you, the shipping rates left me feeling let down. Being in Canada, it would've been ace if there was an option to get my stuff sent using Canada Post at a more decent price. The way it is now, with the dodgy US vs Canadian exchange rates, the current shipping costs make it real hard to make a case for buying from the website. It would definitely help out us international customers if the company could look into offering more fair shipping choices.
Tight fitting shirts
The tops I got from this brand had some really cool phrases on them that I liked. But when I tried them on, I was really let down by the size. I double-checked the measurements on the website before I bought them, but they ended up being way too small and not comfy at all. The fabric was nice, but it doesn't matter when the fit is off. It's frustrating to spend money on clothes you can't even wear.
