I ordered some table legs and I was really pleased with how quickly they arrived and how well they were wrapped up to keep the paint safe. It did take a couple of days for the shipping details to come through after I ordered, but I was happy with the service overall.
Super cool stuff
I'm really pleased with everything I bought! The stuff I got was super cool and totally transformed my room, it looks awesome now. I'll definitely be shopping at this store again. If you're unsure about making a purchase, I say go for it - you won't be disappointed!
Lamp purchase
My purchase was great overall, but the delivery took longer than I thought. The lamp I bought came in perfect condition and was just what I wanted. Ordering was easy, and customer service was helpful when I had a question. However, the delivery was a bit slow, so I gave it 4 stars. Despite that, I would still suggest this company for their top-notch products and service.
Fast and well-packaged delivery
The delivery was really fast, and the items came in perfect packaging. I loved the little details and care that went into the packaging. I always love ordering from this website because they give such great service and high-quality products.
Wall clock
I bought this really cool wall clock about a month ago and it still hasn't arrived! They told me it'd be here in 3 to 5 days but it's taking forever. So annoying!

Home decor items
I wanted to share my recent experience with this company where I bought some home decor bits and bobs. I have to say, I was really impressed with the service they provided. It was super easy to use their website, ordering was a doddle. The stuff I got was top-notch, just what I was looking for. And they delivered it really quickly, it came earlier than I thought it would. All in all, I'm really happy with how it all went down and would definitely suggest giving them a go to anyone else.
Pendant light purchase
I came across this company on Instagram by chance and thought I'd give their pendant lights a go. I have to say, I was really pleased with the whole process. They communicated well and quickly, the service was excellent, and the pendant light I received was really good quality. There was a wide range of options to pick from, which made it hard to choose, but I eventually found the ideal one for my home. I've already told my friends and family about this company, and I'll definitely be returning for more in the future.
Garden furniture purchase
I was really impressed by the variety of stylish and classy garden furniture they had on their website. It was nice to see some different pieces that you don't usually come across in the UK. The benches I bought arrived on time, but one of them had a little mark on it which was a shame. Luckily, the customer service team quickly came up with a few options to fix the problem, which I thought was great. All in all, I had a good shopping experience and I'll definitely think about shopping there again in the future.
Fast turnaround furniture order
At first, I wasn't sure about ordering from this site because a lot of people said the customer service was bad. But I decided to go for it anyway since I needed some furniture pretty urgently. I paid a bit extra to make sure it got to me in time for a special event, but unfortunately, the tracking info wasn't being very helpful, and it looked like my order was stuck with the delivery people. I dropped an email to customer service and they got back to me pretty quickly. They managed to nudge the courier along and update my tracking info. It did end up taking longer than I'd hoped for my stuff to show up, but all in all, I was quite happy with how it worked out. I reckon I might've been a tad too impatient initially, especially after all those other negative reviews and the lousy updates from the courier company.

I've just ordered some fab stuff and you know what, they came really quickly and in perfect condition. The products were spot on, exactly what I wanted, they totally lived up to my expectations. I'm well chuffed with my purchase!
Online Purchase of Dining Table
I recently bought a dining table online from this company. The website was easy to use, and I found the perfect table. Unfortunately, the item arrived damaged, and despite emailing customer service multiple times about getting a refund or a replacement, I haven't heard back from them yet. It's frustrating that they are quick to reply to Trustpilot reviews but not to direct customer inquiries.
Furniture for living room
I have to say, I was really pleased with my experience with this company. At first, I wasn't sure about ordering from France to the UK, but it all turned out great. The customer service was top-notch - they were nice, really helpful, and quick to respond. They made everything so easy and hassle-free. The furniture I got for my living room was even better than I thought it would be, and I couldn't be happier with it. I'll definitely be shopping with them again and would definitely recommend them to anyone else.
Awesome designer furniture
Oh my goodness, I just had to tell you about this brilliant online shop I came across! They have the most incredible designer furniture that's both stylish and great quality. I found the perfect pieces for my room and they look absolutely fabulous.
living room table
Table arrived damaged. There was never any response to a service request, phone calls or emails - until i put a 1 star review on trustpilot. They said they would ask the manufacturer for guidance, and that was the last i heard. they were cheeky enough to ask me to change my trustpilot review.
Avoid at all costsSet of Garden Chairs
Terrible company. I ordered a set of garden chairs in March (the website promising delivery within 4 weeks). It is now 24 June and I have still not received them. The Customer Services personnel consistently lie about despatch/delivery etc. Avoid at all costs.
Hay kettle
I bought a Hay kettle 6 weeks ago. It arrived without the plug adapter that it was supposed to have. I got in touch with customer services and it took them weeks to respond with a promise to send an adapter out. A further 3 weeks later, and still no adapter, another flimsy apology that they were having difficulty sending an adapter (???) and for me to buy my own! I paid a premium price for a product I can't use for which Made in Design have taken zero responsibility for. I won't be using them again.
Tiptoe Desk Leg
Yet another week goes by with no reply and no contact from the company after my damaged item was returned to them weeks ago and no refund made as of yet!
Table and chairs
Brian in the shipping department needs to get the new job, I’ve never in my life experience such poor service and under experienced staff extremely extremely rude and cannot deliver to timescales I was told five working days for delivery and 3 1/2 weeks later here we are still waiting for the goods we ordered and have paid for! Extremely difficult and rude customer service team I have literally spent over four hours of my life trying to get an update on delivery and each time I get told something different, maybe made in design need to train their staff on basic communication or are they all disabled? Avoid this company at all cost if you are one and to get your goods delivered in a timely manner!!!! The website would not allow me to leave a one star review so I had to leave to if I had my choice it would be -1
